I have been using this pillow in medium for a little over one month now due to a lot of neck pain. My neck pain is still working its way out, but it has improved and my sleep posture has improved because of this pillow. My only complaint is that I can't use a regular pillowcase with it, but I manage. It's worth every penny to alleviate my neck pain considerably.

I replace my pillow every few years or so out of preference but this one could probably last decades! The one improvement I'd like to see is more options for fitted pillowcases (silk option) to protect the cover it comes with. I switch my pillowcases 1-2 a week to avoid acne :)

I have been using the Tempur Pedic neck pillow for a number of years. My old one was getting too soft for me so I ordered a new one and it brought some welcome relief. I use the large size as it is the most comfortable. My medical history includes neck surgery (laminoplasty), problems with both shoulders, and lot's of arthritic pain. Add sleep apnea to that and you can tell that a good night's sleep can be elusive. The Tempur Pedic neck pillow provides the most comfort that I have found in a pillow. It is worth the price.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am a side sleeper and my ear is often painful from most pillows. This pillow is so soft but still supportive for my neck. I used the chart to figure out the right size. But it is too small so I added something else underneath it so it's now the right size. I should have ordered a size bigger than recommended.

I struggled to get a good night's sleep turning this way and tha . I purchased many different pillows, wadding up small ones to support my neck, neck roll pillows, and ones that used different stuffings. After much searching, I found a kinesiologist who recommended using Tempurpedic products. What a godsend. I sleep like a baby now and no longer have headaches. My Tempurpedic pillow is a godsend!

After a week of using these pillows, my pinch nerve went away and my neck feels great. This are one of those pillows where you will find yourself figuring out how to bring it with you whenever you have overnight stays.

Everyone is built different and it adjusts to whether you sleep on your side or back. I have slept with this type of pillow for over 20 years from Tempurpedic. I take it with me where ever I go as well in my suitcase.

Have used one of these pillows for years and loved it but decided it was time to replace it. Bad idea!!! The replacement has been "airing" for months in an effort to remove the horrible smell. No luck....I am so disappointed in this product. It remains unusable.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like all of the aspects of this particular pillow except for the fact that it is too low. I have to sleep with a pad underneath it to raise it to the correct height. Other than that, it is an excellent pillow.

I purchased what I thought was a similar pillow to the ones tempurpedic used to make. I was highly disappointed when my pillow arrived. This is nothing like the original. The neck support was way too high, I ordered a medium just like I used for years. Since tempurpedic doesn't accept returns I gave it to Goodwill. Wondering if I should have thrown it away but maybe someone can use it for a pet. Will never order again until they make an actual "original" pillow again.
