However, I've had this pillow for a few months, and I can definitely say that it's my favorite pillow I've ever had. It's done wonders for my neck pain and I wake up having slept better too! I highly recommend this pillow!

I recently wanted to replace my first and actually tried three other pillows since I figured the technology caught up to Tempur Pedic over the last 10 years. However, none of the other pillows gave me all the benefits that the Tempur Pedic did so I purchased my second Tempur Pedic pillow. It's the only pillow I've found that allows me to sleep without tossing and turning. The size of the pillow also allows me to pack it in my suitcase when I travel since I need it if I want to sleep the entire night!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The pillow feels great and I get an excellent might of sleep. The pillow is smaller than a standard pillow, but I don't toss and turn at night, so it's not an issue. It smelled a little funny for a day or two, but that has dissipated.

we have purchased several of these in the past. This one is unusually hard. I don't know if the manufacturer changed the formula. But you may as well pour some cement in the contour shape and sleep on that. Of course, you can't return this overpriced piece of concrete.

I purchased two pillows for side and back sleeping and it wasn't worth the money. I was so hopeful that these pillows would help me sleep better and not cause neck pain like other pillows. The pillows are so thin, hard and uncomfortable that incouldnt stay asleep, causing neck pain and a headache. I ended up ditching them at 330am

This is a travel-size pillow AT BEST. I received this for my boyfriend after looking high and low for a curved pillow and a comfortable solution for his size. The pillow is 20" wide... for all sizes apparently. I was sure we got the wrong size. I didn't open it or anything called and asked if they could at least exchange. Nothing. Super disappointed only begins to describe it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Recently purchased 2 of the small pillows. I love this pillow and because of neck problems it is the only pillow I can sleep on. It cradles my neck and gives me a great nights sleep and no pain in the morning. I also have one in the RV. I am on my 2nd tempurpedic mattress and wouldn't buy anything else. I LOVE my tempurpedic!!!!

I find this pillow to be extremely uncomfortable. It's hard as a rock. Figured my body heat would help to soften it within a few minutes of each use, but this is not the case. I have trouble falling asleep while using it, and wake up most mornings with my head on my mattress due to discomfort. Also noticed a strong chemical odor when I received it five weeks ago - the scent still resides. I find it unfortunate that this is such an expensive pillow, when it does not own up to its claims of offering "comforting therapeutic support." Wish there was something that could be done to make my money spent worthwhile, since I spent a hefty amount on a product I cannot use. Unfortunate but understandable that they do not accept returns.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I loved Tempurpedic pillows but purchased some recently and they were not as solid as the ones I had before. I need a firm pillow or my neck hurts. Disappointed that they appear to have reduced the firmness in the pillow.

As a slide-sleeper with cervical issues, I bought the Tempur-neck, small profile a couple of weeks ago. I found it a bit too high and, unfortunately a bit too hard, to the point I can't sleep comfortably on it. It is a pity the return policy does not allow to return this product after trying it.
