[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am not happy because I ordered a large. it was way too big so I called customer service. after some complaint the rep said he would give me one time exchange and sent me the small. now it is too small and does not support my neck at all. I would medium is best for medium built woman.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my tempur neck pillow. The first night I slept on it, I felt neck pain relief. I didn't expect the pillow to do that after one night, since normally you need to adjust to them for a couple weeks. The pillow is great!

My neck and shoulders started hurting after the first night I slept on the pillow. I am petite and even chatted with the customer service rep before purchasing. The rep suggested the small neck pillow, which was a HORRIBLE recommendation. The pillow is so small it will not even fit in a standard pillow case. They let you try out a mattress for 90 days, but you cannot return a pillow after using it for 2 nights, SO stupid

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a neck pillow from about 20 years ago that I'm still using, but when my mom ordered one recently, it was buy one get one free, and she only needed one ... So I thought, what the heck, and took the second one for myself. It's great in keeping my neck in line so that I don't wake up with neck pain - the support is fantastic. I love it as much now as I did when I first got it - and now I have a spare!

I was so excited to get my pillow, I've had neck problems for many years. The pillow itself is comfortable and has a great arch for my neck and shoulders my only issue is it's so flat!!! So most night I end up folding it in half and sleeping that way. Making for a restless sleep.. I would love any suggestions..maybe I should try a different pillow?

Assuming you don't mind forking over the bucks, these pillows--and that's plural because most of them are simply amazing--will change your life. I use to constantly throw my neck out. One year someone gave me this pillow as a gift and ever since I've been good to go. In fact I've bought several other ones as well. Rarely ever do I get stiff necks, pinched nerves, or any of the god-awful afflictions associated with the neck. I strongly recommend this pillow, especially if you have neck problems.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Breathable and cool. Good firmness, both sides offer a choice between levels of support. How it suits your sleeping style is very important, but i find it best at offering support for back sleepers. It offers pressure relieving support.

Be very careful when buying this. The pillow was very small and thin, more so than I thought when I bought it. We have had similar Tempur pillows in the past for years, this one is smaller. I was very, very frustrated to also learn that the expensive pillow has NO return policy. I'm sorry guys but if you sell something online, you should have to take it back if unused.

I've slept on this pillow-style for 10+ years. I ordered two "Large" on BOGO special. My 24" Counter-Breeze has apparently been discontinued (although Customer Service has no idea when). I hadn't even taken 20", so called "Large" pillows, out of their boxes. But essentially got "tough luck" from Customer Service. Had I opened shipping box I would be understanding. Instead I feel ignored and dismissed by a company that I've supported for years.

I was having trouble with neck and shoulder pain from side sleeping, and switching to this pillow has made a huge difference. My neck is supported and my body doesn't crumple in on my shoulder like on a regular pillow when I side sleep. The pillow is firm and rather small, but it does a good job. I definitely would recommend this.
