I ordered this and I'm stuck with it. Yes it's supportive but unlike past Tempurpedic pillows I've owned (which I'd say were medium to firm, this one is EXTRA FIRM and NOT NEARLY as responsive. Feels like a rock. Unless I got a bad one, please tag this item as extra firm as the current label is medium and when you can't try before you buy, you're stuck with a rock under your head. Bought one for me and one for my wife. It has been 3 months since we bought them and the pillows are too small and to hard to sleep with. I strongly suggest you do your research because I'm sure there is something better out there. All of our pillow cases are huge for these pillows and me and my wife wake up with pain on our necks every attempt we made. These is not for everyone. Do your research or you will regret it

This pillow has been by far the best pillow I've ever had. The ability to hold it's shape while remaining soft has changed my sleep. I find myself feeling better rested after buying these pillows. I've also been able to track my sleep changes, via sleeping app, and it's reduced my very mild and occasional snore to nothing.

It works amazing, I have had no more pain and can't sleep without it now! Totally worth the money!

I have been sleeping on a Tempur-Pedic pillow for over 20 years. My old pillow was just not giving me enough support any longer so I decided to buy a new one. It seems TP has changed the material as this new pillow no longer molds to my the way the old material did. This pillow is much too firm. I am waking up with neck pain nearly every morning. It would be great if it were a little less firm.

I have a 2017 and a 2013 TP neck pillow I bought. Both small size, and both having that clay-like, slow response foam that was somehow both dense and firm but so soft. BEST pillows ever. I bought 2 medium loft cooling neck pillows during BOGO and one regular medium loft neck pillow direct from TP. I side sleep mostly now on a firmer TP mattress and need more life. These 3 new pillows do not have the same foam as my older 2. New foam is white, old foam yellow. New doesn't have that clay-like slow response. It barely conforms to my neck and head. It bounces back into place almost immediately instead of slowly expanding. It's harder and less dense, and lighter too. None of these pillows work for me and I'm upset at having spent this money for nothing. I went to several mattresses stores in town to check on the newer pillow offerings, none of them carried the neck pillow in stock.

I would only recommend this to back sleepers. We ordered two neck pillows along with our mattress, I don't know what my husband was thinking because I am a stomach sleeper. This absolutely doesn't work on your stomach, you feel like you are choking yourself. It is also too low for sleeping on your side. Basically if you get this pillow you are stuck sleeping on your back. I only use this when I'm taking a nap and don't mind sleeping on my back for an hour. It is very comfortable it doesn't give you a sore spot on the back of your head and it keeps your neck nice and straight, but if you don't like being stuck on your back don't fool yourself.

I'm sure this product provides the support and comfort it claims, but I would recommend a different pillow. I have the cloud pillow and love it. It has improved my sleep quality and did not come with an odor. Unfortunatly, this pillow has a metal-like odor to it that requires significant airing out before use. I've spoken to Tempur, and they say this is common. It's been a few days, and I can't use it without the smell making me sick. I'm sure the materials are worth it, but it should come with a warning and care instructions about how to properly air it out before use without damaging the materials.

i bought this pillow almost a year ago and have used it about 4 times. it is so uncomfortable and stiff that i have turned it into a bed for my cats because they really seem to enjoy it. quite disappointing when you pay so much for something and cannot return it!
