We purchased a tempurpedic cloud supreme mattress back in October, with very minimal odor. I was very disappointed when I received my new pillow today. The odor is very strong. I have very bad allergies and this is compounding the problem. I can't believe this is the norm for this pillow. What a mistake to purchase. Now I'm stuck with a very stinky pillow

I replace my pillow every few years or so out of preference but this one could probably last decades! The one improvement I'd like to see is more options for fitted pillowcases (silk option) to protect the cover it comes with. I switch my pillowcases 1-2 a week to avoid acne :)

I purchased this pillow for my husband as a Christmas gift, we had no clue that it would be so hard. I would not advise anyone to purchase this product. There is no give at all to the pillow, you would be better off to go outside get a rock and put it under your head.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not sure if it is a pro or a con - but my ear sometimes hurts when I wake up. I think this is because I fall asleep so hard and don't even move. It probably speaks to the comfort of the pillow and the fact that it truly holds its form. I do wish the size small pillow came with a pillow case or a note that it is smaller than standard size pillows. The pillow itself is smooth, but my pillowcase sometimes gets bunched up.

Bought online this small neck pillow to replace my old one (which I love), to find out this new one is 1.5 in longer, 1.5 In wider, 1 in thicker and much harder and stiff than my old one. Definitely a different kind of foam. Called to get a refund and was informed that any purchase online is non refundable. Tempurpedic, never again!

I am a combo sleeper and flip between my back and side. I am between the low and medium profile - needing low for back sleeping and medium for side sleeping. I had an old version of this pillow that had great give so getting my side sleeper size worked. This new version has truly zero give. It is causing extreme neck pain and there is no way I can continue to use it. And of course the return policy is awful - I only purchased because I loved my old one. Such a waste!

I have been sleeping on a Tempur-pedic mattress for 23 years I have never had a bad night sleep. I recently replaced the small neck pillow, which I loved with a new Tempur-pedic small neck pillow. Not only do I find it quite uncomfortable, I have begun to suffer with neck pain. The material that it is made of is of a different quality than the original one. I returned to using the old one.

It fits my neck perfectly. When I go on vacations or to visit friends overnight, I always bring my Tempupedic neck pillow. Even if the bed is uncomfortable, my neck is very comfortable and I am able to fall asleep. I am very disappointed with this product. I tried a Tempur-Pedic neck pillow that my cousin had when I slept over at her home one day and found it really comfortable. I thought I'd order my own to address my chronic neck pain. However the one I received is not comfortable at all. It is much more firm than the one I experienced at my cousin's. It is disappointing and frustrating that I am unable to return it even though I barely used it and it does not work at all for me. I think Temper-Pedic should stand behind its products and offer refunds or exchanges under these types of circumstances.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Tempur-Neck Pillow works for me!!!! I have reoccurring neck pain and the Neck Pillow takes it totally away after about 3 nights of sleeping on it. I wouldn't be without one. I cut an old one in half to travel with............amazing, it works. So now I sleep soundly when not at home. The BEST pillow! Also sleep on a Tempur-pedic mattress. My only regret is that I waited so long to try it. Have had it about two years - fantastic!!!! My husband loves it too. Thank you Tempur-pedic!!!!!
