[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The pillows that I received were actually quite comfortable, but I didn't realize how small they were, roughly 22 inches. I will say that they are quite good when you have a stiff neck or trouble sleeping.

I tried a few pillows of the same shape from other brands online, but none of them even came close to this one. It kept its form and held up so much better! It was pretty firm the first few nights but didn't smell and it settled into the perfect amount of comfort and support. I also move around a lot and switch sides through the night and with this pillow I am comfortable on my side, stomach, and even my back (although I am mostly a side/stomach sleeper). I have some chronic shoulder pain and I don't feel it at all while I sleep!

I was a little hesitant at first because of the pillow's firmness, but all it took was one night using it, and I was sold. I really must have been needing more neck support, and I noticed an immediate improvement in how well I felt in the morning. I'm pretty certain that I'll never use a different pillow again. I was told so many good things about this pillow, but the only thing prevented me from purchasing was the size of pillow. I am 5'5" and some people recommend S and the other recommend M. I ended up choosing M size and I am so glad that I made the right choice. It holds my neck perfectly and just changing the pillow improves the quality of my sleep dramatically. I highly recommends this product

Ordered the large neck pillow based on the recommended measurements on the site. Been using the pillow about a week now and I think it's a bit too high up, it hurts my neck. I looked at the return policy and Tempur doesn't allow refunds or exchanges on pillows, so I'm pretty much stuck with a $100+ pillow that doesn't fit me.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am 6'2" and am rather wide across the chest and shoulders. Thus, pillows without much support leave my neck misaligned, which kills my sleep quality and leaves me sore the next day. This is not an issue with the contour neck pillow. Now I've tried other brands of similar design, but they don't hold up like TEMPUR-PEDIC does. They're a little more expensive, yes, but the quality makes it a value purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The first 3 night, I have horrible headache because of the the new pillow scent. After that it kinda hard for me to sleep on. The quality is good but the pillow style is not for me. Maybe the normal style is better.

My chiropractor has always suggested sleeping with a rolled up towel under my neck to help with my spine alignment, so I thought this pillow would be perfect. The first night I used it, I woke up with a headache I couldn't get rid of. This scared me off using it again until a couple nights later... same thing. Now I can use it without headaches, but it's so firm, it makes my ears red and hurt if I lay on my side. My fiancé doesn't seem to mind it, though he pretends like the big bump isn't there and just lays on the flat part.

These provide the right support for the sleeping position of any given night and have greatly reduced neck and shoulder pain previously worsened by large pillows that bend the neck. I would like to have a longer model appropriate for a king bed.
