I am not sure when my neck pain started. So, i surveyed the web and decided to buy the tempur mattress and spend a year and a half. It was great buy although the mattress is quite expensive i thought. It worth... Recently, I felt a slight neck pain in the morning. I figured it out that the pain was from that I didn't use any pillow. the mattress well supported my neck as well as whole body for good balance. As the weather changed to summer, the temperature rose and the cushion became a bit firm and that's why the mattress lost supporting my neck. This time I tried to buy the tempur pillow and spent a night. It was marvelous... no more neck pain at all.... Its first look is a bit tall and firm but after falling into a sleep, I could keep sleeping until the morning. I will fall in love again with this stuff...

Being a "budget shopper", I tried at least a dozen pillows (some memory foam) before I bought another Tempurpedic because of the cost. I finally realized that if I added up the cost of all those cheaper pillows, it would come out to be a lot more than the price of a Tempurpedic pillow. So I bought another and am very happy. The only improvement I would make would be to make the top flat with no ridge. My head doesn't seem to fit between the two contours.

I have purchased several Tempur-neck pillows over the years to relieve severe neck pain. All pillows prior to this last purchase lasted five or more years. This pillow barely lasted one year. It's not worth the purchase price. I'll be exploring other brands.

I have used a Temper-Pedic neck pillow for over 18 years - loved it and good support on my neck. I purchased a new one with a new mattress. Disappointed at its size - it is really small. Still same support but very small. If you can no longer get the larger pillow equivalent to a regular pillow size, then this is a good substitute unless you can find one that is larger somewhere else.

This one is very small, but can't be returned even I didn't open the package. The website is very tricky, you need click the + button to see the return policy, it's just said may not be returned. Normally, I think many people like me won't check everything very carefully, only focus the products. I understand it's personal products, so I didn't open the package and call them for returns, but I don't understand they still don't accept returns. However, I couldn't return, then used it, it's not comfortable for me, sigh. It's very very bad shopping experience. Maybe for this kind of commodity, should go to store to check and buy it. It fits my neck perfectly. When I go on vacations or to visit friends overnight, I always bring my Tempupedic neck pillow. Even if the bed is uncomfortable, my neck is very comfortable and I am able to fall asleep. I had shoulder surgery and had some neck and upper back issues from college football. I am an active person, who lifts and runs often and want to stay that way. I am a back sleeper especially because shoulder surgery makes it hard to sleep on my stomach. The Tempur-Neck pillow helps my neck stay aligned and has been a game changer to allow me to sleep and wake up without neck/upper back aches. The first few days I was not sure and now I don't ever sleep without it. I also do not mind sleeping on the side and stomach sometimes with this pillow, it helps take pressure off of my shoulder/upper back/neck. Will be purchasing a second one for travel soon.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased both the Temper Cloud Soft and Lofty and the Temper Neck pillow. I find the Temper Cloud more lofty than soft. It feels hard after a few hours, waking me up. The neck pillow is also too hard but bearable. I have used the pillows for about ten days with the hope of getting accustomed to them but so far unsuccessful . The pillow quality is very good, just uncomfortable.

I slept so well, I investigated further and had to order a pillow upon my return home for the same bliss full sleep going forward. I did agree with everyone from the reviews that the odor the pillow emits in the first week or so was not pleasant, but it does go away eventually. I sleep so well and have no neck stiffness or pain since this pillow cradles your neck for such a comfortable rest.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Breathable and cool. Good firmness, both sides offer a choice between levels of support. How it suits your sleeping style is very important, but i find it best at offering support for back sleepers. It offers pressure relieving support.
