I had two instances where I did something in my sleep and then I couldn't even get out of bed because my neck hurt so bad. I was only 21 years old when this happened. I have been using this pillow for about 3 years now and my neck pain has pretty much gone away! Still hurts a little every now and then. I am a side sleeper but you can do side or on your back and both are comfortable. I tried everything, muscle relaxers, pain killers, massages. This has seriously saved my neck. I cant sleep a night without it. If you are having neck pain i definitely recommend this pillow. It is a little weird at first but you get used to it. My boyfriend can't wait for me to get out of bed so he can steal it on the mornings i go to work before him.

I was so excited about purchasing a tempurpedic pillow. I had a knock off for 5 years that I loved and decided to make the investment for a real tempurpedic. What a mistake. This is by far the hardest pillow I have ever slept on. The price was very expensive and to make matters worse, the tempurpedic company will not give you your money back nor will they exchange for another type of pillow. Once you buy it, you are stuck. The pillow I tried in the store I bought it from was so much softer so be careful when buying pillows in a store and then getting one that no one has ever used. In addition, this pillow has given me a neck ache that I never had with any other pillow. I have never written a review before but I thought because this has to do with neck and back issues, the public deserves to know.

I bought the contoured pillow because I am a side sleeper. My neck was really starting to bother me, to the point of not being to turn my head. I bought your pillow and day by day it has gotten better and I am at the point that the pain is no more!! What a godsend. there are no words to explain my love for this pillow. I think it may have saved my work career. Thank you, thank you.

I've used the pillow for several years. We just got back from a 2 week vacation and used pillows in 3 hotels and a cruise ship. I didn't find a comfortable pillow in any of them. Got back home and what a relief to get back to this pillow. Now ordering for my use on vacation and my daughter's house when we visit there.

I love this neck pillow, but did NOT know they changed the size availability... I have a queen size bed and ordered queen size sheets... the neck pillow only comes in standard size now... the measurements are not obvious on line... I have had queen size neck pillows in the past and now I have postage stamp pillows on my queen bed. Since there is NO customer service these days the company has basically said too bad should have read the fine print.

I do use a flat pillow underneath this one to hold my head up more but that's the only downfall. I love my new set up and my back has felt much better since using this pillow!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have neck dystonia. I struggled for years and tried a myriad of ergonomic pillows. A friend recommended termpur-pedic pillows. Almost immediately I was having improved sleeps. Over time I would say there was improvement with my dystonia with some decrease in pain. After my initial purchase I ordered 4 pillows - I use them at home, travel and now even my chihuahuas loves to use them.

Both are smaller than I would have expected, but they both feel great, and are supportive in the right places. There's a funny smell when you first get them, but it mostly goes away if you leave them out for a few days before use. Happy with purchase overall

Tempur pillows are pricey, but worth every cent. Since I've been using them I've been sleeping so well. The neck support is outstanding and I love that it doesn't get flat. Worth it.

My Chiropractor suggested I purchase a Tempurpedic pillow. Since using my Tempurpedic pillow I am able to get a better night sleep and my neck isn't in as much pain.
