[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Initially the neck pillow was a little too firm for my liking and did get a headache the following day. I was hesitant to try it out again, but when I did, it was was wonderful and have been using it since. I have been using it for about a month now.

So I went to youtube to see if I was using it wrong, yes I was so I coreected how I was using it. I did not encounter pain, but I did not enjoy the pillow, so I removed them from my bed, packed them back up in the container they came in, stuck with expensive pillows I don't want:(

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I hate large pillows that elevate my head too much, but had trouble finding a pillow that was thin but also supportive, until I found this neck pillow. The groove fit your neck and head perfectly for a supportive and extremely comfortable sleep. It's the only pillow I use now. Great for those who like to sleep on your back or slide, not comfortable for stomach sleepers.

If I could give this pillow a zero I would. I used this pillow for night and woke up with HORRIBLE upper neck and back pain that lasted over a week! This pillow is meant to help with alignment and did completely the opposite. I called customer service and they said that they would not be able to do anything about, no refunds or returns. I am extremely disappointed and will never order from the company again nor recommend the company to anyone. The sad part is, this is the most I have ever spent on ONE pillow and it did the opposite of what it claims to do. Please do not purchase this pillow if your are in the midst of deciding to purchase one.

Putting your head down on a pillow is one of the last things you look forward to at the end of the day. The Tempur-neck pillow supports my neck perfectly. I orientate the pillow with the larger curve under my neck, that keeps the spine in alignment. I only use the one Tempur-Neck pillow. I sleep both on my side and back. I wake up with no "pain in the neck"

I purchased two of these pillows to replace the exact same pillow that I purchased several years ago. The difference between the older version and the newer version is stark. While the pillow is described on the website as "firm" (and my original pillow was firm) the new version is squishy like a sponge and provides little to no support. Don't even try to sleep on your side or you will wake up with a terrible crook in your neck and/or a sore shoulder. And written in the small print is that this pillow cannot be returned, even if you believe the material is defective because it is soooo soft. Tempurpedic charges in incredible amount of money for a terrible product...buyer beware...this pillow is NOT firm and provides no support for your neck.

As a slide-sleeper with cervical issues, I bought the Tempur-neck, small profile a couple of weeks ago. I found it a bit too high and, unfortunately a bit too hard, to the point I can't sleep comfortably on it. It is a pity the return policy does not allow to return this product after trying it.

I purchased this pillow about 15 years ago. I loved it. I still love it. After so many years, I decided to purchase a new Tempur-neck pillow. I purchased both the small and medium size. It was buy one get one free. I took the pillow out of the box and immediately noted it was much more firm than my old one. I thought it just needed to be broken in. After a few weeks of sleeping with the new pillow (small size) I couldn't get used to the "firmness" of it. I tried to break in the pillow by sleeping with it, sitting on it, packing it into my suitcase, etc. No luck. Still very firm. I continued with the pillow for almost 6 months and it still is not like the old one. Believe me, I realize my old one is soft, but this one is just too firm. I am sad to say I don't use the pillow anymore.

I bought a medium because I like to side sleep but the lump feels too big even though I measure for a medium/side sleeper. Oh well. They can't be returned/exchanged. I owned a Tempurpedic bed before (not sure which style) and it was the best. But apparently that doesn't translate to good pillows. I don't usually write reviews, but Tempurpedic said if I write a review for the pillows I will be entered to win a new mattress set. That's what I really need. I hope you found this helpful.
