Purchased this pillow based on what was recommended by a sales rep. This pillow works good, but just not as comfortable as the one that I had lost. Will be purchasing a different pillow in the near future.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this pillow! I have struggled with neck and shoulder pain for years, and tried this pillow when I stayed with a friend recently. I have tried the knock off versions and they just don't compare. I purchased the Tempur neck pillow a few months ago and have been so happy with it. My neck pain is little to none after using this pillow. I don't leave home without it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pillow provides good support for my neck. It is light-weight and easier to move around than most of our Tempur-pedic pillows. However, it is tiny. This means that even standard sized pillow cases are way too large for the pillow. It definitely is out of place on our king-sized Tempur-pedic mattress.

I have had a Tempurpedic neck pillow for years which I love. I purchased 2 new ones but found that they smelled of chemicals and have not been able to use them. The cover slso seems to be made of a synthetic material. Not like they used to be but diappointing.

I would only recommend this to back sleepers. We ordered two neck pillows along with our mattress, I don't know what my husband was thinking because I am a stomach sleeper. This absolutely doesn't work on your stomach, you feel like you are choking yourself. It is also too low for sleeping on your side. Basically if you get this pillow you are stuck sleeping on your back. I only use this when I'm taking a nap and don't mind sleeping on my back for an hour. It is very comfortable it doesn't give you a sore spot on the back of your head and it keeps your neck nice and straight, but if you don't like being stuck on your back don't fool yourself.

I had my original tempur pillow (sorry if gross) for 10 years, reason being it was comfortable, I find it difficult to get the right pillow and I suffer with insomnia. I mainly sleep on my side, but through the night while awake I am on sides and back. Any pain free sleep is important. My old pillow only just started to be soft and not work for me anymore. I purchased a new one the same with the feeling that I knew what I was getting. Unfortunately, I didn't realise I was still sleeping on the old pillow for a little while (new one on bed in the other room). So when I realised and started sleeping on new one it was out of the return date. I did contact tempur and had reply but my own fault for not sorting sooner. I am really sorry to say my new one is total rubbish, I do not know why. I feel like my head is sinking and straining my neck. I am sat here now with neck pain and need to visit osteo or someone to give it treatment. I have tried in different ways, also tired an extra pillow on top, underneath (none of what I needed to do before). It's like softer than my 10 year one! Not happy at all with it ☹️ now looking for a new pillow. Or may return to old one while I find a great pillow. This is genuine review of my own experience and we all different. I still have my tempur mattress, which only just needs replacing and my husband has his normal tempur pillow which he still loves. Sorry tempur, I don't know what you have changed if anything but it's not right for me anymore.

I've heard about TemPur Neck Pillows from my friends and decided to try it. I slept on in the first night, I couldn't sleep well. Probably because my neck wasn't used to the formed shape. I slept better the second night. By the third night, I told my husband that he should get one for himself. I am not afraid of waking up in the morning with pains anymore. I think this is my 3rd pillow I've bought over the years. I travel with them everywhere! I did notice a slight difference in the feel from those I had for many years. It is all good though because I immediately felt relief in my neck and upper back when I put my head on it. I'm 5'6" and have always used the small size. If you are new to these it does take a few weeks to get used to the feel especially if your neck is not 100%. Like many others that ordered these I have cervical disc issues and don't know what I would have done without this pillow. I'm hoping I can order/find the replacement for the satin cover I have but not sure it's available anymore.

I have 2 herniated disks from sports as a teen and have had back pain for over 20 years. I bought this pillow in 1999 on a whim while walking the mall (I was in high school). It followed me to college and grad school and onto my adult life. I still have it. I still use it every day. When I travel, I bring it with me. It is my most prized possession. My husband and kid are not allowed to get anywhere near it. It changed my life and my sleep. THANK YOU!

Doctors couldn't really help that's much except given me more and more pain killer, after months I thought changing pillow could help but I didn't want to get any pillow so I did my homework and I decided to choose TEMPUR-Neck Pillow, and it just made my life wayyyyy better, its just like magic it took me two days to start feeling better, and as time kept going my neck was getting better and better and now here I'm four months later sharing my experience.
