I've happily owned three of these pillow over the years, but this one is hard as a brick and doesn't conform to your neck at all, in any position. With no option of return, I am an extremely disappointed customer who now needs to go shopping for a suitable replacement from another company.

The height of the pillow is different from the previous version. I've purchased the same Standard size pillow, but the new version is about an inch thicker than the previous version. I should have purchased Low for the same height as previous Standard

I just received my neck Tempur-Pedic pillow a few days ago and I no longer am uncomfortable sleeping! I have used Tempur-Pedic pillows for about 15-20 years. The last one I bought, I used it for 2-3 years and the last 6 months was uncomfortable. My physical therapist just told me I purchased the wrong one for my arthritic neck and TMJ syndrome! However, the one I just received (and I am writing a review for) is the one I always buy, except for the last pillow and my physical therapist approves! I didn't have to adjust to it and I slept all night. It felt like a dream! Also, I couldn't detect an odor to air out like I usually do (yeah!). I measured my neck as the instructions said to and I needed a "medium". The pillow is standard in size which is perfect for me. Thank you!

This pillow is quite hard at first but I have been told after about 3-6 months it will be perfect. I have already seen a significant decrease in my neck pain!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a medium sized pillow- I realized other pillows were too thin/thick and squishy, and was keeping my head tilted up and putting stress on the back of my neck. The firmness and contour of this one is just enough. I've suffered from pinched nerves and a sore neck my entire adult life and have tried at least 20 different pillows. It is really firm and definitely took a week or so to get used to but I haven't had pain since I switched to this one.

Overall satisfied with the purchases. Before buying I would look at the measurement guide and make sure the size you're getting is correct for you.

I can comfortably sleep on my back or side with it. The small size is smaller than I expected though, in hidsight I wish I would have ordered a medium.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a neck pillow from about 20 years ago that I'm still using, but when my mom ordered one recently, it was buy one get one free, and she only needed one ... So I thought, what the heck, and took the second one for myself. It's great in keeping my neck in line so that I don't wake up with neck pain - the support is fantastic. I love it as much now as I did when I first got it - and now I have a spare!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this pillow and the fact that it comes in different sizes AND they describe how to take your measurements to get the right size. I replace my pillow every few years or so out of preference but this one could probably last decades! The one improvement I'd like to see is more options for fitted pillowcases (silk option) to protect the cover it comes with. I switch my pillowcases 1-2 a week to avoid acne :)

We purchased the TEMPUR-Neck Pillow online. When we opened the box, a horrible chemical odor immediately filled the air - and then when we smelled the pillow it was obvious there was some type of chemical on or inside the pillow. TEMPUR-PEDIC refuses to take the pillow back and give me a refund. I strongly discourage anyone from buying this pillow because of the possible harm, and surely don't deal with the company as the customer service is poor.
