It fits my neck perfectly. When I go on vacations or to visit friends overnight, I always bring my Tempupedic neck pillow. Even if the bed is uncomfortable, my neck is very comfortable and I am able to fall asleep. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So let's start with the fact that I ordered one of these specifically because my chiropractor told me he'd swear by it. First I would suggest getting a size larger than you think you would need because the pillow was a lot thinner than I originally envisioned. Pillow gets dirty extremely fast so you have to wash quite often but in an industrial washer its keeps it firmness and durability. Overall great product just cumbersome to be so expensive. Next time I will order larger for more comfort.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this pillow as I have a Tempurpedic mattress that is about a decade old, and I trust the brand. The other reason is that I have had been waking up with horrible migraines due to neck pain caused by using a traditional foam pillow. I bought the smaller of the two sizes available. It shipped quickly and I was looking forward to using it, but I couldn't figure out the best way to use it. I tried using it while laying on my side, on my back, and flipped it over too many times to count during the night trying to find the best positioning. I eventually gave up and gave it to my husband and I'm back to using the other pillow. I should have bought the larger size I think, so I will try that next pay day lol. Overall the quality of the construction is excellent and the cover is comfortable, I just need to order the right size :) I am still a loyal Tempurpedic customer

I love this pillow but decided it was time to replace my current pillow. The new pillow is awesome and is the only pillow I prefer to use for the proper neck support. I am an older individual so proper neck support is necessary so as not to wake up with a neck that is stiff or sore. This pillow answers those problems!

As a Licensed Massage Therapist for over 20yrs I get constant complaints from clients about neck and shoulder pain constant sitting and working at a desk along with general tension from our every day lives can take its toll on the body as well as after many years of sitting in the same position. I always refer my clients to the temperpedic neck pillow! I teach them to make there selves sleep on it daily as it is "memory foam" and it need time to " memorize your body and conform to each person's own unique shape and needs!
