We haven't bought a new one in quite a while and I felt like I was due. Well, this is nothing like the pillows I already own. It is so much smaller than the ones I have and it's so lightweight, what happened to the density that I have always loved about your products?? So now, it just sits there unused while I use my old pillow. Very disappointing...

I recently had to replace my old one which I had for over 15 years. This pillow supports my neck and relieves pressure. I have tried many other replacements and none compare to this tempur pillow. I take it with me when I travel and it is small and easy to pack in my suitcase. I would highly recommend this pillow.

I've owned and enjoyed the neck pillow for 10+ years. I needed one for my vacation home and was disappointed to see that the king-size was not available. So I got the same support just my head rolls off the ends sometimes. And my wife's king-size pillow requires that we buy 2 sizes of pillowcases. The price of a good nights sleep! If you're new to these pillows, note that you need to let them warm up before judging the firmness.

The only down side was the intense smell the pillows off-gassed upon arrival. They needed to be aired out for a couple weeks before the smell dissipated and the pillows could be used. This wasn't true with my first neck pillow purchased three years ago.

I decided to give the tempur pedic neck pillow a try after reading rave reviews. This pillow is quite simply amazing! The pillow contours to my neck and I can finally sleep through the night and wake up without neck pains. Highly recommend!

My chiropractor has always suggested sleeping with a rolled up towel under my neck to help with my spine alignment, so I thought this pillow would be perfect. The first night I used it, I woke up with a headache I couldn't get rid of. This scared me off using it again until a couple nights later... same thing. Now I can use it without headaches, but it's so firm, it makes my ears red and hurt if I lay on my side. My fiancé doesn't seem to mind it, though he pretends like the big bump isn't there and just lays on the flat part.

My friend recommended using a tempurpedic pillow and since they were having a buy one get one free promotion, I decided to give it a try. It's made a world of a difference because I'm waking up pain free now and sleeping more comfortably.

I have had and loved a Tempur-Neck pillow for years and when it came time to replace it, I ordered another one. It didn't occur to me it would be down-sized smaller than a queen. It looks ridiculous on a king bed and swims in the queen pillow case. And to make matters worse if you are an active sleeper staying on it is a challenge. This pillow doesn't meet my needs and I am very dissatisfied with it. Please bring back queen and/or king sized neck pillows.

I've used the Tempur neck pillow for23 years since I was in massage school. Now as a therapist when clients have neck problems I always ask what kind of pillow they use and it's usually the cause of discomfort. I explain the temper-pedic neck pillow, showing them a facsimile by slipping the half massage bolster under their neck (which of course is no substitute) but they get the idea. So when they purchase your pillow they come back and just say "Wow!"
