I've used the tempur-pedic neck pillow for years, but for some reason this one feels too firm compared to my past ones. I've tried sleeping on it a few times, but always end up with a pinch in my neck. Luckily I bought the symphony pillow at the same time, so I've been using that instead. The foam in the symphony feels much more like the foam I remember being in my past neck pillows. Hopefully I can find someone in my family who can use the neck pillow, because these things aren't cheap.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Pinched nerve in my shoulder/neck has been causing me problems for a few months, so thought I would try a My Pillow. It got worse. So, thought I would try a tempur-neck pillow since this has worked well for my wife for many years. A big difference. The tingling in my hand and associated arm/hand pain is slowing resolving, getting better each night. I'm now a big believer in tempur neck pillows for anyone with neck or shoulder pain issues.

My previous Temour Pedic pillow was never as hard as the new one. Also the contours ace more pronounced in the new one which makes it less desirable for me. As a result, the new pillow as been resigned to the shelf, and considered a wasted expense. I'll continue to use my old Tempur Pedic despite the fact that it's on its last legs. Too bad they changed the design of the original.

There is a distinct odor associated with this pillow. That took about a week to get used to. Even though we did the measurements, sometimes I prefer the small side of the pillow and sometimes the large side for both side and back sleeping. I find that if you have the mattress raised (to watch TV) and you fall asleep, the pillow is not as comfortable as when the mattress is lowered to your normal sleep position. Overall, it is a good pillow and very comfortable.

I got this to replace an old Tempur-Pedic pillow I had. I don't know how any one can sleep on this. Its so hard and uncomfortable. And because Tempur-Pedic is 'zero waste' I can't return it. But from a retailer who lets you return and beware. This is not comfortable.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love Tempur-pedic pillows. I've used them for years. They provide excellent relief to neck strain, and allow for extremely comfortable sleep. Occasionally, over the years, one will wear out and I'll end up waitiing a while to replace it. That hiatus doesn't last long, however. It's almost funny how much I miss them.

So, I have been doing rehab exercises regularly to reduce pain and restore my life back to normal. But, sometimes, the pain is unbearable and I toss and turn all night. After I replaced my pillow to Tempur pedic neck pilkow, my lower back pain has gone! I did not belive it at first. It's been 3 weeks and now I worship this pillow!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a very firm pillow that gives variable neck support and doubles as a perfect between the legs pillow. I am very happy with the purchase, and I feel like the BOGO offer is great value. The only downside is a very noticeable synthetic smell. Of course your head is so close to the pillow that it's hard to ignore. After 45 days with the pillows, the smell seems to be slowly fading over time.
