[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Best pillow ever. I shopped around and bought and returned many pillows until finally going back to my favorite which I bought back in 2002. Yes they lasted almost until 2017 when I finally replace them and was lucky enough to get the two for one deal online. They are a little stiff and smelly at this point but I think in another month they will be perfect.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dual position memory foam pillow is ideal for me, since I am a sleeper who alternates between back and side sleep positions. The optimal pillow height for these positions is different, and the Tempur-pedic pillow provides them on opposite sides. This is my second pillow of this type, and the first one lasted 25 years!

This new version of the pillow is NOT like their old version AT ALL. I've tried to break in the foam on and off many times before giving up. The foam doesn't give at all and it is like sleeping on a curb. I had bought it for my whole family and we've all experienced the same thing. It's crazy to still choose Tempur pedic when there are SO many other comparable products on the market nowadays that offer a trial and return especially if the product is unused. I had never before been unable to return an unused product. I had questioned the hardness of the pillows when they first arrived still in their packaging but decided to give it a try due to Tempur pedic's strict no return policy. It was even hard to find the place to leave this review. I would not recommend these pillows (nor the company).

Been a customer for over 15 years, and have always purchased these neck pillows because they used to be so firm. Not anymore! The last 3 pillows I've purchased from here have all been super soft, I don't get it. They've changed this pillow for the worst and it's very upsetting.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pillow is extremely comfortable and supportive in the right places. I'm normally a side and back sleeper and it supports my neck perfectly. The quality is top notch and I was glad to see almost all of this pillow was made in America.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this pillow because I would sometimes wake up with a stiff neck that would take days to go away. After getting this pillow I haven't woken up yet with any soreness in my neck at all. The pillow is very firm and feels uncomfortable at first, but I got used to it. I used the size chart and it said I should get a medium, but I think that size might actually be too large for me. So I turned the pillow around and use the small end instead. The small size pillow probably would have been a better fit.

Around 10 years ago I bought our first neck pillows from Tempur Pedic. Having suffered whip-lash many years ago, there is more often than not some issues with my neck causing pain and stiffness - all resulting in many trips to the chiropractor. After having discovered this pillow I have less pain and fewer visits to the chiropractor. For the past 4 years my whole family that is my husband and two teens enjoy these pillows as well as Tempur Pedic mattresses. It is the single best investment you can make for your sleep and general health, in my opinion. The only negative about the new pillow, just bought in September 2018, it is that the length of it has changed from the first to the second pillow approximately 10 years later. I would prefer that it was larger, mostly because I like to have my elbow/arm up on it to lift my shoulder.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After having a serious neck injury 25 years ago my Doctor recommended I use a neck pillow. I purchased the Tempur Neck pillow at Brookstone in Tyson's Corner, Virginia. Ten years ago thinking all neck pillows are the same I purchased what I thought would be comparable; however, in less than a year I started waking up with unbelievable headaches. After a lot of Doctors appointments, a lot of meds, and no relief, I decided to try the Tempur Neck pillow again, I have not had a headache or neck pain since I changed back to Tempur Neck Pillow. It definitely spells relief for neck and shoulder problems.

I would say if you like a little bit of support this pillow will not be for you because at least for me it feels like this pillow just keeps on sinking and has no support which in my case I really like, but if you need some support from your pillow I will suggest getting another one.

Memory foam, feather, multi-material, breathable, cooling, cheap, expensive, etc... but it always seemed the pillows would not support my neck properly and therefore caused stress in my spine, leaving me unsatisfied within a few months. This pillow has been great. I have had it for several months (3-5) and it continues to help me sleep better and longer by placing my head/neck in a posture that supports my spine. I am a 6'1" 215lb male and sleep on my side and back. I use the medium. The only complaint is I think I would like it to be a little more firm, but that is just personal preferance. Would highly recommend!!!
