[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using a TEMPER Neck Pillow for past 14 years. I do recommend this Pillow for anyone who suffers with neck pain. I travel with it. Don't know how I ever had a good nights sleep without it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pillow is the perfect shape for a side sleeper. It holds your head and neck in a comfortable alignment while allowing room for your shoulder without impingement. The pillow is pricey but it lasts a very long time, and this is my third one.

I purchased two TEMPUR-Neck Pillows, Small, as there was a "special." After opening and using ONE of the pillows for < week, I determined that the pillow was not an appropriate size... I was looking for TMJ & neck pain relief and it felt as if it exacerbated it. I reached out to customer service to ask about exchanging the second pillow that was still unopened in it's original plastic packaging AND box. I was stunned to receive a hard NO. I find it ironic that the company's reply included the line "As a zero-waste company, unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on comfort items like pillows due to their personal nature" yet the company accepts returns on mattresses? Again - I was looking to exchange an **unopened, unused** pillow and was declined. We have a Tempur-pedic mattress and sadly, the company has lost us as a customer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've used it for months, past its return window, but it's just so hard for the back of my neck, if anything it adds pressure to it. It's uncomfortable for sleeping on my back and not big enough for a comfy side-sleeping. I wish I can return this.

I'm a little torn with this pillow. Sometimes I sleep on it and I feel like my head is being cradled by the hands of God! Other times, it's just truly uncomfortable. I've found it's best when my muscles are sore. Then it's really, really firm and offers such great support. But even so, I can only lay on it for about 45 minutes before it becomes painful. It's very therapeutic during the first 45 minutes. Then when my muscles are back to normal, it just feels so hard and it feels like it's pushing back on me with such force. Also the neck part is really high, I often sleep with it turned around on the lower end. I'm mainly a back and side sleeper and have tried other neck pillows that were just so soft and offered no support whatsoever. This pillow feels too hard at times. I'd highly recommend it for therapeutic reasons, like if your neck and shoulder muscles are sore, but I wouldn't recommend it for a whole night's sleep. Also, a few times when I've fallen asleep on it, I've woken up with my ear(s) hurting because of it pushing back on me. It's like all the nerves in my ear(s) got pinched during the night. Think of this as your mini chiropractor, I have another pillow that I switch too after this one has healed me. It's worth the price, but don't expect it to be your only pillow.

I used to have neck pains because of uncomfortable old pillow, but now I don't have the pain anymore. Definitely recommend it to anyone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have textbooks that are softer than this pillow. I tried to offer it to my parents after my husband also didn't like it. Neither my mom or dad could tolerate it either. I literally can't even give away the pillow I paid over $100 for.

I had shoulder surgery and had some neck and upper back issues from college football. I am an active person, who lifts and runs often and want to stay that way. I am a back sleeper especially because shoulder surgery makes it hard to sleep on my stomach. The Tempur-Neck pillow helps my neck stay aligned and has been a game changer to allow me to sleep and wake up without neck/upper back aches. The first few days I was not sure and now I don't ever sleep without it. I also do not mind sleeping on the side and stomach sometimes with this pillow, it helps take pressure off of my shoulder/upper back/neck. Will be purchasing a second one for travel soon.

I used to have awful neck and back issues but ever since I started using this those aches and pains have diminished greatly.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this pillow for such a long time I had to go and purchase more. My boyfriend would use my pillow and not want to give it back. I had to take the opportunity and buy him and a few other people this pillow to show them what they've been missing out on. Everyone that has one now agrees that they get much better sleep and that it's so comfortable. I won't be able to use any other pillow again. It's extremely snug, even my dog loves to lay with me on my Pillow.
