The pillows have a low profile and are at least 5 inches shorter than a regular (queen) size pillow. It is comfortable but very small in comparison to my regular pillows. I have to tuck the pillow case inside or I have a 7 inches of loose fabric flopping around. I didn't realize how small they would be or I would have gotten a different model.

With neck discomfort, I decided to spend the extra to get a good support pillow. I measured as guide directed for side and back sleep. It took days to get used to awkward shape and after 3 weeks of trying, my neck is in more pain and causing migraines from muscle strain. Without being able to return, I'm stuck with high priced space consumer for my closet

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Comfortable and supporting. This product is better than the Tempur pillows we purchased over 12 years ago with a mattress. We replaced the pillows with the new ones. When we originally switched to the Tempur product line, we noticed a remarkable difference. In particular, improved sleep and a feeling of being well rested the next morning. Because we have a king size bed, we bought a couple of additional pillows which professed to be similar but did not make the mark. The quality of the Tempur product is superior.

I have owned the original Tempur neck pillows which was purchases 20+ years ago and it was fabulous in quality. However, due to the age the neck support has ceased. So I have decided to purchase 4 tempur neck pillows for our family members to replace these old ones. The new one arrived that are super firm and the contour is way too big even when we followed the measurement as suggested. The old Tempur neck pillow had a smaller contour this fitted the neck area perfectly. The new neck pillow is constructed different and the material used is no longer velvet felt. Since sleeping on this pillow, we have developed neck pain. In addition, if you sleep for a period of time one your side, your ear will become numb and painful because the pillow is is too firm and it cut off your circulation. For all these reasons, I would not recommend you to purchase this pillow unless Termperpedic can go back to their old quality material.

I stumped upon an add for the neck pillow and decided to give it a try after years of waking up with a sore neck. Let's face it, a you can't put a price in a good nights sleep. Let me tell you!! What a difference this pillow has made in my life. My neck pain is gone. It has just the right combination of firmness for support and softness for comfort. I also love that it has a removable cover that can be washed. I just wish it had a cooling feature since I am also a hot sleeper. But overall I love my new pillow. Thank you tempurpedic!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The TEMPUR-Neck Pillow definitely supports the neck, there's no question about it, and I appreciate the support. My only issue with the product is it's very hard, and my only feedback would be to incorporate some level of comfort or cushion into the foam to help with the stiffness. I prefer the original pillow more than this one as it supports and is comfortable.

I broke my neck in '88, have had 4 head injuries & seizure disorders. Although I am very ambulatory, I deal with migraine headaches 24/7 since '88 & sleeping is out of reach most of the time without being drugged which I won't do. I slept right on the floor for 20 years, finally bought a mattress after my 57th surgery this past year & looked for this pillow! WOW! I'm now sleeping mostly through the night again! It's great! I had messed up my back so bad with the accidents & falls etc. But now doing so much better. I love this thing. I went through so much money looking for pillows! I have rotary cuff damage, had surgery, but the other pillows still dug in. Not this one! It lifts my neck just right & away from my shoulders. Even my 100 lb Service Dog is trying to "share it" during the night! Both hands used to be asleep in the morning whenever I would lay down on other pillows, but this pillow supports my neck just right & I haven't had those issues. I have a lot of degeneration in the neck after all of these years since the break repair, this pillow is a life saver for me! Right after my original surgery I had been given one of these and it eventually died. The tag was off & I couldn't find one. I searched for many years to no avail. PRAISE GOD I finally found you again! You have saved my sleep once again!

I have used this pillow for over ten years and have no problems with it. The first one I purchased I got sized at the store.I happen to use a medium. I take it everywhere I go. The smell that everyone complains about goes away quickly (plus I have smelled worse from other makers of the same type of product). I go to bed with wet hair so as soon as I purchase one I place it in a plastic pillow case that zips. Years ago when I first purchased the pillow I was having trouble with neck and shoulder pain when I woke up. Although it took me a few weeks to get used to this pillow, I now can't live without it. Mine seem to last five years before I need a replacement. I have tried other pillows throughout the years, but none seem to compare to the quality of this one.

It fits my neck perfectly. When I go on vacations or to visit friends overnight, I always bring my Tempupedic neck pillow. Even if the bed is uncomfortable, my neck is very comfortable and I am able to fall asleep.
