I bought this pillow after having bought and tried the travel neck pillow. Even though expensive, it simply works well for me. I have a neck injury and sleeping well and carefully is important. I had tried some other brands' neck pillows and they did not have the right consistency -- either too soft or simply too big and hard. This pillow really does work just right for me.

I was so excited about getting this pillow to help support my neck. Unfortunately it did not work for me. It is an extremely firm pillow...like no give at all. Maybe that would have been okay if the size was right. According to Tempur Pedic's size chart my measurements fell right in the middle of the medium size. So I ordered a medium. When I lay on the pillow the hump is so high and long that my chin is touching my chest. So disappointing that I am now stuck with a hard pillow that doesn't fit me.

I use this pillow every night as I like the neck support. The only problem I have is that the pillow is a little hard, especially on cold nights, sometimes becoming uncomfortable. I often turn a lot trying to get asleep so I wish the pillow had a little more give (softness) to enable me to cuddle with it.

This pillow is the worst thing that has come into my life. Ever since I started using it a few weeks ago, I have had chronic neck pain. The neck pain isn't like the kind you get from a bad nights sleep - it is debilitating and has affected every part of my life. I can't even drive without worrying that I'll hit a bump and move too suddenly, further increasing my pain. I've had to see a chiropractor to get my neck restabilized. What's even worse is that it's expensive and yet there is no trial period. There are 0 refunds. I want to burn this pillow and never have to see it again and be reminded of the pain it has caused.

I'm unhappy with the pillow. I never slept on it, but tried it, covered, and it's uncomfortable. Years ago, I purchased a Tempur-Pedic pillow and was happy with it, so I was looking for a replacement. However, this pillow is nothing like the old one. It is much smaller and not supportive. Also, it's frustrating how expensive the pillow is and that I am not able to return it.

We purchased the TEMPUR-Neck Pillow online. When we opened the box, a horrible chemical odor immediately filled the air - and then when we smelled the pillow it was obvious there was some type of chemical on or inside the pillow. TEMPUR-PEDIC refuses to take the pillow back and give me a refund. I strongly discourage anyone from buying this pillow because of the possible harm, and surely don't deal with the company as the customer service is poor.

I'm sad I didn't read the recent low reviews before buying. The medium pillow is so small. They are super hard. My husband couldn't stand using it for one night. It's stiffness hurt his ears when laying on his side. I'm shocked it's not of good quality with such steep prices. ‍♀️

I have used the Tempur-Neck for many, many years however the pillow received this week is not nearly as good as previous versions. It seems to be a different material, it's much harder, doesn't compress as easily and hurts my neck and ears. None of the previous pillows I've had in the past have been problematic. I'm extremely disappointed, the older versions have always been a lifesaver for my neck problems, this new version is a hindrance not a help.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Recently purchased 2 of the small pillows. I love this pillow and because of neck problems it is the only pillow I can sleep on. It cradles my neck and gives me a great nights sleep and no pain in the morning. I also have one in the RV. I am on my 2nd tempurpedic mattress and wouldn't buy anything else. I LOVE my tempurpedic!!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like all of the aspects of this particular pillow except for the fact that it is too low. I have to sleep with a pad underneath it to raise it to the correct height. Other than that, it is an excellent pillow.
