I was pleasantly surprised when I started waking up with less discomfort with every passing day. It has now been about 3 weeks of usage and I see considerable improvement in my neck comfort. I strongly recommend this product and am extremely glad I made the purchase.

This pillow is terrible. It's extremely hard and very small. Made for a child. It is also very costly. ONCE receiving the pillow, I knew right away it was over priced, small, and hard. I tried 2 times to work with the company to fairly fix the issue. Whether it's a refund and donation of the pillow, sending a new pillow, something and both requests were dismissed claiming the policy said no returns. Due to the quality, size, and situation something could have been done to be fair. But it was not. I will never be ordering from this company again... this is greed unprofessional and wrong of this company to do this. Very disappointed.

I didn't like the smell as I do not use any chemical cleaners & the pillow definitely had strong chemical smells. I left to air it & also sprayed with non toxic essential oil sprays. I would like non toxic material/fabric.

I have had tempurpedic beds and pillows before and was a huge fan until I bought 4 pillows back in March. We bought the neck pillows, the body pillow and the giant cooling pillow. My husband is satisfied with his cooling pillow. The neck pillows and body pillow are not the same as the ones we have had in the past. The foam is way more dense, firm and bulky when compared to previous purchases. No returns made this an expensive mistake and put me off the brand itself.

Switching to a TEMPURPEDIC pillow is an adjustment, but worth it! I did try the Neck Pillow and the Contour Side to Back Pillow; however, these 2 pillows were too high for my personal comfort. I tried the Travel Neck Pillow and it was PERFECT. My chronic neck pain was eliminated. What a relief

The Tempur neck pillow has dramatically improved my quality of life. I use it every night to support the curve of my cervical spine. The larger part of the pillow supports my neck perfectly to keep the spine aligned. Since using this pillow for a few months, I don't have to use my shoulder anymore to support what a traditional pillow wasn't supporting. This pillow has given me my sleep back, and I am forever grateful.

This pillow is quite hard at first but I have been told after about 3-6 months it will be perfect. I have already seen a significant decrease in my neck pain!
