I wanted to change that by not only sleeping on my back but also by buying the best pillow possible and I happened to do just that. No more pain with this very affordable pillow

Purchased about 45 days ago. Something has changed about their neck pillows. They are much harder and more difficult to sleep on than they used to be. Neck ache for first two weeks. I have used their neck pillows for more than a decade without experiencing this issue. It is some better now after a month and a half of use but still not like the neck pillows that I had come to depend on.

I bought this pillow online because I tried it on a store and I really liked it. What I got was nothing like what I tried. I still gave it a chance, big mistake. I had to go to the massage therapist on the morning because my neck was in so much pain that I couldn't move. I tried to contact costumer service to ask about a refund since obviously what I got has to be defective, but they didn't even try to understand my problem or try to help. Really disappointed with tempurpedic, be aware buyer that they do not want to help they just want your money,

I ordered the small pillow based on the measurement guide. It is so tiny! The smaller side is about one inch tall. The bigger side is maybe three inches tall. I'm 5'4" and I'll never be able to use it. It would be perfect for a small child. I understand the no return policy, but now I'm stuck with a pillow that I've never slept on and will never be able to use. It would be great if I could at least exchange it.

I actually have had my second neck pillow from Tempur-Pedic for a number of years. The structure, feel, firmness and smell of my pillow have not change. All in all since discovering your company 10+ years ago, your product, service and aim for customer satisfaction is now my standard for quality sleeping. I give myself an A+ on investment in ache free, resistant free and feeling good every morning. I sleep on a Tempur-Pedic Supreme Full, Tempur-Pedic Neck Pillow Large. For the New Year 2015, I decided to gift a dear friend one of your Breeze pillows and my daughter a neck pillow (she's been taking mine to bed with her). Tempur-Pedic have heavenly AWESOME beds and pillows!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The product was as expected; this was my second purchase. The pillow is great for back or side sleeping. After several cerical surgeries I have found that this pillow is the most supportive and most comfortable of all. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase another. The only change I would make is to increase the size of it so it actually fits nicely with a standard pillow case; it is smaller and looks a bit 'unmade' on the bed, so I hide it behind a pillow sham.

I am very disappointed with this product. I tried a Tempur-Pedic neck pillow that my cousin had when I slept over at her home one day and found it really comfortable. I thought I'd order my own to address my chronic neck pain. However the one I received is not comfortable at all. It is much more firm than the one I experienced at my cousin's. It is disappointing and frustrating that I am unable to return it even though I barely used it and it does not work at all for me. I think Temper-Pedic should stand behind its products and offer refunds or exchanges under these types of circumstances.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this pillow, I am a petite woman who has been diagnosed with Osteo-arthritis and have struggled for a few years to find a pillow that holds its shape but isn't too high. This pillow is quite hard at first but I have been told after about 3-6 months it will be perfect. I have already seen a significant decrease in my neck pain!

Years ago, I purchased a large tempur-neck pillow and the one that I just received in the mail from Tempurpedic is not the same although they call it a large. For one thing, the density is less than the original pillow; this one is softer. That means less support for my neck. Also, the pillow is much shorter in length than the first one I had. My original pillow was 24" or 25" across. This one is only 19". I'm very disappointed, especially knowing I paid a premium price for it.

I bought a Tempurpedic neck pillow 15 years ago and loved it. The pillow foam was high quality and pillow cover was 100% cotton. The new Tempurpedic neck pillow that I bought is very POOR quality and the cover is 100% polyester. The foam is not conforming! What a waste of money!
