If I could give this product and their customer service a minus star review I would! This pillow is tiny, 3/4 the size of a standard pillow that you would buy at any store. A standard pillowcase doesn't fit. They are all too big. Their customer service is very unhelpful. The agent I spoke to advised me that they have a strict no return policy, but that if the product was smaller than the stated dimensions, it would be covered by their warranty. The pillow is more than an inch smaller, but I was told that that is to be expected because of the curvature of the pillow, and that I may have measured it incorrectly. (I submitted the photos as requested in the warranty form, so they could actually see that it was smaller.) They even helpfully stated that it's normal for the pillow be up to 2 inches smaller. If that's the case, and it's normal , acceptable and expected, why dont they put the actual expected size on the website, instead of misleading customers. And who decides that "up to 2 inches" (1/10th of the listed size!) is an acceptable margin of error. Do they make pillows that are 10% (2 inches) bigger, as that is an acceptable margin of error? Putting the incorrect dimensions aside, its a tiny, hard, incredibly uncomfortable pillow, that I wouldn't pay to purchase.

Buyer Beware, Do not purchase from TempurPedic. First of all, the advertising about how superior their mattresses are is just that, advertising. Second of all, take a few minutes to read my rather long review before you make any decision, it will be worth your time. I bought one of their mattresses many years ago through a local store, and at a cost of around $3,000.00 I was looking forward to how much I would love it, and I trusted that it would stay comfortable for many years. Unfortunately it started sagging and softening rather quickly, after about a year of use. I was at that time rather thin, and I was the only person to use the mattress, so its rapid deterioration was no fault of my own. My second and last experience with TempurPedic was less costly but just as disagreeable. I purchased one of their neck pillows thinking that it would help my neck and shoulders tension. Unfortunately after trying the pillow for about 5 minutes upon its receipt, I realized that it would be impossible to have a comfortable night sleep while using it. I therefore immediately started a return procedure, only to discover that TempurPedic does not accept any pillow to be returned! I am guilty of not checking their return policies before my purchase because, one more time, I fully trusted their company. The infuriating thing is that the pillow is absolutely in pristine condition, having been used only for a 5 minutes trial while protected by a clean pillowcase. Meanwhile their return policy for their mattresses is a 90 days trial period, after which you can return the mattress if not fully satisfied! So, they will take back a used mattress that people have been rolling around on for three months, but not a perfectly clean pillow used for a few minutes! I shudder to think of those poor unsuspecting customers who purchase a TempurPedic mattress without realizing that it might have been used by someone else for three months! It is disgraceful and dishonest. I will never trust that company again, I found out the hard way that they are despicable and totally untrustworthy.

The height difference between the two sides is too dramatic, so I could use either. It's also a much firmer memory foam than older Temper pillows. I tried for a few weeks, but woke up in pain every day. And best part, they don't allow returns even though you can't try the pillow ahead in a store. I do not recommend purchasing a Temper pillow until you're able to actually try one in a store. Really disappointed.

The Tempurpedic pillows are perfect in that regard! They are the only pillows I've found that will keep my neck in alignment regardless of the bed I am on.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have cervical myelopathy with fusions from C3-C6. My neck is very stiff. I bought the medium pillow first but it was too thick. I'm a 5ft 2" tall, medium built woman. According to the guide, medium was the recommended size. After giving it a few weeks to break in, it was still too high and firm. I decided to buy the small pillow and it is MUCH better! So, take into consideration what your neck issues are along with your size when deciding on which size to order. The small one is softer but it still supports well.

In the past I would toss and turn all night long trying to find the most comfortable position. With this pillow, I put my head down and wake up in the morning in the exact same position. Definitely recommend!

The pillow itself is much like its predecessors. My old one was still working after 19 years, but it had gotten bit soft. The new pillow is firmer which is good, but it is much smaller. The pillow just barely is a wide as my shoulders. That is too narrow for maximum comfort as you continually move off the pillow as you sleep. If the pillow had been 6" wider I would have given it an excellent rating.

My neck and shoulders were hurting a lot. So I ordered the Tempurpedic pillow on their website AND got 25% off as well. Now I'm sleeping really well and neck and shoulder pain are gone. Love this pillow!

I got this pillow when I ordered my tempur-pedic bed last weekend. I usually will wake up with some kind of neck ache in the AM, but the last few days, my neck has felt so good. I am a total side sleeper and this has helped my head and neck aches so far this week

I purchased Mediums and thought they were to be Queen sized. They are much smaller and don't fit in our pillowcases. And, I am surprised by how stiff and hard they are. I woke up with a pain in my neck and my husband woke up in the middle of the night because his ear was sore due to the stiffness of the pillow. I wish that I had read the print about them not being returnable. So, now, we're stuck with uncomfortable pillows and need to buy new pillowcases or I might just give them away to someone who finds them comfortable.
