[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] we have had our tempur pedic mattess for over four years and have loved it! But are pillows where something we had to continually replace. We finally took the plunge and bought the pillows and now will never look back! They are absolutely amazing with so much support I no longer have any neck problems or headaches when I wake up! I recommend this specific product to any one who is not getting a good nights sleep!

I am a chiropractor and this product is awful. I had high hopes due to the promised quality. It brings the head far too far forward and is far too firm and unsupportive for side sleeping. This product caused neck discomfort I've never had. Went back to much cheaper pillows. TERRIBLE PRODUCT. DO NOT BUY. I will never recommend them. Keep in mind the fine print states you cannot return this, while simultaneously saying they 100% stand behind their product.

This is the third TEMPUR-Neck pillow set we have purchased. Have always hoped for pillows sized for a king or queen bed, so I purchased 2 "Large" pillows. Boy, were we disappointed when we opened the box and found 2 small child-size pillows that are 4" shorter than our current pillows. They look ridiculous on our king bed. We will probably give them to our grandkids. The purchase was my fault because I focused on the description of "LARGE" instead of reading the actual dimensions. We won't be fooled again, and we won't purchase another Tempur-Pedic product. Too bad.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I replaced my old Tempurpedic pillow with a new one recently and am once again impressed with the support and comfort of the pillow. Before Tempurpedic, my nights were disrupted and my neck and back had chronic pain. This pillow eliminates my former need to rely on lots of physical and massage therapy. No break-in period needed. So comfortable the very first night.

This pillow definitely has helped my neck pain and overall frustration with finding a comfortable position. It's also a very cool pillow from my experience. As the headline says... the only thing I have bad to say is that they don't make or sell a pillow case for this. I hope this see this and make it because using a standard pillow case is annoying and ruins the experience.

I have been searching for this pillow for years and did t o ow it existed until I house sat for a friend and she had one on her bed. I slept so well with it, looked at the tag and immediately ordered 2. It supports my neck and head just how I need it. I am a back sleeper and I have slept with a neck roll and a pillow for years just trying to get the support I like, and I just found it all in one pillow! Best pillow ever!

I own several other Tempurpedic pillows, and they seem to be made of a different material, as they are much more comfortable. I purchased the recent pillow to replace an older one, and the new one is unusable. It hurts my neck and shoulders and gives me chronic headaches. I now just use it as a floor pillow on which to sit.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the best pillow that I have ever had and might just be the last type of pillow I ever own. I've tried the bamboo pillow, soft, hard and everything in between pillows but most of them gave me neck pain and went flat within a few months. I'm a back and side sleeper and the neck pillow contours perfectly to me. I have not woken up with neck pain or a headache since the pillow arrived. I am extremely satisfied with my purchase.

I found this pillow to be much too full for my petite frame and so firm that it hurts my ear, resulting in tossing and turning all night. I now realize there is a competitor product that seemingly addresses these shortcomings and has a 60-day return policy so will try that next. Wish I had done that research before purchasing this one since it's now a waste of my money.

I have used this pillow for years, but the new one is nothing like my old one. The new one is as hard as a rock, and I simply cannot get comfortable on it. I'm really disappointed that I bought one online because they do not allow returns on pillows.
