Horrible pillow it's like sleeping on a tiny thin flat pad. Following the sizing i needed a small pillow and it looks like a child's pillow. I spend all night sleeping with my arm under the pillow as there is absolutely no neck support. I would not recommend this pillow to anyone.

My wife and I have been using Tempur neck pillows for about ten years. It was time for her to get a new one, and knowing my time would come soon, when I saw they were offering 2 for 1 pillows in December, I jumped on the offer as a last minute Christmas present. Unfortunately, we didn't realize until we started using the pillows that they are considerably smaller than they used to be - both thinner and narrower. My wife needs the support more than I do, so for now, she's using my old one and I'm using one of the new ones, but once my old one starts to wear out, we'll probably have to switch brands altogether.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great overall. Bought this to replace my previous Temperpedic contour pillow. Exactly what I was looking for. Only issues......first, it is at least 4 inches shorter in length than the previous design (so if you change sides without sliding the pillow over you would roll off of it) and second, there is no option anywhere on the site to buy a replacement cover for this pillow (same issue with the previous style).

I have used contour pillows for years. Unfortunately my go to pillow is no longer manufactured. I loved the mattress and decided to try Tempurpedics. After trying to sleep on it for two weeks I've decided to give up the ghost. It is an extremely firm pillow with absolutely no give. My husband has literally been standing on it for a week to try to soften it. Unfortunately I purchased it on line and basically am out $100.00. I highly recommended trying it out in store prior to purchase.

I disagree with Michele, I am a side sleeper and have the pillow for back sleepers and couldn't be happier. It depends on the person. The best investment we ever made was the mattress set and pillows. All our back pains went away and I fall asleep faster than before.

I was hesitant to try it out again, but when I did, it was was wonderful and have been using it since. I have been using it for about a month now.

This one is very small, but can't be returned even I didn't open the package. The website is very tricky, you need click the + button to see the return policy, it's just said may not be returned. Normally, I think many people like me won't check everything very carefully, only focus the products. I understand it's personal products, so I didn't open the package and call them for returns, but I don't understand they still don't accept returns. However, I couldn't return, then used it, it's not comfortable for me, sigh. It's very very bad shopping experience. Maybe for this kind of commodity, should go to store to check and buy it. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Finding the right pillow for me was accomplished when I bought my Tempur-Neck pillow. I am able to sleep comfortably now and feel rested and my neck doesn't hurt anymore when I get out of bed in the morning. Wonderful!
