This one is very small, but can't be returned even I didn't open the package. The website is very tricky, you need click the + button to see the return policy, it's just said may not be returned. Normally, I think many people like me won't check everything very carefully, only focus the products. I understand it's personal products, so I didn't open the package and call them for returns, but I don't understand they still don't accept returns. However, I couldn't return, then used it, it's not comfortable for me, sigh. It's very very bad shopping experience. Maybe for this kind of commodity, should go to store to check and buy it. Just reminder, before buying it, click the + button to check everything carefully.

I have an older pillow that was the same model but seems to be way softer, larger, and overall better. Not sure if they changed their design what. Still, great pillow for the price and lasts forever!

So far I am extremely happy with these pillows- however the small one is VERY small. It is not a standard sized pillow. Other than the small size of the pillow, my c-spine and I are very comfortable! My only suggestion is to purchase the larger sized pillow if you don't like a mini-pillow!

I had had a neck surgery and you would not believe how many pillows I bought in trying to find one that helped. Because believe me, you don't have right one, your neck and back will let you know. Only reason do not still have it is because I somehow washed it wrong and it ripped in half. And unfortunately the price has been a problem for me, but I will be ordering another one as soon as I can. Highly suggest this pillow ❤️

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The neck pillow has helped tremendously with my neck pain, but it lost some firmness/loft within the first month where I rest my head the most. It would be ideal for it to keep it's original firmness over time or least for a year. I am a bit disappointed in this aspect, but otherwise thankful for less pain.

Only complaint is the smaller dimensions (smaller than a traditional pillow), and it seems to get lost within a traditional pillowcase. Now just need to find a smaller pillow case. Otherwise, this pillow has been great.

Absolutely worst pillow I have ever used. I'm a physical therapist, so I have a very good background on proper neck alignment while sleeping... this product is terrible. I was tossing and turning for hours because it does not give your neck/head the proper support, and it felt like sleeping on a brick. Very disappointing coming from one of the supposed top names in the business. And they don't even stand behind their product... no returns, which I will admit, is clearly stated. If they knew they offered a good product, they would at least offer credit to their website for people who aren't satisfied. Try another pillow, and another company.

I've owned and enjoyed the neck pillow for 10+ years. I needed one for my vacation home and was disappointed to see that the king-size was not available. So I got the same support just my head rolls off the ends sometimes. And my wife's king-size pillow requires that we buy 2 sizes of pillowcases. The price of a good nights sleep! If you're new to these pillows, note that you need to let them warm up before judging the firmness.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The size of the the "large" pillow is even smaller than the standard size pillow, so the standard pillow cover fits really big on the pillow. But pillow itself if very comfy. I just wish it were bigger.
