[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For years I've wasted my time with other fancy pillows that were supposed to be good for neck/shoulder pain. They never worked. I finally caved and bought the tempurpedic. I know some people pft at the size (I bought small) but I love it. It's sized perfectly for me, instead of this big bulky pillow I have to keep moving around all night long. This also means I can easily bring it for travel. After waking up for weeks with a stiff neck, I haven't had the same pain since switching to this pillow. Really glad I finally bought one!

I woke up one morning with a stiff neck. Unfortunately, it went on for days...then weeks. Out of desperation, I ordered the Tempur-Neck pillow. It worked immediately and my neck was better the next morning. I use it every night now. I was suprised because I have always loved a soft, squishy pillow and the firm, neck pillow is the opposite. I won't go back to a soft, down pillow. My only issue with it is that I wish it was longer. I have a king bed and it is smaller than my normal pillows. Other than the length, it is now my nightly pillow.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband has this pillow bought years ago and I wanted the same as it's perfect for a side sleeper. The new pillow is small like a child's width , smaller in width than a normal pillow. The higher side is also much higher than my husbands. By the morning it has compressed enough to be comfortable but not initially. Even with these issues my neck is better.

I purchased this pillow based on recommendations that it was a good neck supporting pillow. This pillow is too shallow and does not truly conform to the neck as advertised. I have had worse neck and shoulder pain as a result of using this pillow. This pillow also has a strong and unpleasant chemical odor which hinders a good night sleep, using Fabreeze helps to mask the odor. The pillow is over-priced based on my experience and worst of all Tempur-Pedic will not allow returns on pillows.

I didn't think the pillow is so important for good sleep and neck pains before. I'm greatful for having this pillow. :-) Customer service is great, too.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My shoulder has been hurting for quite some time. I've experimented with verious pillows. I now have now slept for four nights now on my Tempur-Neck pillow and my shoulder is feeling better each day.

I have been using Tempurpedic neck pillows for many years to help with C2 and C3 damage. It was time for a new one so I ordered. This new pillow is hard as a rock and increases my neck pain to the point where I wake up with not only extreme neck pain, but ALSO a headache that lasts until evening. This pillow is worthless to me, but a money grab for Tempurpedic.

I bought 2 of these after reading so many positive reviews. First of all they are very small which is fine just keep in mind it drowns in a regular pillow case. These pillows kill my neck. I wake up all night and my neck hurts so bad I can hardly turn my head. I've turned it every direction and it doesn't help. I gave the second one to my 20 year old son and he can't sleep with it either. I would like to try a different model but scared now as these are spendy.

I have used the Tempur-Neck for many, many years however the pillow received this week is not nearly as good as previous versions. It seems to be a different material, it's much harder, doesn't compress as easily and hurts my neck and ears. None of the previous pillows I've had in the past have been problematic. I'm extremely disappointed, the older versions have always been a lifesaver for my neck problems, this new version is a hindrance not a help.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like all of the aspects of this particular pillow except for the fact that it is too low. I have to sleep with a pad underneath it to raise it to the correct height. Other than that, it is an excellent pillow.
