What can I say? Hands down ( or should I say "Neck down"), the best pillow to sleep on. I have not only slept on this pillow for the past thirty years but recommended it to my patients. I bought the pillow they offered, hoping it would help, but it felt hard and i was never able to adapt to sleeping with it. As a wedding present, my husband bought me the TempurPedic neck pillow and am I ever glad. The first night, I slept like a baby and have continued to do so. It fits my 5'4" frame perfectly. The other pillow went straight to the trash. Buy this pillow! Your neck will thank you.

Although the pillow is smaller than what I am used to, it cradles my head and neck in the perfect back or side sleeping position. I am no longer experiencing the side neck pain and headaches that would keep me up at night.

My cervical kyphosis causes me great deal of pain but I have finally found a pillow that can actually support my neck and give me a good night sleep!!! I had been looking for a firm pillow but, in my opinion, what is advertised as firm, is not actually firm. Finally, this pillow is actually firm!!! Plus gets even firmer in the cold weather. In my opinion, if you are looking for supportive firm, this is it. If you are looking for a fluffy cloud pillow, go elsewhere.

I have been sleeping on the the Tempur Neck Pillow for over 20 yrs. I reorder them about ever 2 yrs but recently (the last 4 yrs) the new pillows I have received are not firm enough, not like they use to make them and they collapse under the weight of your head. The smell has gotten far worst as well. I would air the pillows out for a few days before using. Now, I have had to air them out weeks before I can use them. I find that it may be time to start looking for another pillow. This saddens me because, like I said, I have been sleeping on the Tempur Neck pillow for over 2 decades. I wish they would go back to the firmer pillow that actually supports your neck and that smelled less offensive. Very disappointed.

I got this to replace an older version of the pillow, which I had for over 15 years. I cannot believe the life of these pillows. After 15 years, my pillow was (finally)not maintaining it's form and felt a little deflated. When got this replacement, I was so happy and I fell in love with the pillow all over again. I wish I had replaced it sooner!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a bulging disk on my lower back and neck. Sleeping causes me a lot of pain and this pillow has definitely helped get through the night. It helps support my neck and keep a straight back while sleeping.

I have used the standard-sized Neck pillow for years, and love it so much that I bought the travel size to take with me. I have two herniated discs in my neck and wouldn't be able to sleep with my Neck Pillow. It is truly a lifesaver to have a compact size one to pack in my suitcase. Pricey but worth it!

I have used a Tempur-Neck Pillow every day for the last decade. When my original purchase was showing wear, I ordered two more Tempur-Neck Pillows. One for my primary bed and a second for the guest bedroom. The original pillow is now used on my couch for naps.
