[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not sure if it is a pro or a con - but my ear sometimes hurts when I wake up. I think this is because I fall asleep so hard and don't even move. It probably speaks to the comfort of the pillow and the fact that it truly holds its form. I do wish the size small pillow came with a pillow case or a note that it is smaller than standard size pillows. The pillow itself is smooth, but my pillowcase sometimes gets bunched up.

I don't have chronic pain, but I did hold a lot of stress in my neck. Since I started using this pillow, my neck has been virtually pain free. I can't even sleep on another pillow anymore. I have added the travel pillow and a king sized neck pillow to my collection, and I can't imagine my life without them!

I don't leave reviews, I read them. However I have to leave one for these. I had a car accident 15 years ago. Back then my doctor recommended this for neck support and to help with my whip lash recovery. I thought it was expensive for a pillow but I was misserable and would try anything. Let me tell you it's the best $ you will spend!!! I can't sleep without it. I travel a lot and miss it. They are a bit heavey to carry in your luggage. I usually roll a towel up and just use that under my neck. But I'm finally going to get the travel size so I can use it on the plane and in hotel room. No more waking up with a stiff neck or head ache when I'm away from home!!!! When you think about how much time you will spend resting your head on it, it should be worth it and it is in every way. I use it for back sleeping and side sleeping. I usually use a regular pillow between or under my knees to get the full spine aligned and wake up without pain! I'll never go back to regular pillows again!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Went cheap last time and bought a "similar to but not Tempur-pedic" pillow to replace my Tempur-pedic pillow. Couldn't understand why I was always waking up with headaches and neck pains. Realized it probably was the pillow. From the first night on my new Tempur-pedic pillow I noticed a marked difference. The next morning no headache, no neck pain. It just supports better than the "other" pillow and they last longer, my first Tempur-pedic lasted years. I'm sold! No more bargain basement pillows for me

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We just purchased our second Tempur-pedic pillow. Last one lasted 20 years... we were more than happy to retire the old one! Same comfort and support and hopefully durability. One comment though.. the new one is shorter in length than the previous one that we had. I mean the length could have been changed a long time ago, but we just found that out.

I have owned the same tempur-neck pillow for about 25 yrs. I was having neck and head issues and couldn't find a pillow that I slept comfortably with. I tried pillows of different thicknesses and I even tried a seed husk pillow and a couple of other unique style pillows. Any pillow would be comfortable for a few days up to two weeks. When I tried the Tempur-neck pillow, made it through the two wk period and has worked since then. I take it with me EVERYWHERE. I recently got my wife one for Valentine's Day and she loves it as much as I do. The pillow from Tempurpedic is what convinced me to own the mattress too. Sadly, they didn't make one with a cooling feature/layer way back then. One of these days I will donate mine and buy the upgraded one. Thank you Tempurpedic. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was having severe neck pain during the day. waking up with it and after sleeping on the tempur-pedic pillow it went away. I used one for years wore it out in fact and thought it make that big of a difference.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The pillow feels great and I get an excellent might of sleep. The pillow is smaller than a standard pillow, but I don't toss and turn at night, so it's not an issue. It smelled a little funny for a day or two, but that has dissipated.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought it because my chiropractor recommended it to me as I have a neck injury. At the beggining was not very confortable, but after a week it was ok and now I see how much my whole back has improved!
