If I am away from home it goes with me. Have been using for over 25 years. The pillows have a long life so I believe you actually save money in the long run. Best pillow ever!

I'm typically a side sleeper, and used to have neck and shoulder pains when I used to sleep on a regular pillow. This pillow has fixed that and improved my quality of sleep. Will definitely buy again once this one is worn out.

I disagree with Michele, I am a side sleeper and have the pillow for back sleepers and couldn't be happier. It depends on the person. The best investment we ever made was the mattress set and pillows. All our back pains went away and I fall asleep faster than before.

This pillow is amazing. I have had it for several years and it's time for a new one. I just want to respond to a few of the people that have given poor ratings. First, if it holds your head low when you're sleeping on your side, then you got the wrong size. If you have the proper size it holds your head perfectly in line with your spine. For those that said it works great for a while, you have to realize that it needs replaced just like any other pillow! The material does break down over time and not support as well. Finally, this pillow is most comfortable when used with the Tempur-Pedic bed. I have the bed and the pillow and get AMAZING sleep. Love Tempur Pedic products- I will never buy anything else!

My friend recommended using a tempurpedic pillow and since they were having a buy one get one free promotion, I decided to give it a try. It's made a world of a difference because I'm waking up pain free now and sleeping more comfortably.

Why am I writing a review for a pillow? Because I feel cheated by Tempurpedic. My recent customer experience with them has been extremely disappointing. Yes, I bought this neck pillow and despite carefully measuring to their guidelines, the pillow turned out to be nothing like what I expected. It fails to provide adequate support for my neck and shoulders, making it extremely uncomfortable to use. It's really small and the firmness of the pillow is another major issue for me. It feels incredibly firm, almost like laying my head on a brick. What truly heightened my disappointment was Tempurpedic's customer service and return policy. When I contacted them about my concerns and discomfort with the pillow, I was told that it couldn't be returned or exchanged. I wish they would have made it way more obvious that was the case with pillows before I bought it, otherwise, I would have thought about it twice before paying so much money for this pillow. Is the return policy on their page? YES IT IS. Did I see it? NO I DIDN'T...but...does anyone???? The reason given, as relayed by their "highest" customer service representative, was baffling-something about recycling concerns, which seems arbitrary and inconsistent given that they can recycle a giant mattress but not a small pillow...that comes with a removable AND washable cover....so so strange... This experience has left me feeling undervalued and cheated as a customer. It's evident that Tempurpedic's priority lies more in maintaining their policies, than ensuring customer satisfaction. Their response to my concerns reflects a lack of commitment to their customers' well-being and a high commitment to absurd pillow policy. I am now out a high amount of money, but Tempurpedic continues without a care in the world about my issues...why would they? I already paid them. I truly am deeply disappointed with both the Tempurpedic neck pillow and their customer service. I regret it so so much...I would advise against purchasing this product and would caution others against doing so unless they are certain it will meet their expectations. Tempurpedic's unwillingness to accommodate a dissatisfied customer like myself has tarnished my impression of their brand and has ensured that I will never purchase a single product from them ever again.

I have been sleeping on a Tempur-pedic mattress for 23 years I have never had a bad night sleep. I recently replaced the small neck pillow, which I loved with a new Tempur-pedic small neck pillow. Not only do I find it quite uncomfortable, I have begun to suffer with neck pain. The material that it is made of is of a different quality than the original one. I returned to using the old one.

I HAVE BEEN USING A TEMPUR-PEDIC NECK PILLOW FOR YEARS AT HOME AND IN THE CAMPER. THIS PAST YEAR MY CAMPER WAS DESTROYED INTHE HURRICANE ON JULY 4TH. IT WAS TURNED OVER AND FLOODED. OVIOUSLY MY TEMPUR-PEDIC PILLOW WAS DESTROYED. WE GOT A NEW CAMPER IN AUGUST AND I TOOK MY PILLOW FROM HOME AND PUT IT IN THE CAMPER AND ORDERED A KING SIZE TEMPUR-PEDIC NECK PILLOW FOR HOME. FOR MY REVIEW THAT I WROTE TEMPUR-PEDIC SENT ME ANOTHER PILLOW OF MY CHOICE. WE GOT ANOTHER KING SIZE TEMPUR-PEDIC NECK PILLOW AND MY WIFE HAS BEEN USING IT EVER SINCE. SHE LOVE IT. I have neck and back problems and ordered this pillow to help with these issues. The pillow was rated for back and slide sleepers (I am a side sleeper) and made my ears hurt when I slept on my sides. The pillow also caused me to have more frequent headaches than my previous pillow. I did try to sleep on my back a number of times to give this pillow a fighting chance of living up to the hype, but I just could never get comfortable enough to stay asleep on my back. I would wake up on my side with my ear in excruciating pain. My stupidity that I did not read the return policy before purchasing.

I tried to buy another, cheaper foam pillow but it was awful. I slept much worse on it. I sleep beautifully on this pillow. My back and neck feel better when I wake up. I will sleep on one of these for the rest of my life.
