I bought the tempurpedic pillow as a last resort and it has done wonders! I haven't experienced any pain since and it is by far the most comfortable pillow I have ever owned. I would highly recommend it especially if you work a job that puts strain on your back and neck such as being a cashier or a server in a restaurant.

I am a college student in Berkeley and I always had hard times with my neck because I study so my neck is crouched and caused pain. When I saw the one-for-one offer, I immediately jumped at the opportunity. This pillow is everything I dreamed it would be. I got the Medium, based on past experience with other support pillows. It's just the right height for me.

This will be my third pillow that I have bought over the years. I love this pillow and it works great in supporting my neck. I can not live without this pillow. It makes you sleep like a baby and wake up feeling great with no neck aches or headaches. I recommend it to all of my friends.

About 12 years ago, I was gifted a Tempur-pedic neck pillow in the small size by a loved one. I am 5 foot 1 and have the petite stature in the diagram provided by Tempur-pedic. Prior to this gift, I had no idea the impact my pillow was having on me nor that due to my stature - a pillow might greatly impact my comfort in sleep. I often took ibuprofen in the morning due to the pain and tension I woke with. Instantly, my pain went away...with this new pillow. Now 12 years later, my pillow is still of use but it is a bit squishy...a bit too easily squishy. I am sad to let go of my old pillow now...but I have decided to go ahead and buy my second pillow of this type as I truly believe this pillow equals quality of life for me. :) There is nothing I don't love about the pillow. It lasted a good 12 years....I see the warranty is five years. I have well worn out the warranty and feel confident in buying a second.

It is kinda amazing how much a pillow helps you sleep and feel better. Definitely recommend for back sleepers! One thing we didn't pay attention to was the size, we bought the medium, but it still is quite small and our pillow cases are a little big. But the size is great for my neck.

I purchased the TEMPUR-Neck™ Pillow, Size: Medium to hopefully help, as it advertises, my neck issues. The pillow is very hard and unfortunately did not seem to feel like it fit my neck. I followed the sizing guides but it was terrible to sleep on, i felt the curve was too large for me. I had the pillow covered to protect it and used it for a solid week, even took it on travel to make sure it wasnt a get used to type of thing! Only 1.5 weeks later now i called to return the pillow. You CANT! 90 days return is only on mattresses! Dont buy this unless you are ok with being stuck with it!

I read the reviews and was excited when they arrived. The large pillow is more like a small one. I am very disappointed after a few nights of trying this pillow. I am back using my old one now. Was hoping they had a 30 day return policy if I wasn't satisfied but they dont.
