[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a herniated disc at c5/c6. Needless to say, sleeping can be agonizing for me, and waking can be even worse. I purchased this specific pillow with the hope that it might help me achieve more regenerative sleep and lessen some of my daily neck pain. One cannot cure the pain of a herniated cervical disc through the use of a pillow (if only!), so I never expected a magical fix. Nonetheless, this pillow helps to diminish my nightly pain and reduce the pressure/tension that I feel upon waking. It has really helped me, which is why I also purchased the travel size version of this neck pillow. Let's briefly talk about firmness. Some reviewers say this pillow is as hard as a rock. They must have experience with some pretty soft rocks because I find this pillow to be plenty giving/soft and comfortable. I prefer cushy beds and pillows, and this pillow fits the bill for me. It is not overly soft (it does not engulf my head), but I certainly do not find it to be firm. Bottom line: it is worth the money because it actually helps to improve the quality of my sleep and, thereby, my waking life.

I HAVE BEEN USING A TEMPUR-PEDIC NECK PILLOW FOR YEARS AT HOME AND IN THE CAMPER. THIS PAST YEAR MY CAMPER WAS DESTROYED INTHE HURRICANE ON JULY 4TH. IT WAS TURNED OVER AND FLOODED. OVIOUSLY MY TEMPUR-PEDIC PILLOW WAS DESTROYED. WE GOT A NEW CAMPER IN AUGUST AND I TOOK MY PILLOW FROM HOME AND PUT IT IN THE CAMPER AND ORDERED A KING SIZE TEMPUR-PEDIC NECK PILLOW FOR HOME. FOR MY REVIEW THAT I WROTE TEMPUR-PEDIC SENT ME ANOTHER PILLOW OF MY CHOICE. WE GOT ANOTHER KING SIZE TEMPUR-PEDIC NECK PILLOW AND MY WIFE HAS BEEN USING IT EVER SINCE. SHE LOVE IT. I am a side and back sleeper and I have been on a hunt to find a pillow that offers neck support and comfort. Unfortunately, this is not the pillow. While the pillow offers a section for neck support, it is so firm that it is uncomfortable and renders the dedicated neck support useless.

I have been using this pillow for quite some time now and overall it's preety good. This pillow is very comfortable but every morning i have a stiff neck and hit hurts like hell for the rest of the day. If you are looking for a pillow to help your neck I wouldnt recomend it but if your looking for a comfortable go head and buy it.

Been a customer for over 15 years, and have always purchased these neck pillows because they used to be so firm. Not anymore! The last 3 pillows I've purchased from here have all been super soft, I don't get it. They've changed this pillow for the worst and it's very upsetting.

This neck pillow (small) replaced my other 9 year old Tempur Pedic pillow which i was very happy with. This new pillow was MUCH THINNER than my 9 yr old pillow, this new pillow has a VERY VERY BAD ODOUR making it impossible to use. I will attempt to air the pillow out for a few weeks, but this new pillow's quality is not as good as my original, nor is it as good as my travel neck pullow. VERY DISAPPOINTED. The $90 this pullow shoud have been MUCH better quality.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Oh my gosh... the neck pillow is great. My wife and I used to have only 1 neck pillow, and I always found it to be awesome, but just a bit small. Then, I bought a large size one (apparently we only used to have a small one). It is just wonderful. It's perfect for a 6'2" man (me). I sleep great and would recommend this to any side sleeper.

My wife has had this pillow for over 15 years and wanted to get a replacement. There was an offer to buy one and get one free so I jumped on it. I have had several feather, foam, and memory foam pillows and I have to say I now know why she wanted the exact same pillow to replace her old one with. I get zero discomfort night after night with this pillow. I honestly didn't think a pillow would make that much difference.

She responded that she would provide me with a large pillow. If the pillows I received are large, then they are large for a child, certainly not for a king size bed. I love the pillows but they are too short

This Pilliow is tiny. I should have read the dimension but I just assumed L would be like a King, M would be queen, and Small as Twin. But this pillow regardless of size is smaller any twin size pillow. Your pillow covers are too large. What were they thinking?
