Great neck support, excellent well rested feeling in the morning, no more stiff neck feeling throughout the day. we have purchased several of these in the past. This one is unusually hard. I don't know if the manufacturer changed the formula. But you may as well pour some cement in the contour shape and sleep on that. Of course, you can't return this overpriced piece of concrete.

I have slept on Tempur-pedic pillows and the Grand mattress for 15 years. I absolutely love the support and comfort of both. I recently purchased a new pillow and I am reminded of how long the strong smell last. I knead my pillow every morning and stand it on its end to help it air out all day. Each night I still need to cover my pillow with a hand towel and three pillow cases to mask the smell while I sleep. Although the smell is definitely inconvenient, I still prefer this pillow to any other pillow I have tried. I have back problems and a neck injury and so I will continue to sleep on Tempur-pedic products inspite of the strong aroma.

Decided to buy a replacement until I could get my original pillow back. Now both my husband and I are enjoying the pillows.

The pillows were on special so my husband got one and his snoring was greatly reduced. Have since recommended to others who also said they could not believe the difference in their sleep. Pillow looks like it would not be comfy but don't hesitate !! It's great:)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My neck pain was drastically reduced when I started using this pillow. Definitely worth the money. Unfortunately I purchased the wrong size and was unable to return the pillow. Although, it does still help my neck pain even though it's too large.

I wish I had read all the other one star reviews...like many of these people I was looking to replace my 15 year old original Tempur neck pillow. The material is not even the same! The original had some give and was comfortable. This new material has little to no give and gave me insane neck and shoulder pain. I am primarily a back-sleeper, occasionally a side-sleeper, and I purchased according to their chart and got the medium. I probably should have gotten the small as it measured closer to my original pillows dimensions. However, I was anticipating it to be the same material and was looking for a little more height to compress down. Be warned if you are looking to replace a 10 plus year old neck pillow...it ain't gonna be the same.

After sleeping with it, I had the best night's sleep I've had virtually in years. After weeks of use, my neck pain is completely gone. I got the size small and although it is shockingly smaller than your average pillow, it got the job done for me (I'm 5'1"). Highly recommended!

I have been using this pillow in medium for a little over one month now due to a lot of neck pain. My neck pain is still working its way out, but it has improved and my sleep posture has improved because of this pillow. My only complaint is that I can't use a regular pillowcase with it, but I manage. It's worth every penny to alleviate my neck pain considerably.
