[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After a car accident, this pillow was recommended to me by my chiropractor. It has worked wonders! It helps with my neck pain, and I fall asleep quicker. It does take some getting used to it (about 2 weeks in my case), but in the end, it will be nothing but beneficial. The only downside was that it does get a bit too hot, and you wake up sweaty. My remedy was to remove the cover it came with and started using a 100% cotton sheet cover. This simple change made a huge difference in keeping my body temp in check. It was part of a BOGO deal, and I've been using the free one between the knees since I tend to sleep on my side. Highly recommend it not just for people involved in accidents but also to anyone looking for a quality and supportive pillow.

I can comfortably sleep on my back or side with it. The small size is smaller than I expected though, in hidsight I wish I would have ordered a medium.

Been a customer for over 15 years, and have always purchased these neck pillows because they used to be so firm. Not anymore! The last 3 pillows I've purchased from here have all been super soft, I don't get it. They've changed this pillow for the worst and it's very upsetting.

I think this makes a better travel pillow. I found it too small and couldn't stay on it at night, kept rolling off, making my neck hurt more. The 3" height on the small is too low for my liking. The material is definitely comfy but the overall aspect of the pillow didn't work for me. If it was the size of a standard pillow it might be a different story. Standard pillowcases don't fit, they are very big. Upon opening, the pillow did have a slight odor. Overall it's an okay neck pillow, it's just too small; which is why I find it better for traveling. If I could exchange it for a different pillow I would.

The material is just superb in quality. The memory foam is firm and smooth. It does not have any toxic smell. Small profile is just right for my frame (5ft 9in., 160 lb., athletic build). I am a both back sleeper and a side sleeper. The complementary inner pillow case is nice and soft.

I loved the feel of this quality pillow on my head. I am a back sleeper and this is the perfect pillow for me. I had bought my first Tempur Neck pillow about 12 years ago which was quite heavenly, and have used only Tempur Pedic ever since. Unfortunately, this time I believe I might have chosen the wrong size- the contour felt a bit too high at the base of my neck. Excellent product otherwise!!
