I have always used this pillow for a long time. But this is the first time I ordered it online. The measurement information made me think that a medium is what I needed. But after I got it, I realized that it was a small that I always bought. So I'm hoping it will soften up and fit me a little better. It's a little too high for my neck. But it's better than what I was using. I love this pillow so I may just need to buy another one in small. The support for your neck is great.

I've been using this pillow at least the last 15 years. This pillow is a god send as nothing else helps when I have a migraine. The contour is exactly what I need to relieve pressure from my head. Two years ago I was diagnosed with cervical dystonia and the only way I got comfortable enough to sleep was by using this pillow. I have bought multiple pillows as recently as four months ago and not one can hold up to this pillow. This is my forever pillow. I now own three just for me.

I was given the tempurpedic neck pillow as a Christmas present. My friend knew I was always fighting with my pillow and waking up with a sore neck. I've had my pillow for almost a year now and it has made a big difference for me. I don't wake up with a sore neck anymore because I get the right support. Sometimes I miss the feeling of a soft pillow & will switch for a few hours but the neck pillow works best for me. I highly recommend it if you have neck problems.

Friends who have stayed over and slept on my pillow have immediately gone out and bought their own. Anywhere I go, this pillow comes with me because I can't sleep without it. I saw some of the reviews were negative for this product, but its probably because they don't NEED it. I have issues with vertigo, which of course is affected by my neck. When I first started this issue, and went to numerous doctors and test, one of them recommended this pillow. This has helped me sleep better and reduce the issues with vertigo. I started getting light headed again, and I realized I needed a new pillow. Sure enough, got my new pillow, and feeling better. Please note this doesn't cure VERTIGO, I don't think nothing does, but it sure does help if lightheaded incidents and dizzies spells. We are all different and have different issues, I am just happy to be able to rest better thanks to this pillow.

After years of trying different pillow types, this pillow is the only one I have found that helps me avoid the spasms. I do not wake up with a 'crick' in my neck (the precursor to spasms) anymore. It is the only pillow I will use. I even have a travel pillow.

This is my 3rd Neck Pillow. My 1st one purchased over 5 years ago is still in great shape & very firm. I've just started sleeping on my 3rd one & have to say there is a big difference in manufacturing of this pillow since I bought my 1st one. It is nice not to have to sit on it to speed up the breaking in period; however, for stated as a "firm" pillow it seems softer than my 1st one! I still highly recommend it especially if you have any type of neck/back problems. ?I wake up with very few (if any) problems even though I'm a side sleeper sometimes. A good pillow for back as well as side sleepers. We are a family who own several types of Temp Pedic pillows & this is one of my favorites next to the body pillow.?

I had a spasm in my back below the shoulder, and my neck was cracking all the time. My physical therapist said I need a new pillow and recommended Tempur-Pedic. I bought the Neck Pillow, standard size, low profile and could not believe the difference sleeping on this instead of a regular pillow. It's been about 2 months now, the spasm is gone and so is the cracking in my neck. I cannot sleep on anything else or go back to a regular pillow. It comes with a case to carry it which will be going with me if I travel anywhere. Very happy with this purchase.
