[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was introduced to the Tempur-neck pillow 15 years ago and never looked back. I think the product has only gotten better over the years. My latest replacement handles changes in temperature much better without becoming too soft (hot weather) or hard (cold weather). It also feels less dense, which leads to a cooler sleep, without compromising structure. I promise I'm not a paid shill, just a fan! Really love this pillow, as does my partner.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a herniated disc at c5/c6. Needless to say, sleeping can be agonizing for me, and waking can be even worse. I purchased this specific pillow with the hope that it might help me achieve more regenerative sleep and lessen some of my daily neck pain. One cannot cure the pain of a herniated cervical disc through the use of a pillow (if only!), so I never expected a magical fix. Nonetheless, this pillow helps to diminish my nightly pain and reduce the pressure/tension that I feel upon waking. It has really helped me, which is why I also purchased the travel size version of this neck pillow. Let's briefly talk about firmness. Some reviewers say this pillow is as hard as a rock. They must have experience with some pretty soft rocks because I find this pillow to be plenty giving/soft and comfortable. I prefer cushy beds and pillows, and this pillow fits the bill for me. It is not overly soft (it does not engulf my head), but I certainly do not find it to be firm. Bottom line: it is worth the money because it actually helps to improve the quality of my sleep and, thereby, my waking life.

Purchased a TEMPUR-Neck Pillow as a last ditch effort to secure a good night's sleep. Well, it works! Since I have started to use the pillow, it exceeds all expectations. I no longer believe another highly advertised pillow product. It only lasted a few months and actually worsened my neck condition. Since using the TEMPUR-Nec Pillow I no longer need to use the services of my chiropractor and I am getting a restful night's sleep.

This pillow supports my neck whether I sleep on my side or my back (new position for me). My husband told me I was snoring when I slept on my back. How embarrassing to become a snorer after 50 years. Anyway, we have found that this pillow supports my neck in a way that reduces my propensity to snore! Yippee

My husband has had one for many years, but I always stayed with my old feather pillow. I ordered the pillow and my neck was better, literally overnight! I highly recommend the TEMPUR-Neck pillow for anyone wrestling with neck and spine issues.

My neck and shoulders were hurting a lot. So I ordered the Tempurpedic pillow on their website AND got 25% off as well. Now I'm sleeping really well and neck and shoulder pain are gone. Love this pillow!

I've slept on this pillow-style for 10+ years. I ordered two "Large" on BOGO special. My 24" Counter-Breeze has apparently been discontinued (although Customer Service has no idea when). I hadn't even taken 20", so called "Large" pillows, out of their boxes. But essentially got "tough luck" from Customer Service. Had I opened shipping box I would be understanding. Instead I feel ignored and dismissed by a company that I've supported for years.

I'm a little torn with this pillow. Sometimes I sleep on it and I feel like my head is being cradled by the hands of God! Other times, it's just truly uncomfortable. I've found it's best when my muscles are sore. Then it's really, really firm and offers such great support. But even so, I can only lay on it for about 45 minutes before it becomes painful. It's very therapeutic during the first 45 minutes. Then when my muscles are back to normal, it just feels so hard and it feels like it's pushing back on me with such force. Also the neck part is really high, I often sleep with it turned around on the lower end. I'm mainly a back and side sleeper and have tried other neck pillows that were just so soft and offered no support whatsoever. This pillow feels too hard at times. I'd highly recommend it for therapeutic reasons, like if your neck and shoulder muscles are sore, but I wouldn't recommend it for a whole night's sleep. Also, a few times when I've fallen asleep on it, I've woken up with my ear(s) hurting because of it pushing back on me. It's like all the nerves in my ear(s) got pinched during the night. Think of this as your mini chiropractor, I have another pillow that I switch too after this one has healed me. It's worth the price, but don't expect it to be your only pillow.

After we received them, we noticed how the old pillow has gone through wear and tear through out all this years. Everyone slept on their new pillows and I ended with the old pillow. I had a good night sleep and now I want a new pillow so that I can have a great night sleep.
