If purchasing the 3.5 inch, you should know that the length of that pillow would properly fit a child's bed but not an adult's. These are not returnable or exchangeable so please be careful before purchasing a $100+ pillow online. The height is perfect for my neck but as I toss and turn at night, my head falls off the pillow because it is so small. The website gives the measurements for the height of the neck but not the length. The quality of the pillow is great but there is information lacking on the website to be able to properly shop online for a non-exchangeable product.

Same comfort and support and hopefully durability. One comment though.. the new one is shorter in length than the previous one that we had. I mean the length could have been changed a long time ago, but we just found that out.

I have a herniated disc in my neck, I use this pillow when I need to lie flat to reduce my neck pain. I ordered a small size based upon my dimensions. It is a very small pillow in terms of length and horizontal dimensions so it doesn't fit well in normal sized pillow cases. Unfortunately, if you are broad shouldered, you likely will only be able to enjoy this pillow when sleeping on your back. When I sleep on my back though, this is a great pillow and gives me the support l need while letting me be as flat as possible.

Over the years I moved a lot abroad and back and ended up buying different brands that were less expensive. Nothing ever compared. So I repurchased and I'm keeping my tempur-pedic ones forever. When I finally stop moving around, I can't wait to get a Tempur mattress again.

My only complaint is that it's a little short. Im petite so I had to get a small size. But the pillow is not very wide. As I have a king bed...I don't have a lot of space to move around

I can only assume it is the merger with Sealy that has brought about the downfall of TempurPedic products. I have an old neck pillow from 15 years ago that has sadly deflated a little too much that I was looking to replace. The new model is very hard, does not respond to warmth anymore (just pressure), and just doesn't have the same quality of memory foam.

I have wanted a Tempur-Pedic Neck pillow for a few years and finally I got one over the holiday. Each morning I would wake up and my neck and back where in pain because of how I was sleeping at night. I have also had a problem with snoring pretty much my whole life which ultimately effected my overall amount of sleep. I call Tempur-Pedic's Neck pillow my "Productive Pillow".
