[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this product because it said it was for a side sleeper. It does not meet my needs as a side sleeper. The neck bump is not tall enough to fit properly. I am 5'1 and purchased the medium size, in hopes of getting one size bigger than I needed for maximum support. It is smaller than lead to believe.

I love this pillow. I also have the tempur-Pedic ergonomic bed. Now that I have the pillow, I can watch TV in bed without my chin squnched up against my neck. Also, I have never slept better than after sleeping with this pillow. I would never want to be without it. It is a must have!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the same pillow back in 2010 and Loved It! Loved it so much that I wanted a new one. The new one I received was way less firm and seems much less quality. I will not be recommending or purchasing this product again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The first 3 night, I have horrible headache because of the the new pillow scent. After that it kinda hard for me to sleep on. The quality is good but the pillow style is not for me. Maybe the normal style is better.

I purchased this product after owning the original pillows for years and needing a replacement. I liked the original material on the outside better than this new one. Delivers perfect under the neck, beveled shape. For my taste, it's too firm and much firmer than the first line. I ordered a Medium and I think that the Medium size is what I would have expected if I ordered a small. Material does soften up after a few weeks!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a bunch of stenosis in my neck. Looking at the radiology report there are too many words I don't understand but do feel the effects. So this is the only pillow I can sleep on and I've tried everything. I even travel with it!

I was suffering from severe neck pain and I was only getting about 3 to 4 hour of very restless sleep. Since sleeping on my new pillow for 2 months I am getting 8 to 9 hrs of uninterrupted sleep every night!! This is one of the best products I have ever bought!!

I HAVE BEEN USING A TEMPUR-PEDIC NECK PILLOW FOR YEARS AT HOME AND IN THE CAMPER. THIS PAST YEAR MY CAMPER WAS DESTROYED INTHE HURRICANE ON JULY 4TH. IT WAS TURNED OVER AND FLOODED. OVIOUSLY MY TEMPUR-PEDIC PILLOW WAS DESTROYED. WE GOT A NEW CAMPER IN AUGUST AND I TOOK MY PILLOW FROM HOME AND PUT IT IN THE CAMPER AND ORDERED A KING SIZE TEMPUR-PEDIC NECK PILLOW FOR HOME. FOR MY REVIEW THAT I WROTE TEMPUR-PEDIC SENT ME ANOTHER PILLOW OF MY CHOICE. WE GOT ANOTHER KING SIZE TEMPUR-PEDIC NECK PILLOW AND MY WIFE HAS BEEN USING IT EVER SINCE. SHE LOVE IT. My sister and I accidentally purchased the same pillow from our Mother for Mother's Day. I called to return my product, which is both unopened and unused. They explained that the pillow was nonrefundable and that no expectation would be made. I asked if they could reconsider since we both purchased the same item for the same person. I was met with a resounding no. The members of the escalations team were both aggressive and rude, which was confusing to me because I wasn't asking for anything unreasonable. It suggested that the company might be having financial difficulty. At one point the representative outright told me that she was going to disconnect the call. I understand items being nonrefundable, but for them to be so adamant about not providing a refund is alarming especially if they language stating that you will not refund is not placed prominently on the website. These items are not cheap. Unfortunately, due to the egregious unprofessionalism of the staff, I'll never purchase here again.
