[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Body type - small frame about 96 lbs Pillow size ordered - small Mainly a side sleeper My old pillow (sleep number pillow...don't buy by the way) was starting to make my neck sore in the mornings and was giving me slight headaches. It did not hold its shape at all. My first mattress was a tempurpedic cloud first gen and I ADORE that bed. So I decided to try their neck pillow. For me it took some getting used to at first as it felt a little uncomfortable in the beginning. Now I have no discomfort and I even sleep more through the night and wake up less do to needing to shift positions.

As a Licensed Massage Therapist for over 20yrs I get constant complaints from clients about neck and shoulder pain constant sitting and working at a desk along with general tension from our every day lives can take its toll on the body as well as after many years of sitting in the same position. I always refer my clients to the temperpedic neck pillow! I teach them to make there selves sleep on it daily as it is "memory foam" and it need time to " memorize your body and conform to each person's own unique shape and needs! It last well beyond the 5yr warranty as I've had mine well over 13yrs! Thank me later

This pillow is out the size of a travel pillow. Doesn't even fit a standard size pillow case. I took measurements to determine small, medium, or large per Tempur-Pedic's range. This was a joke. I will never spend another dime on this brand again. Very poor quality compared to their pillows of years past.

This TEMPUR-Neck Pillow is absolutely the most comfortable pillow I have ever owned. I have tried so many different pillows that didn't work out. This one fits me perfectly, I sleep better and wake up without any neck or back pain. I highly recommend this excellent quality pillow! (I also own a Tempur-Pedic mattress- absolutely the BEST.)

This product is not the tempurpedic quality I'm familiar with. It is unbelievably hard and caused neck pain when both my husband and I tried it for a night. I'm shocked that returns aren't allowed because this product almost seems defective it's so hard. I've never posted a review in my life but felt others needed to know given the high price point for this product.

Purchased the Tempur-Neck Pillow Medium. I like the contour and medium is the right size for my 5'10" frame. However, this thing is harder than a brick. Not a restful sleep, waking up with a sore ear and sore teeth. Tried to soften the pillow by stepping on it and sitting on it throughout the day but it didn't help. Really loved my old Tempur-pedic SidePillow Medium. It was perfect but now it's is gone and the SidePillow is no longer available for purchase. I understand the no returns policy but when the product is this bad it should be considered a crime. This loyal customer of 25 years will be seeking a solution somewhere else.

I used to sleep in a fetal position which gave me wrinkles on my face and neck in the morning. As I get older those morning wrinkles seemed staying longer then forever now. TEMPUR-neck pillow made me possible to sleep on my back straight all night which allowed me to wake up without the lines I used to have after a fetal position. Even When I rolled on my side in sleep, I did not get many wrinkles on my skin because TEMPUR-neck pillow held the shapes of my head and neck area without pressure on my skin. I can't sleep without it anymore. I found it can be pressed and packed in a half size bag for travel and worked just fine as new after unpacking. Highly recommended for all.

Not only is the pillow unbelievably soft but it's also made my sleep a lot more restful. Everyone should purchase a tempur pedic pillow for its durability, comfort and superior quality.

I loved my pillow for awhile, maybe about a year, but then it went flat in the middle. I'm not that big, only 5/1" and 120 lbs. I sleep on my back as I have shoulder issues (arthritis). The doctor recommended this pillow for the arthritis in my neck, but there is no longer any support. I've tried everything to bring back the original curve.
