[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used to use 2 another brend latex pillows but they weren't satisfied so I didn't really expect much this time too. But it is totally different. I normally sleep with a lot of movement so sometime I need to wake up to correct pillow position. But with this pillow, I didnt wake up so I could slept in one position but slept really deeply. I will buy more pillow and present to all my family.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a medium sized pillow and I'm a 5'7" female. After exchanging the small for the medium (I sent it back unopened), I wish I had stuck with the small sized one. The medium size is great for when I sleep on my sides, but I'm finding that I sleep on my back for the most part. When I sleep on my back with the medium pillow, it stretches out my neck muscles too much and ends up straining my neck. Lately I've switched to the other side and that helps a bit. Moral of the story: go with the smaller size! Otherwise I'm happy with it. It does great at supporting my neck when I sleep, I just got the wrong size which was my fault.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a good product. The only complaint I have is that the pillow had a funny smell for several weeks. The smell was from the plastic/encase that the pillow came in. I had to let it air for a several days before actually using it. Otherwise, it's a good pillow.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had one of the original TEMPUR-Pedic contour pillows many, many, years ago and loved it. I have to use the contour ones after a car accident 25 years ago. It lasted many years but when it needed to be replaced I started buying less expensive pillows and was fine for a while. But recently my neck would hurt with every pillow I tried. I decided to go back to TEMPER-Pedic and used the size chart to decide to purchase the small TEMPUR-NECK Pillow (I'm 5'1"), but it was too small. I decided to keep it for travel and purchased the medium. It's working fine, but I really believe the large would be better, but I've spent enough money and will just keep the medium.

WARNING: I ordered two Standard Small neck pillows and upon receipt, I thought they sent me travel pillows! They are not the same quality nor size as before. I have two other Temper-Neck pillows and they are wider than what I just received. NO mention is made of the size of the pillows on their website. I had to call to inquire whether if I traded them for the Standard Medium whether they would be wider. There is no difference. I am stuck with these small pillows because I cannot return them even though I have not opened the protective wrapping.

Not only are they the most comfortable pillows we have ever used, we are now blessed with the ability to order directly from the manufacturer of this wonderful product. As expected, TEMPUR-PEDIC is every bit as outstanding with customer service as it is with manufacturing the most outstanding mattresses and pillows as well as sheets and pillowcases available anywhere else.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As always, I appreciate the way the tempur material forms to my head and neck; however, there doesn't seem to be enough thickness in this pillow to support me. This pillow leaves me resting a significant amount on my back and shoulders, and doesn't support enough for side sleepers like me. I was able to repurpose these pillows for my children, and then purchased the tempur cloud pillow for me and my wife. Again, great material, would just have loved a thicker version of this pillow!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I first purchased this product, I had a great deal of neck pain. I no longer have daily neck pain from the way I sleep. This pillow smells horrible out of the box, and you will need to go to a store to find the correct size for your neck, but it supports my neck and shoulders perfectly. I also put a waterproof pillow cover on my pillow as soon as I get it home (since you can not wash the pillow), and keep plenty of extra if it rips or tears. The pillows will become too soft to support your neck at about five years, so make sure you buy another in advance (to air it out, etc...). I have tried other pillows, but this is the only one I will use.
