Purchased a neck pillow and it didn't work for me! I followed the guidelines to get the right size, but it is just to firm for my neck issues. I contacted customer service and they said sorry you are unhappy but there are no refunds on pillows although they offer a 90-day sleep guarantee on a mattress. Most of the other pillow Companys offer a refund if it's within the time frame. Won't be purchasing from Temper-Pedic again! I realize that everyone's experience is different, and probably 9 out of 10 the pillow is a good fit but how Customer Service handles issues is important when purchasing!

I bought this pillow on my spinal surgeons advice, as he said that surgery may be delayed or prevented simply by using this pillow. In addition, he said that his wife uses this exact pillow. I bought one right after the doctor visit, and so glad I did! I have cervical spondylosis and degenerative disk desease and am hoping to avoid surgery. The tempur-pedic neck pillow lets me sleep through the night, and wake up without pain and numbness. Sooooooo glad I got my tempur-pedic neck pillow!

The original investment in this mattress - the only expensive piece of furniture I own b/c sleep is SO important, was the best I ever made! I have been able to rest in spite all the arthritic joints in this bed like none other, and it's SUCH a delight to feel comfortable in bed!! I just LOVE it. I don't even like to travel anymore b/c I'm not abLe to sleep in other beds any longer. I tell everyone I know to get a tempur bed! I recently acquired a new tempurpedic pillow of a different format from my old one and I love this too :-)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not sure if it is a pro or a con - but my ear sometimes hurts when I wake up. I think this is because I fall asleep so hard and don't even move. It probably speaks to the comfort of the pillow and the fact that it truly holds its form. I do wish the size small pillow came with a pillow case or a note that it is smaller than standard size pillows. The pillow itself is smooth, but my pillowcase sometimes gets bunched up.

Bought this pillow to help give my neck support. I owned several contour pillows before that weren't Tempur-Pedic products. The previous pillows I owned were perfect as far as comfort and quality. The Tempur-Pedic pillow is hard. I have been using it now for about two months figuring the pillow will soften over time from use but it hasn't. The pillow is too hard for me and could be a little softer or the memory foam could give a little more. Wonder if the person who designed this pillow actually used it to see how comfortable it was. For a $100.00 pillow you'd think this pillow would be perfect.

I ordered a Tempur-Neck Pillow to help address chronic neck pain that I've had which seems to be worse first thing in the morning. I had a Tempur-Pedic pillow years ago and loved it! I have been a little disappointed with the new pillow I just received. I ordered a SMALL based on my neck to shoulder measurements using the guide (I'm 5'4" and ~115 pounds for reference with a small frame). While the contour shape fits my neck okay, the actual dimensions of the pillow are lacking. It's too small for a standard or queen size pillow case to fit on it. My queen size pillow case can practically wrap around it lengthwise twice! I guess I should have paid better attention to the dimensions of the actual pillow as I mistakenly assumed it would be a standard size with the SMALL only relating to the shape/fit of the contoured part. As far as my sleeping & neck pain - both have been worse after about a week sleeping on the new pillow. I'm not sure if it's just going to take some time to get used to, but I'm waking several times through the night and have experienced increased muscle tightness in my cervical region. Hopefully this improves!

You wouldn't look for any other pillow if you have this . It's one simple and needed by everyone to have a good comfort during their sleep .

I've had a tempurpedic pillow for more than 20 years. Finally replaced it. It's just as supportive as ever. I'm a side sleeper and I need something firm that will support my neck all night. My only complaint is that the pillow depth has been shortened and now my curly hair hits the headboard. Trying to find a solution for that.

However, as someone looking for a pillow with more firmness, I was disappointed with the Tempur-neck pillow. It did not provide as much "extra-support" as I would've liked or expected. I found it to be as firm or even less so than the cloud pillow and probably would just opt for that in the future. I think it would be a good pillow for others that don't require as much support though.
