[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I suffer from back/neck problems but always sleep comfortably and wake up feeling good after using my TEMPUR-Neck pillow. I have tried other pillows but this pillow is possibly the only that works positively for those issues. I definately plan on purchasing more and recommend them to everyone!

He suggested I get a new pillow but didn't (wouldn't) give me a recommendation. I chose this pillow because of a referral from a dear friend and I am truly seeing improvement. I am a side sleeper but it also works well when I sleep on my back. I would recommend this.

I slept on the older Tempurpedic neck pillow for 15 years and loved it. This model is hard as a rock, doesn't really conform to my head and I'm waking up with neck aches that I have never had before. Its now in a closet and I'm going back to my old pillow.

My husband has this pillow and loves it. My only complaint is that we've had the pillow for a few years (more than 3) and the foam is breaking down. It is about to the point now that I can't remove the cover for laundering, as it's messy and I'm afraid it will disintegrate. We have considered buying a bed from Tempur-Pedic, but honestly, I'm concerned about the materials. I know their warranty is longer on the beds, but still. For what it's worth, I would say this is a good pillow, but expect to buy a new one every few years. Or, if it starts breaking down ANY before the 3 year warranty period is up, get it replaced! I wish I had.

I was a little hesitant at first because of the pillow's firmness, but all it took was one night using it, and I was sold. I really must have been needing more neck support, and I noticed an immediate improvement in how well I felt in the morning. I'm pretty certain that I'll never use a different pillow again. Wouldn't recommend this considering the lack of comfort and firmness. I've never liked fluffy pillows and prefer structure, but this wasn't something I could even sleep on. Recommend trying in store considering this isn't an item they accept returns or exchanges for.

I have a serious neck problem and these pillows were always the best - apparently the company changed the density of the foam so now the pillow isnot as supportive.  This will be my last purchase from this company.  Also, I am sure my review will not be posted.  I will review this item on other websites.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I HAVE OWNED TWO OF THESE PILLOWS FOR THE LAST DECADE OR SO AND JUST RECENTLY ORDERED A NEW ONE. I AM VERY PLEASED WITH PILLOW BUT I WAS NOT EXPECTING IT TO BE SO SMALL, IT IS ABOUT THE HALF THE SIZE OF THE ONES I HAVE HAD IN THE PAST.
