I ordered a replacement pillow for my 8 year old pillow. Today's pillows are not as good as the older versions. I loved my original pillow, but the new pillow is as hard as a rock. Also, no matter how much I air the pillow out by taking off the casing and putting it next to an open window, I can not get the horrific smell out of it. It certainly cannot be good to inhale the chemical smell that comes from this pillow all night long. The smell can be nauseating!

It released my neck pain from working in front of computers during day time. I also like the material of the cover. Overall I'm very satisfied with the purchase.

I've used this pillow for over 6 months. When I first started using it, I loved it. My neck wasn't sore in the mornings and I felt like I didn't toss and turn as much. The last month it hasn't been so comfortable. The memory foam now feels too firm and I'm not sleeping as well, and I'm also waking up frequently with neck pain. Unfortunately, I had to buy a different pillow. This product is great if you like a firm memory foam with great neck support.

Ordered the medium and tried sleep on this pillow several times and it does not support the neck or head. When I lay my head on the pillow it feels like I'm hanging my head back. Not enough pillow in the middle or on the other side to cradle your head. Would do better to sleep without a pillow. I would send back but according to their website no returns.

I have an active work environment and live in NYC so my body goes through a lot each day. This pillow changed everything for my shoulders and back. I had constant stiffness and or pain in both areas almost daily. Not any longer! Makes perfect sense that pillows should be designed this way. I sleep both on my side and back and either way it works.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had my first tempupedic neck pillow for about 15 years now. Like any other product it doesn't last forever. It's still usable, but has flattened out a little since it was new. I've actually brought it on driving vacations and trips with me, to get a better nights sleep while traveling and sleeping on non Tempurpedic beds. I have neck and back problems and this pillow is the only one that works for me. I have tried several other brands (cheaper) pillows, but nothing compares to my Tempurpedic.

I was so excited about purchasing a tempurpedic pillow. I had a knock off for 5 years that I loved and decided to make the investment for a real tempurpedic. What a mistake. This is by far the hardest pillow I have ever slept on. The price was very expensive and to make matters worse, the tempurpedic company will not give you your money back nor will they exchange for another type of pillow. Once you buy it, you are stuck. The pillow I tried in the store I bought it from was so much softer so be careful when buying pillows in a store and then getting one that no one has ever used. In addition, this pillow has given me a neck ache that I never had with any other pillow. I have never written a review before but I thought because this has to do with neck and back issues, the public deserves to know.

The price was a little too high for me and then when I saw the buy one get one free deal, I got it without any hesitant. After using it for a few weeks, I'm in love! It's good for sleeping on your side and on your back and my back doesn't hurt that much after I started using this pillow. Look forward to continue using it in my future.

I bought this pillow after having bought and tried the travel neck pillow. Even though expensive, it simply works well for me. I have a neck injury and sleeping well and carefully is important. I had tried some other brands' neck pillows and they did not have the right consistency -- either too soft or simply too big and hard. This pillow really does work just right for me.

If there was a option for me to give 0 star I would. I just received my pillows about half and hour ago. Right away I noticed my neck pillow is small in size. I ordered a size large on the website but somehow page didn't refresh or whatever, and it is stayed as medium and way too firm. I was very excited about the pillow as it was a gift for someone with neck pain. Called customer service, and told them that i need a size bigger but they wouldn't do it. Apparently it's considered used when it is delivered and it was delivered earlier this afternoon. Did not even use it. Still in the box wrapped in plastic. What a horrible policy and customer service. Explained the situation to a representative and a supervisor, they basically told me i am stuck with it or donate it. Supervisor also hung up. I am sure their other product may be good. But policy like this bad and customer service like this, i would not recommend this company.
