[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The pillow was very firm for the first month, but now that it is breaking in, it is great. I had the symphony pillow for 10 years now and decided to get a new one. If I could go back, I would get the symphony again. This is small, compact and dense. It definitely works.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As always, I appreciate the way the tempur material forms to my head and neck; however, there doesn't seem to be enough thickness in this pillow to support me. This pillow leaves me resting a significant amount on my back and shoulders, and doesn't support enough for side sleepers like me. I was able to repurpose these pillows for my children, and then purchased the tempur cloud pillow for me and my wife. Again, great material, would just have loved a thicker version of this pillow!

I moved to the US in 2011.Before that I have been using Tempur Pillows and Matrasses for many years. We bought a Matrass in 2012 and finally got a Pillow again just a month ago... But I am very disappointed. To me it seams, Tempur here are made to suit the American Market and cant in my opinion compare to the original I used Over Seas. Its softer and offers less support. The original Matrass is harder to the Touch, the first few minutes until your body heat molds it to your shape. same with the pillow. I am glad I got it at the buy one get one for free, or I would really be disapinted spending that kind of money for a Pillow that feels to me like any other foam Pillow....

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Since I got this pillow, my sleep has been much more restful. I wake up without pain and toss and turn far less. The great thing about it is that it works for side and back sleeping- just flip the pillow and adjust to your comfort! I'm glad I took the leap and got this pillow it's made all the difference in my sleep.

I'm unhappy with the pillow. I never slept on it, but tried it, covered, and it's uncomfortable. Years ago, I purchased a Tempur-Pedic pillow and was happy with it, so I was looking for a replacement. However, this pillow is nothing like the old one. It is much smaller and not supportive. Also, it's frustrating how expensive the pillow is and that I am not able to return it.

I bought tempurpedic neck pillows 15 years ago and LOVED them. They lasted, well, 15 years! I immediately sought to replace them but the formulation has changed. The new versions are much firmer and denser and less comfortable. I want my old pillows back!

I loved my pillow for awhile, maybe about a year, but then it went flat in the middle. I'm not that big, only 5/1" and 120 lbs. I sleep on my back as I have shoulder issues (arthritis). The doctor recommended this pillow for the arthritis in my neck, but there is no longer any support. I've tried everything to bring back the original curve.

I used to have neck pain with my previous pillow all the time and this one doesn't give me any. When I sleep on my side though, I feel like the pillow needs to be higher--I may need to choose another size.

I would recommend it to anyone who suffers from work or back pain. It allows me to sleep longer, more restful, and wake up without a stiff neck or back.

I have been using Tempurpedic small neck pillows for many years now. It is just the right size for a small person, and it keeps me from having neck problems. Recently, Tempurpedic had a promotion - buy 1 pillow and get the 2nd one free. Since I was in need of a new pillow, I placed an order. The 2 pillows arrived quickly, but I was a little disappointed in the firmness of the pillows. They are a little softer than I would have liked. I needed some for a second bedroom so I put them there. I love these pillows, but I never know how firm they will be when I get them. I like my pillow to be a bit firmer when I first get it because it will break down over time. I wish there was more consistency in these pillows so I could be assured of getting a firmer pillow, which is what I expected to get.
