[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nightly sleeping. The neck pillows used to come in queen and king sizes. Unfortunately, not any more. Currently, pillows are too short, they look tiny even on a queen bed. I'd love to be able to turn left and right without having to move the pillow. Also there is a gap between my wife's pillow and mine. This does not provide for an intimate and romantic feel while lying next to my wife. Pillows are also not corresponding to the thickness they used to do in the past. I recently ordered large size and it compares to medium size from the recent past. The medium size corresponds to the small size from the past. I can not understand why. Lastly, at some point a few years ago the product materials were shifted from a colder feel ones, to being much warmer now. Again, I do not understand the reasoning behind it. For all these reasons I am considering the products of another company. O, forgot the pricing of your products.. Throughout all these years you never made significant changes of your prices, despite the quality going down, as pointed above. Thank you. Hopefully, at some point you take my remarks into consideration. This would be the only way for you to survive in the competitive market. Good luck!

I purchased two TEMPUR-Neck Pillows for our two guest rooms. My adult children slept on them during the holidays. They lasted one night before they were on the floor. They both own neck pillows and these pillows are so hard it's like sleeping on a cement floor. Not recommended.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this as a replacement for my old neck pillow and it's great to see that the quality is the same. I'm a side sleeper and this definitely prevents me from waking up with a sore neck in the morning. It's firm enough to provide the support you need but still comfortable and soft enough for your head to sink in a bit. However, you definitely need to let this air out for at least a week before using. These tend to have a strong smell to them and it's probably not good to use them until the smell goes away.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] With this summer 2017 purchase, I replaced a small sized TEMPUR-neck pillow purchased so long ago I can't remember when...'92, I think. This time, however, I got the medium. I still have the small I purchased way back when, but I think this cervical-style pillow is helping a reverse curve in my neck and that is why I needed the extra height the medium gives. When I originally purchased the small sized pillow I tried the medium and the medium put a very uncomfortable tension at the base of my head, but it's now perfect. This is the only pillow I'm able to get to sleep on.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Product is generally as advertised. Very comfortable when I sleep on my side. But it's not quite the right contour for me when I sleep on my back. Sometimes I'll fall asleep on my side but wake up on my back with my neck a bit sore. Definitely great if you consistently use it on your side.

I ordered the small based on my size but it felt way too tiny for me. Its even thinner than my small travel pillow. I gave it a try since my chiropractor recommended this one but after sleeping on it for two weeks it actually made my neck and upper spine pain even worse and caused me to schedule an additional chiropractor session to get an adjustment. I switched back to my old pillow (its actually a square travel pillow thats memory foam from a different brand) which isnt great either but at least it doesnt make my neck pain worse. This one might have worked better if I ordered a Medium or the regular version without the neck contour but unfortunately Im not able to exchange it since its been used.

I was excited to get my new pillow. I used it once. I got the large one. That was a huge mistake. Is way to high. It is too hard. It is too stiff. It is not comfortable in the least! I tried sleeping on it for one night. In the morning my neck hurt so bad. It was so stiff, I had to wrap my heating pad on my neck for hours to get out of pain and be able to move my neck. I'm afraid to use it again. I wish I could return it. It was a waste of money. I followed the directions to see the size I needed but to no avail.

Switching to a TEMPURPEDIC pillow is an adjustment, but worth it! I did try the Neck Pillow and the Contour Side to Back Pillow; however, these 2 pillows were too high for my personal comfort. I tried the Travel Neck Pillow and it was PERFECT. My chronic neck pain was eliminated. What a relief

I used to think i might have to give up academia due to the pain, but then I tried tempur and it changed everything. I've been having them for less than two months and my pain's almost gone and i can feel that my neck tendons are healing. I'm short (5'2'', female) by have broad shoulders. I first bought size s but it seemed too thin for me. So i bought M, and it's perfect! Thank you Tempur!
