I had the tempurpedic side to side pillow for a really long time and loved it but it was due for a replacement. I was so excited to get this pillow and when received it was 1/4 of the size of my original pillow but I thought let's give this a try. Still optimistic. I honestly don't feel like it supports anything. It almost feels flat. It has not helped my neck pain and had actually increased some of my mid back pain From the lack of support. It's disappointing for the amount of money I paid. I have had it about a week and a half and will be ordering something different.

I ordered this pillow because I would wake up with neck pain every morning. After reading the reviews, I was excited to order my pillow and was sure that it would help. I used the size chart and determined that I should order the "large" size. I recieved the pillow quickly and in perfect condition. After giving myself ample time to get used to sleeping with my new pillow, I've come to realize that my neck pain is worse than ever. The large size seems to be too big and puts too much pressure on my neck. Though I do understand the "no return" policy for pillows, I am disappointed that I spent so much money on a pillow that I can't use.

Bought two of these long ago (20 years or more, seriously,) when there was only one size (small.) Bought a medium one maybe a year ago - size is better, but foam was less dense and "cushiony" feeling. The size is better but not the foam. Bought two more approx 2 weeks ago - medium size - foam is much, much less dense. Feel is too "airy," not as supportive and cushiony.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am quite disappointed in my pillows. I have used tempurpedic Contour pillows go over 15 yrs after multiple cervical surgeries. This particular one that your sight lead me to is not at all like my other TempurPedic pillows. It is extremely firm. It doesn't cradle my head like my previous one.

I own several other Tempurpedic pillows, and they seem to be made of a different material, as they are much more comfortable. I purchased the recent pillow to replace an older one, and the new one is unusable. It hurts my neck and shoulders and gives me chronic headaches. I now just use it as a floor pillow on which to sit.

I was so excited to get this pillow and I hate it. It's hard as a rock. I might as well sleep on a block of concrete. The medium is also tiny. Wasted my money. Not happy at all. I have other tempurpedic pillows that are much better but I really needed neck support not a rock.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After having a serious neck injury 25 years ago my Doctor recommended I use a neck pillow. I purchased the Tempur Neck pillow at Brookstone in Tyson's Corner, Virginia. Ten years ago thinking all neck pillows are the same I purchased what I thought would be comparable; however, in less than a year I started waking up with unbelievable headaches. After a lot of Doctors appointments, a lot of meds, and no relief, I decided to try the Tempur Neck pillow again, I have not had a headache or neck pain since I changed back to Tempur Neck Pillow. It definitely spells relief for neck and shoulder problems.

I made a mistake to buy the large one because I read to many reviews on here of people that say that large size is the best. Well, It's been 2 days that my neck hurt. Tempur-pedic doesn't accept returns so now I have a pillow that I will never use. I suggest you to buy the pillow in a store so u can try it and see which size is the best for you. I will probably buy the same pillow again but in medium or small.

I loved my pillow for awhile, maybe about a year, but then it went flat in the middle. I'm not that big, only 5/1" and 120 lbs. I sleep on my back as I have shoulder issues (arthritis). The doctor recommended this pillow for the arthritis in my neck, but there is no longer any support. I've tried everything to bring back the original curve.

I'll admit hesitance making this purchase--I'm middle aged and starting to feel the creaks from years of desk work and frankly wasn't ready to think about therapeutic solutions... I'm still invincible right? Welp, after months of pain and discomfort I ordered this pillow and I am so THANKFUL I did! I've decided that feeling no pain IS COOL! Within a night I had improvement and truly within a few nights all my other pillows had been downgraded to the nightly set aside pile--I stick with what works and it's this pillow. I used the tool to measure what size I needed and when it arrived it was the perfect fit. Firm, but not too firm, just the perfect depth and I can sleep on my back, side or stomach and my neck is still perfectly supported. The best... Laying on your back with your arms folded over your head--soooo comfy and I'm normally a side/tummy sleeper! Good looking out Tempurpedic!
