[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have cervical myelopathy with fusions from C3-C6. My neck is very stiff. I bought the medium pillow first but it was too thick. I'm a 5ft 2" tall, medium built woman. According to the guide, medium was the recommended size. After giving it a few weeks to break in, it was still too high and firm. I decided to buy the small pillow and it is MUCH better! So, take into consideration what your neck issues are along with your size when deciding on which size to order. The small one is softer but it still supports well.

Please don't waste your money. I used this pillow and my neck pain actually WORSENED. Also you should be advised of 2 things: 1. The size of the pillow is smaller than standard size. BEWARE 2. Tempur Pedic has a no return policy for pillows. So if you purchase a pillow and don't like it, be advised you are forced to keep it. This policy is so unfair. Other retailers let you return the pillow, so I would advise you to purchase your pillow from another retailer in case you don't like the product and want to return.

I had to take the opportunity and buy him and a few other people this pillow to show them what they've been missing out on. Everyone that has one now agrees that they get much better sleep and that it's so comfortable. I won't be able to use any other pillow again. It's extremely snug, even my dog loves to lay with me on my Pillow.

It took me a few days to adjust and get used to because I've only ever owned super soft pillows before, but after that first couple days my neck felt so much better. It has also helped me adjust my sleeping position so that I get a better nights sleep.

For years, I've purchased substandard pillows in an effort to save money but they've all let me down. I saw a BOGO offer and jumped at the opportunity as these pillows sell for more than I'm usually comfortable with but after a month, I am completely satisfied that this pillow will provide years of cozy sleep!. I had ordered a Tempurpedic medium pillow as a gift for my daughter since she did not get it last year for Christmas. I ordered it in Oct and it was to be Christmas gift. The package was delivered and left at my door but was gone by the time I arrived home. Unfortunately, the package disappeared and Once again my daughter did not get the pillow. I contacted Temperpedic support and Angie took such great care of my problem with no hesitation, she had them ship out another exact pillow and within a week it arrived at my doorstep once again, unfortunately I was not home in time and my daughter got it and owned it and has it now. So it's an early Christmas gift. Thank you Angie and Tempurpedic.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was excited to receive my pillows thinking, finally no more neck pain! But when I received them they were extremely small! The supportive section wasn't enough to actually support my neck and the pillow itself is fairly flat and thin.

A bit smaller than I expected in terms of width, so I've had to adjust to being closer to my headboard than I'm used to, but the pillow itself is great. I alternate between sleeping on my side and my back and it's incredibly comfortable and provides good support in either position.

This is seriously a miracle product!!!! Everytime I sleep with a headache I wake up without one and feeling so refreshed! I had a spasm in my back below the shoulder, and my neck was cracking all the time. My physical therapist said I need a new pillow and recommended Tempur-Pedic. I bought the Neck Pillow, standard size, low profile and could not believe the difference sleeping on this instead of a regular pillow. It's been about 2 months now, the spasm is gone and so is the cracking in my neck. I cannot sleep on anything else or go back to a regular pillow. It comes with a case to carry it which will be going with me if I travel anywhere. Very happy with this purchase.
