So much better than my previous "cool gel" pillow. Way better support and sleep quality from day one. Was a bit warm at first but got used to it quickly. It will be interesting to see how it is during the summer. I sleep warm so may need to put a towel on it.

After using 2-3 months, I start to feel neck pain. When I switch to less thinner pillow (thinner than size Medium), less pain occur.

I was introduced by friends after they heard me complaining that I always having neck and back pain. At first, I just tried out their pillows first, after seeing my neck pain has gotten better after a few days of using it. I then decided switching my mattress to Tempur-Pedic as well. My husband and I are on cloud9 every night ever since using their pillows and mattress.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been having several issues with pinch nerves in my neck/shoulder. I decided to purchase these pillows for the wife and I. After a week of using these pillows, my pinch nerve went away and my neck feels great. This are one of those pillows where you will find yourself figuring out how to bring it with you whenever you have overnight stays.

So I had to air out the pillow for two weeks straight before that strong smell went away enough for me to sleep on it. I even tried baking soda and a vinegar spray for the smell but it's still there. When I finally decided to sleep with it I noticed every time I wake up in the morning I either have a red eye, headache or one of my arms have fallen asleep on the side I've rest my head on the pillow. Oh boy I wish I could exchange this for something better.

I have used these neck pillows for years. I have even referred many of my patients to use this pillow but the material has changed and they say it has not but it is too hard and causes much neck pain. I have returned the pillow and then they sent me a pillow over soft with zero support. They need to go back to original material so that I can continue the use as well as refer to them. Very disappointed. Please go back to original material. Thank you

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this product because my old neck pillow was 15 years old and was not giving my neck the support it used to. I sleep on my side and back throughout the night and started waking up with neck pain every couple of weeks, which would last for a 2-3 days, at least. Since getting the new pillow I have not had neck pain at all. I think this new pillow (my memory may be fuzzy from 15 years ago) is a little softer overall than my first one and doesn't provide quite as much support as my original. However, still no neck pain for over a month and I can't argue with that. Very happy with this product.

It weighs several times of my previous ones bought from other places, and the support to the neck is visibly better. A little bit of typical memory foam odor at first opening but it is gone after a couple of days.

It got to the point where I thought I would have to accept this as a way of life and then the tempurpedic neck pillow changed everything. He doesn't snore anymore! My only slight, minor complaint about the pillow is how small it is compared to a normal pillow. BUT this pillow has been a game changer not just for my guy but for me too and I don't even use it.

Memory foam, feather, multi-material, breathable, cooling, cheap, expensive, etc... but it always seemed the pillows would not support my neck properly and therefore caused stress in my spine, leaving me unsatisfied within a few months. This pillow has been great. I have had it for several months (3-5) and it continues to help me sleep better and longer by placing my head/neck in a posture that supports my spine. I am a 6'1" 215lb male and sleep on my side and back. I use the medium. The only complaint is I think I would like it to be a little more firm, but that is just personal preferance. Would highly recommend!!!
