My old tempurpedic pillow was 20+ years old. I loved it & took it with me whenever I traveled. It was time for a new one! I love my new Tempur-neck pillow! Small is just right for me--it cradles my neck nicely & I sleep wonderful with it! No more tossing & turning in the night not being able to get comfortable. I wish it didn't have a chemical smell at first. I aired it out during the day for the first few days, and used a pillow case plus a towel over it to cover the smell at first.

First I would suggest getting a size larger than you think you would need because the pillow was a lot thinner than I originally envisioned. Pillow gets dirty extremely fast so you have to wash quite often but in an industrial washer its keeps it firmness and durability. Overall great product just cumbersome to be so expensive. Next time I will order larger for more comfort.

Terrible! I tried to go buy in store but nobody sells them. I bought online x2 for my husband. It hurts his neck so bad he can't use it. Tried to return it and they said no. No returns. No refunds. Terrible business model. Buy somewhere you can return if it doesn't work. This company is too arrogant.

It's much smaller than I thought and I'm still having neck and shoulder pain. I really wish I could return or exchange it. I won't be able to afford another pillow for a while.

Now we are both happy and sleep really well. Sometimes tho when I subconsciously put my arm under the pillow I wake up achy but I guess it's just me. Nothing negative to say about the pillow except I wish tempur pedix would sell zip pillow covers for it!!! Pretty please if your reading this we need good quality covers for the pillows!

This pillow is terrible. It's extremely hard and very small. Made for a child. It is also very costly. ONCE receiving the pillow, I knew right away it was over priced, small, and hard. I tried 2 times to work with the company to fairly fix the issue. Whether it's a refund and donation of the pillow, sending a new pillow, something and both requests were dismissed claiming the policy said no returns. Due to the quality, size, and situation something could have been done to be fair. But it was not. I will never be ordering from this company again... this is greed unprofessional and wrong of this company to do this. Very disappointed.

Not only are they the most comfortable pillows we have ever used, we are now blessed with the ability to order directly from the manufacturer of this wonderful product. As expected, TEMPUR-PEDIC is every bit as outstanding with customer service as it is with manufacturing the most outstanding mattresses and pillows as well as sheets and pillowcases available anywhere else.

Although the pillow is smaller than what I am used to, it cradles my head and neck in the perfect back or side sleeping position. I am no longer experiencing the side neck pain and headaches that would keep me up at night.
