This pillow worked great for about 2 months. I woke up with no pain in my neck and shoulders. After about 2 months it didn't provide the right amount of support to my neck and I woke up in pain everyday. It's an expensive pillow to be buying every 2 months so I will keep looking for the right pillow.

I've had a Tempurpedic pillow since 2014. I recently replaced it with a new model of the same pillow and it is very different. The old pillow was supple and confirmed to my head and neck. The new one is stiff and feels cheap. The old one felt like the top layer of a the Tempurpedic mattress and the new one felt like the bottom of the mattress. Incorporating the better foam either as a top layer or as the overall material would significantly improve the comfort of the pillow.

I've had to fight my alley cat for my turn on it at night, as she's taken to using it as her bed during the day while I'm at work! While I'm not a fan of this, this is a cat who has denied every comfortable bed I've purchased for her and would rather sleep in an empty cardboard box! So, must be one great pillow to earn her approval! My cat's preferences aside, I'm in love! I was hesitant to make this purchase because of the cost, but do not regret my decision! I recently replaced a 15 year old tempur pedic pillow, the previous best pillow I've ever owned. This neck pillow is incredible. I was nervous about it being extra firm, but what it feels like is my head is on a cloud. When I'm laying on my side, it's the exact height such that my neck is perfectly straight and my head is held in place. It makes my head feel weightless. I would recommend this pillow to any side sleeper 100% of the time.

I was very disappointed! I have a cervical degenerative disc in my neck area, and I thought that this pillow would be comfortable and solve my problem. But, it is too firm and hard as a rock. At night when I first tried it, it was so firm that my neck alignment was not straight, which is what I need for my neck problem. After this I found an tempur-pedic neck pillow that was a standar/medium and alas, it too felt like a rock. Sorry, but I woke up (I could only get about two hours of sleep) the next morning with a very sore neck. You people at tempur-pedic need to develop a pillow that ventures on the close to soft feel.

I've owned a tempurpedic neck pillow before and it was a medium soft memory foam. Years later I ordered another one and it is beyond hard. Like sleeping on a hard loaf of not memory foam but dense matter. Do not buy this item as it is non returnable.

I bought this pillow about 2 months ago after suffering from neck pain for 8 months. As soon as I put my head on the pillow, I feel like my muscles in my neck & shoulders instantly feel more relaxed. After just the last 2 months, I'd say 75% of my pain is gone! The longer I use the pillow, the better I feel! Love it!!

I find the support for my neck wonderful. I have used these pillows for over 20 years. I buy a new one every 3 years as they do get flatter over time. The major negatives are the smell at first and the firmness. The smell does go away.. PROMISE and like a tempur bed you get used to the firmness . You will dislike all other pillows after using the neck pillow - I sleep on my side/stomach and love it

Before we got our Tempur-Pedic pillows, he was struggling to get really restful sleep; his pillow wasn't providing the support he needed. He tossed and turned & couldn't get comfortable enough to stay asleep. This pillow has caused a complete shift. He's sleeping better, no longer tossing/ turning & waking up rested. It's made a world of difference for him! The only thing we don't like is that it's hard to find pillow cases that match our sheet set that aren't oversized. But I'll take an oversized pillow case over not getting enough sleep any day of the week - these really made a big difference for us. Couldn't be more thankful or obsessed with our purchase!!!

I'm a back and side sleeper and my arms don't hurt when I wake up from being curled in my side anymore. It's hard to know if I got the right size and the no exchange policy is understandable but I wonder if I should have gotten one size up. I measured and I'm right on the cusp between S and M. I wish they were "fuller" but overall they've been a huge improvement to my sleep and comfort! Definitely recommend.
