I bought a new tempurpedic mattress (that I loved from the first night). When I was in the flagship store buying that I tried a new neck pillow. It was very firm. Now 4 months later I decided to get the pillow. I got the size small. It arrived today and is so soft you can wad it up into a ball. I took it back to the flagship store to ask what was the reason there pillows were so firm and this was so soft. The salesman...after assuring me he could do nothing to help...pillows are non returnable... he had me feel a medium and it is very firm! He said the small and large are a different temper material and therefore softer and the medium is the "firm" pillow. Makes no sense. Mattresses are the same firmness according to style no matter the size but there pillows are NOT!

This WAS my favorite pillow. The quality is not the same as in the years past. It's hard as a rock and non conforming. Though it would also be important to note that its smell was strong and it made my eyes burn. So disappointing. There's no returns on pillows so I didn't even attempt getting a refund.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I actually tried several different pillows in the past. I started having severe headaches. My doctor told me to use a low profile contour pillow. I ordered two tempurpedic contour pillows. One for me and one for my daughter. Literally, after one night, I woke up with no headache. I was so relieved that I didn't have to resort to medications to treat my headaches. AMAZING RESULTS!

I have been using this pillow in medium for a little over one month now due to a lot of neck pain. My neck pain is still working its way out, but it has improved and my sleep posture has improved because of this pillow. My only complaint is that I can't use a regular pillowcase with it, but I manage. It's worth every penny to alleviate my neck pain considerably.

My dad bought me one of these pillows when I got back from Iraq back in 2011 and I used to take it with me to the field and sleep in the dirt or on a cot with it! Fits perfectly in the sleeping bag even during cold nights when you have to zip the bag all the way up! I can't afford another one so I still have it to this day and it works great!

I'll admit hesitance making this purchase--I'm middle aged and starting to feel the creaks from years of desk work and frankly wasn't ready to think about therapeutic solutions... I'm still invincible right? Welp, after months of pain and discomfort I ordered this pillow and I am so THANKFUL I did! I've decided that feeling no pain IS COOL! Within a night I had improvement and truly within a few nights all my other pillows had been downgraded to the nightly set aside pile--I stick with what works and it's this pillow. I used the tool to measure what size I needed and when it arrived it was the perfect fit. Firm, but not too firm, just the perfect depth and I can sleep on my back, side or stomach and my neck is still perfectly supported. The best... Laying on your back with your arms folded over your head--soooo comfy and I'm normally a side/tummy sleeper! Good looking out Tempurpedic!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the pillow! I'm a side and back sleeper and this pillow has helped relieve the pain associated when "sleeping on your neck wrong." It's the perfect height for side and back sleeping. I wake up feeling comfortable and very rested. 10/10 recommend. I'm 5'10" and have broad shoulders so I recommend the largest size pillow if you're of similar size.

I would advise measuring the height you need so you purchase the correct one. We sleep on our back and sides and these pillows support well in either position. In our experience, they do not sleep hot either. Great product.
