[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently purchased the tempur neck pillow after struggling with a ruptured disc in my neck. This pillow has transformed my sleep. Thank you, tempurpedic, for giving me peace of mind before bedtime.

I have been using one of these for over ten years now and can't/won't go back to anything else. Using a regular pillow caused neck and shoulder issues. I haven't had a single morning with neck or should pain when using one of these. It does take a few nights to "break in" a new pillow. It may feel too firm, but it will soften and react to heat more quickly as you use it. For me, the improvement in sleep is almost immediate, even with a new pillow. The only down-side to these pillows is that once you start using one, you have to take it with you when you travel, as regular pillows just won't cut it anymore. I also have a travel-size pillow that was in my pack everyplace I went in Iraq. I could get a decent night's sleep on a cot as long as I had my pillow.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had my first tempupedic neck pillow for about 15 years now. Like any other product it doesn't last forever. It's still usable, but has flattened out a little since it was new. I've actually brought it on driving vacations and trips with me, to get a better nights sleep while traveling and sleeping on non Tempurpedic beds. I have neck and back problems and this pillow is the only one that works for me. I have tried several other brands (cheaper) pillows, but nothing compares to my Tempurpedic.

She convinced me to try the thicker, firmer version. 5 minutes of laying on it and i was sold. The firm pillow was perfect for my noggin. I use a CPAP as well and also lay on my side. Pillow does not interfere with my mask at all.

It improved the arches in my feet after sleeping with it for several months. Only wish it had a little bit more height for the neck. I got a small buy the medium is defiantly too big.

What can I say? Hands down ( or should I say "Neck down"), the best pillow to sleep on. I have not only slept on this pillow for the past thirty years but recommended it to my patients. I am a Doctor of Chiropractic and have seen the positive effects of the Tempurpedic Contour pillow on my patient's spinal conditions. I highly advise getting measured for a pillow immediately if you want to place your spine in its optimal resting position to assist with a myriad of different health conditions. I purchased what I thought was a similar pillow to the ones tempurpedic used to make. I was highly disappointed when my pillow arrived. This is nothing like the original. The neck support was way too high, I ordered a medium just like I used for years. Since tempurpedic doesn't accept returns I gave it to Goodwill. Wondering if I should have thrown it away but maybe someone can use it for a pet. Will never order again until they make an actual "original" pillow again.

I was having upper back pain for MONTHS after multiple bad pillows be it too flat or too puffy. My neck and back were always sore and painful. I'm convinced I've been on bad pillows all my life, only now that I'm in my 30's, this bag of bones just couldn't take it anymore. I'd remembered that I had used someone's tempurpedic neck pillow years ago and had liked it. I finally told my husband I'd had enough of the back pain and was going to buy one. It is the BEST PILLOW EVER. My back pain is gone after using it for several months. I was shocked.. part of me didn't think it would work. The shape is perfect for my head and neck, I never used to sleep on my back and now I can, side sleeping is also great as well. I don't think it's meant for stomach sleeping but I occasionally do that with no issues, however side and back are probably best. I followed their sizing chart and found that my pillow is perfect for me.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The TEMPUR-Neck Pillow definitely supports the neck, there's no question about it, and I appreciate the support. My only issue with the product is it's very hard, and my only feedback would be to incorporate some level of comfort or cushion into the foam to help with the stiffness. I prefer the original pillow more than this one as it supports and is comfortable.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is okay. I like that it is low and thin, but I didn't find it drastically different from the one I was using from different brand. If is a bit firm, but I guess it is more of personal preference.
