I went from a very soft decade-old pillow to this very firm pillow so the learning curve was STEEP. It took ~2 weeks to adjust but since the first night, my neck and traps haven't felt better (I no longer need to stretch them)!! I loved the small/medium heights. They are a little shorter than other companies' pillows and I find that the medium fits perfectly for my build and keeps my neck super neutral and aligned. Life changing. I will caution that my ears do get a little sore because of the firmness but it seems worthwhile.

I used to sleep in a fetal position which gave me wrinkles on my face and neck in the morning. As I get older those morning wrinkles seemed staying longer then forever now. TEMPUR-neck pillow made me possible to sleep on my back straight all night which allowed me to wake up without the lines I used to have after a fetal position. Even When I rolled on my side in sleep, I did not get many wrinkles on my skin because TEMPUR-neck pillow held the shapes of my head and neck area without pressure on my skin. I can't sleep without it anymore. I found it can be pressed and packed in a half size bag for travel and worked just fine as new after unpacking. Highly recommended for all.

The size, shape, and hardness of this pillow makes it unusable. The pillow is too short and narrow. Even after using the measurements I took based on the website instructions the pillow did not fit me at all. Sleeping on your side puts your head at a painful angle and your spine out of alignment. Sleeping on your back is extremely painful due to the shape of the curve and the hardness of the memory foam. It made my neck pain so much worse and gave me a terrible headache. I threw it away.

I was in desperate need of something to help support my neck while I slept to possible prevent waking up in the morning with neck pain and migraines. I had read to many great reviews on how much the Tempur-neck pillow had increased people's quality of sleep and even stopped the headaches from happening that I HAD to try it for myself. IT WORKS!!! I will admit it was a little awkward and uncomfortable at first to get use to since I'm a side-sleeper who enjoys using multiple pillows with one arm under which was no longer possible in order to use this pillow properly in order to receive the benefits it provides. But after a short while I adjusted to the change and I honestly cannot live without this pillow! I sleep so much better its unreal. I haven't woken up with a headache once since I started using it and I was waking to migraines at least once a week prior. Thank you Tempur-Pedic for creating such an amazing product!!!!

I tried to buy another, cheaper foam pillow but it was awful. I slept much worse on it. I sleep beautifully on this pillow. My back and neck feel better when I wake up. I will sleep on one of these for the rest of my life.

I bought this pillow about a month ago. I have had several non Tempur-Pedic type memory foam pillows in the past; however, they just don't hold up like the Tempur-Pedic brand. My daughter has had one of your pillows for years and it has not worn down like the other memory foam pillows do.

The neck bump is not tall enough to fit properly. I am 5'1 and purchased the medium size, in hopes of getting one size bigger than I needed for maximum support. It is smaller than lead to believe.

It is not too hard but not too soft - just the way I like it. Each side (long side) has different height levels, so you can adjust to your liking. I would recommend this pillow to others!

I use to wakeup most morning with a headache. I have had my Tempur-pedic neck pillow now for fifteen years and have not been troubled with headaches since. I was hoping by now, however, that pillow cases were made to fit them. I had regular cases altered to fit, but would like to purchase some ready made to avoid having alterations done on regular size cases. I plan to make another purchase for the same type pillow in a different size. I can't say enough praise for this pillow. I am sold and will never go back to a regular pillow again. My, what a restful sleep I have had for 15 years. There is not one thing I can comment in the negative.
