[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was having really bad neck and shoulder pain when I would wake up in the morning. I decided to try out this pillow and it's been amazing! It's supportive, but also so soft and cloud like. It retains its shape. Highly recommend if you wake up with neck or shoulder pain and especially if you are a side sleeper or you sleep on your back.

I bought this pillow about 2 months ago after suffering from neck pain for 8 months. As soon as I put my head on the pillow, I feel like my muscles in my neck & shoulders instantly feel more relaxed. After just the last 2 months, I'd say 75% of my pain is gone! The longer I use the pillow, the better I feel! Love it!!

After X-Rays etc my Dr. recommended I have an operation on my upper cervical, specifically C5 and C6. No way. NO WAY.. Read many reviews on aids for my neck while sleeping as I would wake with tremendous pain that would stay with my all day. Came across TEMPUR- Neck Pillow. Purchased one and with 2 weeks of using the Neck Pillow my neck had improved 80%. I still can't believe it. My daughter who works 50 hours a week and has an infant was complaining about her neck also as she is carrying her child all the time plus a full time job running her company. I gifted her a TEMPUR Neck Pillow too and she just loves it. Her neck and back improved within a week. It is a miracle product and teaches us older folk how to sleep properly. Were we ever taught in the first place?

If you want to sleep on a cheap piece of rock please but this off me. I got two for the price of one and I understand why now. I have had my other temper-pedicure pillow for like 10 years and I loved it but I lost it traveling... so I bought a new one the same one but this isn't isnt even memory foam it's like a brick. I'm disappointed... well guess I have to find a better brand :/

After that became well used, I have been replacing with other brands pillows many times but they never became my favorite than my first original pillow... So, I decided to buy a new tempurpedic original pillow one for me (this time I bought it for my husband as well)! I am so grad For the purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pillow is thin yet supple. The contours allow what I consider to be six unique support configurations by changing its orientation. These provide the right support for the sleeping position of any given night and have greatly reduced neck and shoulder pain previously worsened by large pillows that bend the neck. I would like to have a longer model appropriate for a king bed.

I did not know what size to get so I bought a small and medium. I did not have any issues initially, but started having neck pain after a few days. I switched to the medium pillow, and the same thing happened. I would recommend people talk to customer service to see what may work for them.

I've been dealing with severe neck pain and muscle spasms from an injury. I own a very good pillow which is great under normal circumstances. However, I needed something more supportive now and decided to give the Tempur-Pedic neck pillow with cooling technology a try. So glad I did!! It was comfortable immediately! It's firm and does not squish down so does not allow your neck to contort and cause pain throughout the night, whether lying on your back or sides. No need to squish and readjust to fit the contours of your neck like a regular pillow because it's firm and keeps its shape. Turning side to side, rolling onto your back and repositioning yourself during the night is much easier and less painful due to just the right amount of firmness and stability. Do yourself a favor and get this pillow if you are having neck pain! I got a great price during their sale! Bought the medium per the instructions for sizing and it's perfect!

I have owned the large neck pillow for about 7-8 years! TEMPUR holds up like no other memory foam pillow. I will say, when I first got this pillow it took a VERY long time to get used to, like 2 months! Then, I couldn't sleep without it. I wound up buying a 2nd one for a vacation home in FL I had so I could have the same comfort in both places. I do use the pillow a bit oddly, using the small curve 90% of the time under my neck, instead of the large. I also find, over the years, I need to put a thick folded towel under it to give it more height. Another unusual thing is if I'm feeling restless, i'll lay on my side and tilt the pillow towards my face, and it's a whole new comfort. I find this pillow to be very unique, versatile, and long lasting. It can be/feel 'hard', especially if the room is cold, but this is true of any TEMPUR product. Again, give it AMPLE time to get used to it.
