I used to think i might have to give up academia due to the pain, but then I tried tempur and it changed everything. I've been having them for less than two months and my pain's almost gone and i can feel that my neck tendons are healing. I'm short (5'2'', female) by have broad shoulders. I first bought size s but it seemed too thin for me. So i bought M, and it's perfect! Thank you Tempur!

I ordered this pillow because I would wake up with neck pain every morning. After reading the reviews, I was excited to order my pillow and was sure that it would help. I used the size chart and determined that I should order the "large" size. I recieved the pillow quickly and in perfect condition. After giving myself ample time to get used to sleeping with my new pillow, I've come to realize that my neck pain is worse than ever. The large size seems to be too big and puts too much pressure on my neck. Though I do understand the "no return" policy for pillows, I am disappointed that I spent so much money on a pillow that I can't use.

I purchased the Tempur-Neck Pillow on the recommendation of my chiropractor in a size medium. I was very excited to try it because I was in need of a new pillow, I had been waking up daily with a sore neck. After using the pillow for a month I was still waking up with a sore neck, even worse than before. I called customer service for some advice and they suggested I try the pillow in a size small. I have been using the small pillow and it is wonderful! Another thing I will mention is the smell of the pillow, it is very unpleasant. I also asked customer service about that and the representative suggested rolling the pillow up like a sleeping bag. It helps to push clean air through and work out the smell.

I bought the neck & shoulder pillow and it's made a huge difference. It took a couple of day's to get use to, but now I can't sleep on anything else. I don't wake up in pain anymore. I will never use another pillow.

I was given this pillow as a courtesy product when I purchased a tempur pedic mattress more than 10 years ago. The pillow has lasted that long, but has finally worn down. So, I am replacing it. The contour version gives excellent support for sleeping on both your side and back.

A bit smaller than I expected in terms of width, so I've had to adjust to being closer to my headboard than I'm used to, but the pillow itself is great. I alternate between sleeping on my side and my back and it's incredibly comfortable and provides good support in either position.

After several cerical surgeries I have found that this pillow is the most supportive and most comfortable of all. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase another. The only change I would make is to increase the size of it so it actually fits nicely with a standard pillow case; it is smaller and looks a bit 'unmade' on the bed, so I hide it behind a pillow sham.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm not kidding when I say that every night my fella would wake me up with his INTENSE snoring. It got to the point where I thought I would have to accept this as a way of life and then the tempurpedic neck pillow changed everything. He doesn't snore anymore! My only slight, minor complaint about the pillow is how small it is compared to a normal pillow. BUT this pillow has been a game changer not just for my guy but for me too and I don't even use it.
