[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased the neck pillow based on a recommendation from a physical therapist for my neck and shoulder pains. A month in, I still have the pains, so it's not a miracle pillow. Once I got used to it, however, I did find the pillow comfortable, with an appropriate firmness. My biggest complaint is the price. Because I'm tall, I bought the large version, which is an inexplicable $30 more expensive for a pillow that's *shorter* than the medium, which itself is overpriced. I constantly consider returning the pillow just because I don't think it's worth the money. Were it more reasonably priced, I'd recommend it to others.

Would recommend paying close attention to the size. The pillow is helping me train myself to sleep on my back to reduce pressure on my neck/jaw.

I purchased my first 2 pillows 10 years ago. I've traveled the world & walked through many airports carrying my pillow. (It came in it's own carrying case.) I will never sleep on any other pillow. I use to suffer terrible neck & shoulders pain throughout the day & while trying to sleep at night. Not anymore, not since my first purchase 10 years ago. My husband also sleeps one one every night.

My first pillow was a dream. When it lost the firmness I needed, of course I replaced it with another. Upon opening the box I noticed a very strong odor. I could not sleep on it. I left it uncovered, I put it outside, and in the sun. It is not as strong, but the odor is still there. I have double sealed it in 2 plastic bags to be able to use it. Also, it is too short. Sometimes I roll over and off the edge. The missing 4" matter to me. You offered a replacement pillow, but I decided not to bother. I like the firmness, and once I find another as firm, I'll buy it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm a side sleeper and love the Tempur-neck pillow and its support, is a perfect complement to my Tempur-Pedic mattress. Both have the right amount of firmness with some give to make you feel supported. I wish the secondary washable zippered pillow covers were still available.

I was constantly waking up to move the pillow around to find the perfect placement for it because of all its great reviews. I woke up with neck pain and a slight headache because of it and I understand that you cant return it but I think that isn't exactly user friendly. Just more money for the company I guess.

I purchased the neck pillow as I'm mostly a side sleeper and needed more support than my 14 year old original tempurpedic pillow (I know it was time). I'm so glad I did! This pillow is just what I needed! I purchased 2 medium sized neck pillows for my daughter and I and also bought 2 Cloud Pillows to have when I sleep on my stomach. So happy with my pillows! Game changer!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pillow has a perfect elasticity that fits human neck. I sleep with it everyday and it definitely helps to improve sleeping quality. But I am also having difficult time taking care of the surface especially when my hair stacked in and some stains attached to. I don't know how to wash rubber material and white layer covering the rubber. I think the customer service should have provided guidance or instruction of using the pillow for long term. Still recommend it!!

I bought a few of these around 2007 and they have been my favorite pillows of all time. Your head sinks in and is perfectly supported. This new one is nothing at all like the old ones. It is way too firm - your head doesn't sink in at all. I got really bad neck pain after one night with this. It feels really not all like the classic Tempur material and more like a generic off-brand firm memory foam. I'm extremely disappointed, but very thankful the original three pillows are just as good as the day I bought them!
