[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pillow is curved nicely to offer neck support. I'd say it's best for back sleepers although it works for side sleeping, too. I haven't woken up with a stiff neck since I started using it for several months. The only downside is it is too small for a standard pillowcase and the shape doesn't look fantastic when I make my bed. I tuck it in behind Euro pillows. Overall I'd highly recommend this pillow- even at the cost.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I HAVE OWNED TWO OF THESE PILLOWS FOR THE LAST DECADE OR SO AND JUST RECENTLY ORDERED A NEW ONE. I AM VERY PLEASED WITH PILLOW BUT I WAS NOT EXPECTING IT TO BE SO SMALL, IT IS ABOUT THE HALF THE SIZE OF THE ONES I HAVE HAD IN THE PAST.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have searched for years for find a memory foam pillow that is very firm. Others claimed to be, but did not measure up. When I saw the Tempurpedic came in extra firm I decided it was worth a try. And they are exactly what I was looking for! They stay firm all night and don't flatten out at all. I was hesitant to try them due to the no returns policy, but I"m glad I took the chance.

We are absolutely devastated! Came here to stock up on the side-to-side contours and find they are discontinued! Oh my word, I don't know what to do! They were firmer than any other pillow. Ours are going on 7 years now! We will go back to the regular contour, of course, but it won't be the same.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have neck issues from a bike accident years ago so it's hard to find a good pillow that doesn't hurt my neck. I tried both the small (slightly too small), and the medium (too big). It's almost like I need an "in between small/medium" size! We do have a tempurpedic mattress in the master and have tried about 4 different termpurpedic pillow styles, but none have worked for us unfortunately. I swear by their mattresses though! They have great customer service, and great warranty.

Buyer Beware, Do not purchase from TempurPedic. First of all, the advertising about how superior their mattresses are is just that, advertising. Second of all, take a few minutes to read my rather long review before you make any decision, it will be worth your time. I bought one of their mattresses many years ago through a local store, and at a cost of around $3,000.00 I was looking forward to how much I would love it, and I trusted that it would stay comfortable for many years. Unfortunately it started sagging and softening rather quickly, after about a year of use. I was at that time rather thin, and I was the only person to use the mattress, so its rapid deterioration was no fault of my own. My second and last experience with TempurPedic was less costly but just as disagreeable. I purchased one of their neck pillows thinking that it would help my neck and shoulders tension. Unfortunately after trying the pillow for about 5 minutes upon its receipt, I realized that it would be impossible to have a comfortable night sleep while using it. I therefore immediately started a return procedure, only to discover that TempurPedic does not accept any pillow to be returned! I am guilty of not checking their return policies before my purchase because, one more time, I fully trusted their company. The infuriating thing is that the pillow is absolutely in pristine condition, having been used only for a 5 minutes trial while protected by a clean pillowcase. Meanwhile their return policy for their mattresses is a 90 days trial period, after which you can return the mattress if not fully satisfied! So, they will take back a used mattress that people have been rolling around on for three months, but not a perfectly clean pillow used for a few minutes! I shudder to think of those poor unsuspecting customers who purchase a TempurPedic mattress without realizing that it might have been used by someone else for three months! It is disgraceful and dishonest. I will never trust that company again, I found out the hard way that they are despicable and totally untrustworthy.

Switching to a TEMPURPEDIC pillow is an adjustment, but worth it! I did try the Neck Pillow and the Contour Side to Back Pillow; however, these 2 pillows were too high for my personal comfort. I tried the Travel Neck Pillow and it was PERFECT. My chronic neck pain was eliminated. What a relief

I bought my pillow about 6 mo ago, and wish I hadn't. The size and design looked good in the illustration, but it didn't work out. For one it was way too hard. My head and neck hurt after I woke up, and my arm had completely gone to sleep. Everything was numb, all the way to my fingertips. I tried for a month to get used to it, but finally gave up and gave the pillow away.

I would say if you like a little bit of support this pillow will not be for you because at least for me it feels like this pillow just keeps on sinking and has no support which in my case I really like, but if you need some support from your pillow I will suggest getting another one.

We have slept so great since receiving our pillows, and they shipped super fast as well!
