[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have 6 pillows now and have no complaints. Is the best purchase! They are not only comfortable but they keep up their shape for ever, my oldest pillow is over 10 years old and still comfortable, looking and feeling new.

I wish I had read all the other one star reviews...like many of these people I was looking to replace my 15 year old original Tempur neck pillow. The material is not even the same! The original had some give and was comfortable. This new material has little to no give and gave me insane neck and shoulder pain. I am primarily a back-sleeper, occasionally a side-sleeper, and I purchased according to their chart and got the medium. I probably should have gotten the small as it measured closer to my original pillows dimensions. However, I was anticipating it to be the same material and was looking for a little more height to compress down. Be warned if you are looking to replace a 10 plus year old neck pillow...it ain't gonna be the same.

Would highly recommend for side sleeping, medium for back sleeping, and not for stomach sleeping. I usually have this and another pillow handy for switching sleeping positions.

I ordered a Tempur-Neck Pillow to help address chronic neck pain that I've had which seems to be worse first thing in the morning. I had a Tempur-Pedic pillow years ago and loved it! I have been a little disappointed with the new pillow I just received. I ordered a SMALL based on my neck to shoulder measurements using the guide (I'm 5'4" and ~115 pounds for reference with a small frame). While the contour shape fits my neck okay, the actual dimensions of the pillow are lacking. It's too small for a standard or queen size pillow case to fit on it. My queen size pillow case can practically wrap around it lengthwise twice! I guess I should have paid better attention to the dimensions of the actual pillow as I mistakenly assumed it would be a standard size with the SMALL only relating to the shape/fit of the contoured part. As far as my sleeping & neck pain - both have been worse after about a week sleeping on the new pillow. I'm not sure if it's just going to take some time to get used to, but I'm waking several times through the night and have experienced increased muscle tightness in my cervical region. Hopefully this improves!

I have spent a small fortune on a variety of pillows, over the years. I have TERRIBLE muscle-spasms that feel like I have a "knife stabbing me in the neck!" So when I bought the Tempur-pedic NeckPillow, I was skeptical. After just ONE nite, I was forever SOLD on THIS pillow! Even on days when my neck is stiff & hurts, I can hardly wait to stretch-out & relax on my Tempur-pedic Pillow & Bed because I know I will feel better in the morning!! I have NOT purchased the Travel Size pillow yet, but plan on doing so, as I know I'd NEVER sleep well on ANY other type of pillow. Thanx Tempur-pedic!

I've had a tempurpedic pillow for more than 20 years. Finally replaced it. It's just as supportive as ever. I'm a side sleeper and I need something firm that will support my neck all night. My only complaint is that the pillow depth has been shortened and now my curly hair hits the headboard. Trying to find a solution for that.

I don't like this pillow at all. It is very hard and uncomfortable. Plus it smells horrible. I've let it air out for a long time and it still smells. Also, you are not allowed to return the pillow. Even if the plastic was still on. What a waste of a lot of money.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had a tempur-pedic neck pillow for over 10 years and have loved it, so I purchased two more for my husband and me. We both love it, and it gives great neck support and has resolved so many of my neck pain issues. My only complaint is that it had a weird smell for the first couple months, but worth it given the investment in good support. As other reviews have mentioned, it is a bit softer than in previous versions, but there is still great support.

Just received the neck pillow. Standard size. Small. Why is this pillow only made in a tiny standard size? This pillow looks more like what the travel pillow should be. Furthermore, why do these pillows not come with a pillow case to fit? This standard medium pillow will probably fit nicely inside a twin pillow case. It is very small. More after I try it out.

Putting your head down on a pillow is one of the last things you look forward to at the end of the day. The Tempur-neck pillow supports my neck perfectly. I orientate the pillow with the larger curve under my neck, that keeps the spine in alignment. I only use the one Tempur-Neck pillow. I sleep both on my side and back. I wake up with no "pain in the neck"
