[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Because of my shoulder and neck pain, I was looking for a new pillow. The TEMPUR neck pillow was so comfortable I purchased it for the other members of my family. It fits the contours of my neck and allows me to sleep comfortably.

This is the second side pillow I've owned from Tempur-Pedic. I wanted another one with a higher profile to get a better ergonomic fit for my shoulder and head when I sleep. The first pillow I bought in 2009 has been holding up great as a my go to comfortable pillow. I have to bring it with me when I travel now because I have a harder time getting used to other pillows. I would recommend washing the cover regularly and getting a protector to extend the life of the cover. Only downside to my purchase was finding out that the width of my high profile pillow was actually narrower than my other medium profile neck pillow from 2009.

She convinced me to try the thicker, firmer version. 5 minutes of laying on it and i was sold. The firm pillow was perfect for my noggin. I use a CPAP as well and also lay on my side. Pillow does not interfere with my mask at all.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The neck pillows were replacements for the ones we had used for nearly 14 years. These are an absolute MUST for us, so comfortable and supportive. Ahh! Total comfort all night long! At the same time, we're sleeping on our TEMPUR-PEDIC mattress, happy and completely content.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this tempurpedic neck pillow to replace an older version. At first, I was concerned because the newer version is lighter and has less material. However, after using it for a few months, I realized I like it even better than I liked the older one! It's amazing for neck pain. I sleep on my back most nights and I definitely recommend this pillow for back sleepers. It's amazing and takes a lot of pressure off of the neck area. When I'm laying on my side, I have another pillow that I use instead because this one is perfect for sleeping on my back (and so great for the neck...), but it's a little too thin for me when I'm on my side. That doesn't change my opinion of it. I don't know what I'd do without it!

I was always in a bad mood when I woke up because my arm would fall asleep and my whole upper neck/shoulder area would be sore. From the 1st day I used this pillow, I woke up not focused on my body pain. It helps so much and I don't have to toss & turn all night adjusting my pillow! (I HIGHLY RECOMMEND TEMPUR-NECK PILLOW)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been sleeping on Tempur-Neck Pillows for the past 6 years. Over the years I have tried many other types pillows before finally landing on the Tempur-Neck pillow. In my opinion none are as supportive, or as comfortable as the original neck pillow by Tempur-Pedic. With other types of pillows I would wake with neck, shoulder, and sometimes back pain, but when using the Tempur-Neck pillow I wake feeling refreshed. I need that curved bolster to support my neck. Body heat causes the memory foam bolster to mold so that it cradles the neck. I sleep on both my back and side throughout the night and find the neck pillow works well in both positions. I recently took advantage of the buy-one-get-one promotion and purchased two new Tempur-Neck pillows. Having an extra pillow provides the option of switching pillows if the memory foam gets too warm during the night. When my purchase arrived I was pleased to find that the memory foam is still quite firm and has not changed. I was tempted to buy the neck pillow with cooling technology but a call to sales confirmed that the original neck pillow is firmer so I bought the original, firmer neck pillows. Suggestions: 1) It would be nice if the neck pillow was longer (24 inches instead of 20 inches) as this would allow more room for movement when switching sleep positions; and the longer size would better fit the width of any size bed. 2) In my opinion, Tempur-Pedic should offer 100% cotton percale pillowcases in an envelope style to fit the neck pillows as pillowcases for this size pillow are very hard to find. All pillows need a slip cover in addition to the zippered cover that comes on the pillow.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pillow is a good shape and does support my neck nicely. I did not notice any smell like other reviewers reported, I aired it out and it was fine. The pillow is rather hard though and is not comfortable for me to sleep on for the entire night, or my neck gets uncomfortable after long periods of time on it. If you like a really firm pillow, this is for you.
