I've been dealing with severe neck pain and muscle spasms from an injury. I own a very good pillow which is great under normal circumstances. However, I needed something more supportive now and decided to give the Tempur-Pedic neck pillow with cooling technology a try. So glad I did!! It was comfortable immediately! It's firm and does not squish down so does not allow your neck to contort and cause pain throughout the night, whether lying on your back or sides. No need to squish and readjust to fit the contours of your neck like a regular pillow because it's firm and keeps its shape. Turning side to side, rolling onto your back and repositioning yourself during the night is much easier and less painful due to just the right amount of firmness and stability. Do yourself a favor and get this pillow if you are having neck pain! I got a great price during their sale! Bought the medium per the instructions for sizing and it's perfect!

I used the measurements listed and purchased two medium pillows. They are very well made, excellent quality but they are way too big for me and even for my husband. I also think they are too hard. My head barely sinks into the pillow. I would need to try a small to be able to fairly rate this product. I assume it would soften with time but it will always be the wrong size.

He recommended a pillow that was contoured for support of my neck. I chose the Tempurpedic neck pillow. This was more than 20 years ago. The pillow put an end to my neck pain and has lasted, literally, for decades! Whenever I can I take it with me when I travel< and definitely miss it when I can't. I have finally needed to replace it, and just bought a new TEMPUR-Neck pillow. It feels great, just like my first one!

Love this pillow! I have a C5 neck issue and this is the only pillow I can get a good night's rest on. It provides steady support whereas other memory foam pillows collapse and deflate. However, I REALLY wish the pillow was standard size width (26") or even 23".

I was expecting something in medium firmness but this is the hardest pillow I've ever felt. It's terrible for back-sleeping as it pushes my head too high and is really hard on the neck. This would cause hunchback over time. It's not so bad for side-sleeping however. It's better off as a seat cushion for now. Too bad there's no returns allowed.

So much better than my previous "cool gel" pillow. Way better support and sleep quality from day one. Was a bit warm at first but got used to it quickly. It will be interesting to see how it is during the summer. I sleep warm so may need to put a towel on it.

This Pilliow is tiny. I should have read the dimension but I just assumed L would be like a King, M would be queen, and Small as Twin. But this pillow regardless of size is smaller any twin size pillow. Your pillow covers are too large. What were they thinking?
