This is by far the worst pillow I have ever experienced. Not only is it very, very small, but It will hurt you worse than you were already hurting. If the pillow wasn't bad enough, the customer service is an absolute joke. They don't care if they are selling you a subpar product (in fact, they know they are) and they WILL NOT help you with a return or a replacement. This company and its products are a joke!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I ordered a small neck pillow because I had one years ago that was very supportive. Apparently these are completely different now. It's way too soft and not supportive at all. I have neck problems which is why I ordered, and apparently returns are not allowed with this product. Pretty disappointed!

Purchased two and they are super hard and tiny! and WOW! hard as a rock! and soo small? why soo small? why can i return a mattress after 90 days trial, but i can't return or exchange the pillow? they must know it sucks! the representative tells me it's the best pillow they have! (that's scary!) she then says "it has a break-in period"... how many decades could this take? hmmm she then advises me to sit on it while i'm watching tv... and bounce up and down on it. hmmm - interesting. i'll just leave you with that. buyer beware!

The 24" Neck-Pillow is no longer offered. Should you purchase the "Large" thinking you are ordering a "Queen-size" pillow, you will be disappointed. Plus Customer Service says "Tough Luck". They also have no idea when the larger TEMPUR-Countour Breeze Side-to-Side was discontinued. All other pillow options only come in "Queen" or "King" versions. So, I'm stuck with two pillows that don't cover half my queen-size mattress. Beware!!

I got this to replace an old Tempur-Pedic pillow I had. I don't know how any one can sleep on this. Its so hard and uncomfortable. And because Tempur-Pedic is 'zero waste' I can't return it. But from a retailer who lets you return and beware. This is not comfortable.

I'm sure this pillow is great for some people, but it is way too firm for me. It barely gave any, if it all, when I laid my head on it. It put too much pressure on my neck, and my neck was actually hurting worse than usual when I woke up in the morning. I just wish I had tried it in a store because Tempur-Pedic doesn't let you return the pillow except for damages. I found someone else that lets you try the pillow out and return within 60 days.

This is my 3rd Neck Pillow. My 1st one purchased over 5 years ago is still in great shape & very firm. I've just started sleeping on my 3rd one & have to say there is a big difference in manufacturing of this pillow since I bought my 1st one. It is nice not to have to sit on it to speed up the breaking in period; however, for stated as a "firm" pillow it seems softer than my 1st one! I still highly recommend it especially if you have any type of neck/back problems.  I wake up with very few (if any) problems even though I'm a side sleeper sometimes. A good pillow for back as well as side sleepers. We are a family who own several types of Temp Pedic pillows & this is one of my favorites next to the body pillow.

I didn't like the smell as I do not use any chemical cleaners & the pillow definitely had strong chemical smells. I left to air it & also sprayed with non toxic essential oil sprays. I would like non toxic material/fabric.

I love this pillow. I also have the tempur-Pedic ergonomic bed. Now that I have the pillow, I can watch TV in bed without my chin squnched up against my neck. Also, I have never slept better than after sleeping with this pillow. I would never want to be without it. It is a must have!
