I was expecting something in medium firmness but this is the hardest pillow I've ever felt. It's terrible for back-sleeping as it pushes my head too high and is really hard on the neck. This would cause hunchback over time. It's not so bad for side-sleeping however. It's better off as a seat cushion for now. Too bad there's no returns allowed.

After a night's sleep with this pillow, I woke up able to crack my neck real good on both sides, which felt great. I got a smaller size since my head is small. What I don't like is that the pillow swims in my standard pillowcase, which is annoying.

Purchased the Tempur-Neck Pillow Medium. I like the contour and medium is the right size for my 5'10" frame. However, this thing is harder than a brick. Not a restful sleep, waking up with a sore ear and sore teeth. Tried to soften the pillow by stepping on it and sitting on it throughout the day but it didn't help. Really loved my old Tempur-pedic SidePillow Medium. It was perfect but now it's is gone and the SidePillow is no longer available for purchase. I understand the no returns policy but when the product is this bad it should be considered a crime. This loyal customer of 25 years will be seeking a solution somewhere else.

I have been buying this pillow ever since I had my neck operated on for a herniated disk in 2005. I literally cannot use any other pillow. All other pillows make my neck uncomfortable, and I cannot sleep. Every where I go, I take my Tempur-Pedic Neck pillow! I will only buy this pillow for the rest of my life, I love it. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am a side sleeper and my ear is often painful from most pillows. This pillow is so soft but still supportive for my neck. I used the chart to figure out the right size. But it is too small so I added something else underneath it so it's now the right size. I should have ordered a size bigger than recommended.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this pillow and the fact that it comes in different sizes AND they describe how to take your measurements to get the right size. I replace my pillow every few years or so out of preference but this one could probably last decades! The one improvement I'd like to see is more options for fitted pillowcases (silk option) to protect the cover it comes with. I switch my pillowcases 1-2 a week to avoid acne :)

Second Tempurpedic Neck pillow I have purchased and I have to say my sleep has improved greatly! Years ago, a back injury, my first Tempurpedic pilIow, everyone wanted my pillow, and not really sure why I didn't replace it life happened. I do know from trying other imposter brands didn't compare, I returned them! The best 2021 purchase I've made, the second was a week later, I got rid of the gel topper I bought 10 months ago, and ordered the Tempurpedic Topper! Going to bed is no longer dreadful. I sleep better, more peacefully, and longer than I have for past 16 months, slowly sleep and waking up is improving, from the soft, support. It's like sleeping on what I imagine is a fluffy cloud! No more is it a nightmare to wake up! Would highly recommend both the pillow and topper! My dream come true would be to own a Tempurpedic Bed! Friends own one, insisted I just lay down on it. Was d-i-v-i-n-e!

Pillow has good support but it would be nice if I was able to exchange it for the right size needed for me. The online system isn't helpful at all I get there's policy's but how can you know what size is right for you online I used their technique to measure to figure out what size but I was between 2 sizes and they said if you are then go a size down that's what I did and guess what it's not right now I'm stuck with two brand new pillows that wont work for me as I have neck and back pain I was hoping a company like Tempur-Pedic would have good customer service and do the right the thing.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Pillow is firmer than what I remember before, which is what I like. I didn't like the sinking feeling so this pillow is good. I'm mostly a back sleeper. When sleeping on the side, the pillow provides the perfect support.

Ordered the large size neck pillow and was surprised at how small they are...tried it for a night and was very uncomfortable...called to get details on a return, low & behold, there isn't one! "Due to the nature of the product" Really?? WOW! Never again!
