I have gone through both the Symphony and the Traditional tempur-pedic pillows but returned to my old Neck Pillow. I was looking for additional support but the other two lines left me with a stiff neck and sore back in the morning. They are both sitting in my closet and I continue to use my neck pillow. It is a classic and you can't go wrong.

I have been buying this pillow ever since I had my neck operated on for a herniated disk in 2005. I literally cannot use any other pillow. All other pillows make my neck uncomfortable, and I cannot sleep. Every where I go, I take my Tempur-Pedic Neck pillow! I will only buy this pillow for the rest of my life, I love it. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using Tempur-pedic for 10+ years. When I first started using the pillows I loved them. I could get a good year or two out of one. As of late, however, I have been unimpressed with the quality of the pillows. I purchased a pillow in August, and already it won't retain its shape! I've had neck surgeries, so good cervical support is a must for me. Unfortunately, I've been sorely disappointed with how quickly it lost its shape. I notice there are other reviewers who have commented about the same issue. This pillow is too expensive to only last a month or two. This is the second pillow that has done this. I thought the last one may have just been a bad pillow, but after two, I will now be looking for a new pillow.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The first 3 night, I have horrible headache because of the the new pillow scent. After that it kinda hard for me to sleep on. The quality is good but the pillow style is not for me. Maybe the normal style is better.

This is the best purchase I've made in a while. I've had trouble getting to sleep and staying asleep for years, due to neck pain. I would wake up with an achy neck. I've used this for 2 days, and I feel like a new woman. I sleep well and wake up without neck pain. Excellent pillow!

I've had a tempurpedic pillow for more than 20 years. Finally replaced it. It's just as supportive as ever. I'm a side sleeper and I need something firm that will support my neck all night. My only complaint is that the pillow depth has been shortened and now my curly hair hits the headboard. Trying to find a solution for that.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased the neck pillow based on a recommendation from a physical therapist for my neck and shoulder pains. A month in, I still have the pains, so it's not a miracle pillow. Once I got used to it, however, I did find the pillow comfortable, with an appropriate firmness. My biggest complaint is the price. Because I'm tall, I bought the large version, which is an inexplicable $30 more expensive for a pillow that's *shorter* than the medium, which itself is overpriced. I constantly consider returning the pillow just because I don't think it's worth the money. Were it more reasonably priced, I'd recommend it to others.

Being a "budget shopper", I tried at least a dozen pillows (some memory foam) before I bought another Tempurpedic because of the cost. I finally realized that if I added up the cost of all those cheaper pillows, it would come out to be a lot more than the price of a Tempurpedic pillow. So I bought another and am very happy. The only improvement I would make would be to make the top flat with no ridge. My head doesn't seem to fit between the two contours.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got these pillows at the advice of my chiropractor. They have completely changed the quality of my sleep for the better. I have had zero neck pain since buying this pillow. Be aware, however, that they do take a little getting used to at first if you're not accustomed to these kinds of pillows.

This Pilliow is tiny. I should have read the dimension but I just assumed L would be like a King, M would be queen, and Small as Twin. But this pillow regardless of size is smaller any twin size pillow. Your pillow covers are too large. What were they thinking?
