[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this pillow because I had been waking up with neck and shoulder pain, and it has helped so much! I am a back and side sleeper, and it is comfy and supportive for both positions. Thanks to this pillow, I am on my way to waking up pain free. If you are having problems with neck and shoulder pain in the morning, I would recommend trying this pillow. The only thing is that it seemed to have a week and a half break in period where it was too firm, but now it is perfect and totally worth the break in period.

I had been using the same tempur-neck pillow for over 20 years, and loved how soft and squishy it was, but when my neck started hurting recently, I thought it might be time for a new one. Out of the box, the new pillow was pretty hard (firm), and the design / fabric was different too. The first night sleep didn't go well. I'm a side sleeper and it was hard on my face / cheek! Although my head was properly supported, I kept waking up in the middle of the night thinking, "is this pillow really this hard"?! The next day I came to this website to read other reviews and it seemed that people either loved or hated it. I was worried it wouldn't get any better... But I told myself I'd give it at least a week, since I couldn't return it. After 2 nights, my neck stopped hurting (!!) but, I still thought the pillow was a little hard. I couldn't deny that the neck / head support was awesome. After 4 nights, I was sleeping through the night, without noticing the hardness, and without neck pain in the morning. I've now had the pillow for a month and I absolutely LOVE it. It's also not "hard" like it was in the beginning. It's very nice, and allows me to fully relax as my head is properly supported. My husband tried my pillow out, too, and we ended up replacing his old Tempur-Neck pillow too! Bottom line: This is a GREAT pillow. STICK WITH IT and you won't be sorry. I am so glad I upgraded to the new Temper-neck pillow!

I was always in a bad mood when I woke up because my arm would fall asleep and my whole upper neck/shoulder area would be sore. From the 1st day I used this pillow, I woke up not focused on my body pain. It helps so much and I don't have to toss & turn all night adjusting my pillow! (I HIGHLY RECOMMEND TEMPUR-NECK PILLOW)

I purchased my first 2 pillows 10 years ago. I've traveled the world & walked through many airports carrying my pillow. (It came in it's own carrying case.) I will never sleep on any other pillow. I use to suffer terrible neck & shoulders pain throughout the day & while trying to sleep at night. Not anymore, not since my first purchase 10 years ago. My husband also sleeps one one every night.

So, I have been doing rehab exercises regularly to reduce pain and restore my life back to normal. But, sometimes, the pain is unbearable and I toss and turn all night. After I replaced my pillow to Tempur pedic neck pilkow, my lower back pain has gone! I did not belive it at first. It's been 3 weeks and now I worship this pillow!

The best thing is that my husband has not complained about neck pain since I bought the pillows. My neck has been much better as well!! We will be buying these neck pillows again for sure!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Tempur-pedic neck pillows and mattresses are the only ones I have been able to sleep well on. Tried many others but no, they did not work. I have a bad neck and back so I am fussy. One caveat - a good hard mattress (too hard alone) with a good Tempur-Pedic sstyle topper can be very good too.

I have a herniated disc in my neck, I use this pillow when I need to lie flat to reduce my neck pain. I ordered a small size based upon my dimensions. It is a very small pillow in terms of length and horizontal dimensions so it doesn't fit well in normal sized pillow cases. Unfortunately, if you are broad shouldered, you likely will only be able to enjoy this pillow when sleeping on your back. When I sleep on my back though, this is a great pillow and gives me the support l need while letting me be as flat as possible.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The first 3 night, I have horrible headache because of the the new pillow scent. After that it kinda hard for me to sleep on. The quality is good but the pillow style is not for me. Maybe the normal style is better.

For years, I've purchased substandard pillows in an effort to save money but they've all let me down. I saw a BOGO offer and jumped at the opportunity as these pillows sell for more than I'm usually comfortable with but after a month, I am completely satisfied that this pillow will provide years of cozy sleep!. I would highly recommend!
