This is the worst purchase I have made from Tempur-pedic. This pillow is way too firm. After using it a couple nights I was in severe neck pain. Buyer beware there is no refund on pillows. If you were not satisfied with the pillow you're just stuck with it. My husband has the same pillow and the one I purchased isn't even close in size even though he has the standard and I ordered the standard. This pillow is designed for a child not for an adult. Size is off. Should have just bought something similar somewhere else and paid a whole lot less. My money down the drain. Even though I own a Tempur-pedic bed if it ever needs replaced, you can rest assured it won't be by Tempur-pedic.

I have straight neck syndrome, and actually have a bit reversed cervical curve..so it's really uncomfortable when I wake in the morning. When I first time used this Tempur-neck pillow, my neck pain was released. Not 100% released from the tension, but I can't sleep without this pillow any more..because I will have mush more pain with the normal pillow. I ordered travel neck pillow. I look forward to have it soon!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using Tempur-pedic for 10+ years. When I first started using the pillows I loved them. I could get a good year or two out of one. As of late, however, I have been unimpressed with the quality of the pillows. I purchased a pillow in August, and already it won't retain its shape! I've had neck surgeries, so good cervical support is a must for me. Unfortunately, I've been sorely disappointed with how quickly it lost its shape. I notice there are other reviewers who have commented about the same issue. This pillow is too expensive to only last a month or two. This is the second pillow that has done this. I thought the last one may have just been a bad pillow, but after two, I will now be looking for a new pillow.

This neck pillow (small) replaced my other 9 year old Tempur Pedic pillow which i was very happy with. This new pillow was MUCH THINNER than my 9 yr old pillow, this new pillow has a VERY VERY BAD ODOUR making it impossible to use. I will attempt to air the pillow out for a few weeks, but this new pillow's quality is not as good as my original, nor is it as good as my travel neck pullow. VERY DISAPPOINTED. The $90 this pullow shoud have been MUCH better quality.

I have been sleeping on a Tempur-pedic mattress for 23 years I have never had a bad night sleep. I recently replaced the small neck pillow, which I loved with a new Tempur-pedic small neck pillow. Not only do I find it quite uncomfortable, I have begun to suffer with neck pain. The material that it is made of is of a different quality than the original one. I returned to using the old one.

So disappointed. I bought a temperpedic pillow in 2009 and it was amazing. Needed another for our second home and after three days, I'm throwing it in the trash. I don't even know how you call this a pillow. It's so hard that it constricts blood flow in my ears so I wake up with ear pain.

Like sleeping on a rock is what best describes my experience. I didn't know that memory foam could be this hard. Isn't it suppose to mould to your body contours? I really wanted to love it, and have used it every single night for 2 weeks. I've slept poorly, woken up frequently, sore, and tired in the morning. And to add insult to injury they do not take returns. Disgraceful. Complete waste of money.

So much better than my previous "cool gel" pillow. Way better support and sleep quality from day one. Was a bit warm at first but got used to it quickly. It will be interesting to see how it is during the summer. I sleep warm so may need to put a towel on it.

Now I can say it is one of the best decisions I have made this year. I'm sleeping more than 6 hrs without waking up. Before I used to wake up every 2 hrs for no reason. I also bought some pillows and for my son a topper which works great. I want to get him in the future one and use the topper when I have some guests at home. Great all these products.
