I owned previous versions of these neck pillows for years, and they were the only thing I'd sleep on, they were that good. Got these new neck pillow, and it took all of 5 minutes for it to mess up my neck so bad that I had to toss them. And oh yah, there are no returns allowed, so all that money down the drain.

Although the pillow is smaller than what I am used to, it cradles my head and neck in the perfect back or side sleeping position. I am no longer experiencing the side neck pain and headaches that would keep me up at night.

Previously loyal customers, my wife and I decided to buy new neck pillows, but found that they were way more firm than they used to be. I called to make an exchange, but was completely shot down. We even left one pillow completely unopened until we were sure we were satisfied with the product. I was told by two levels of customer service representatives that they do not accept exchanges or returns for any reason (even for the unopened item). Tempur-Pedic has lost me as a customer for life. *Just for fun, look up their CEO's salary and net worth.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've been using this same pillow for years. My husband suffers from back pain and snoring. With this pillow he no longer feels pain and his snoring is less. We've tried numerous pillows and keep coming back to this one. It's the best!

Definitely not the same neck pillow as the original temperpedic neck pillow. The quality and comfort are not the same. It is very hard and does not bring your neck into alignment like the original temperpedic neck pillow did. Unfortunately they don't accept returns and I can see why

My husband and I got pillows from here 10 years ago and loved them and can't sleep with anything else. We decided to get new ones finally this year and we were very disappointed. Ordered a large and it is very small and not anywhere near the quality they used to be. Would've returned if I could, but they don't allow returns.

I bought a few of these around 2007 and they have been my favorite pillows of all time. Your head sinks in and is perfectly supported. This new one is nothing at all like the old ones. It is way too firm - your head doesn't sink in at all. I got really bad neck pain after one night with this. It feels really not all like the classic Tempur material and more like a generic off-brand firm memory foam. I'm extremely disappointed, but very thankful the original three pillows are just as good as the day I bought them!

I have been sleeping on a Tempur-pedic mattress for 23 years I have never had a bad night sleep. I recently replaced the small neck pillow, which I loved with a new Tempur-pedic small neck pillow. Not only do I find it quite uncomfortable, I have begun to suffer with neck pain. The material that it is made of is of a different quality than the original one. I returned to using the old one.

This is the only contour pillow I've found that really supports my neck. I have a large head, especially in the back. I also have neck and shoulder issues. This is practically the only pillow that works for me. I've tried several others but none offer the firmness of this pillow with true contours. The only drawback is that I can not find a properly sized pillow case.
