Had such high hopes for this pillow but it is so dense there is no give and feels extremely hard. On my 4th night and hoping it will soften up over time. I wake up with extra neck ache than usual. Such a shame tempurpedic does not offer free trials or the ability to return items like most companies.

I was given this pillow about 5 years ago in 2013 as a gift by a good friend who also suffers from neck/shoulder pain from work related injuries. We both love our pillow. I use it every day and I always have a good night's rest when I use it. My boyfriend has been steeling my pillow at night so I'm on looking into getting him one for Christmas. I would by this pillow over and over again!

I bought the TEMPUR-Neck Pillow because I am a side sleeper and it has greatly improved the quality of my sleep and eliminated my neck discomfort. I used to have two pillows, and was able to replace them both with this one TEMPUR-Neck Pillow. It is so comfortable! I highly recommend it.

I purchased a neck pillow from tempurpedic about 12 years ago that I still use. I thought it was time to get a new one. Unfortunately the quality is not the same, the older one is much more dense and supports your neck great. The new pillows are squishy and very small. Now I'm stuck with 2 because I purchased the current "deal". I'm giving these to my dogs

I've slept on this pillow-style for 10+ years. I ordered two "Large" on BOGO special. My 24" Counter-Breeze has apparently been discontinued (although Customer Service has no idea when). I hadn't even taken 20", so called "Large" pillows, out of their boxes. But essentially got "tough luck" from Customer Service. Had I opened shipping box I would be understanding. Instead I feel ignored and dismissed by a company that I've supported for years.

This was an expensive miss. I purchased in hopes of improvement in my headaches and neck pain but it did not make a difference. They're also really very firm so if you're looking for a comfortable sleep it just wasn't it for me. Pay attention too because there are no returns or exchanges for these like there are for mattresses so go try them out before buying.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had my first temper pillow for 3 years and decided it was time to replace not because it seemed worn out or ready, but because that is the recommended time for pillow replacement. The new pillow arrived and my nights sleep have been much improved. The new pillow has been fantastic and is just the right firmness for my needs.

I bought my first Tempur-Neck Pillow about 8 years ago and it was a God Send. The pillow stopped the problem of waking up with a numb right arm and hand stemming from cervical disc compression. The foam was beginning to break down (soften) so I replaced it with a new one in the same size (Medium). Ever since I switched pillows I've had neck pain while I'm using it and the next day. Beyond that, the smell from the pillow is very strong and prevents me from falling asleep. I don't know what Tempur-pedic did to change the design and materials, but the product is now a real disappointment.

First of all you have to make sure the pillow that you order is the right size for you. I am a male, 6' 1" 225lbs. so the large neck pillow has worked great for me. As far as the pillow being to firm, I have found that it seems to be the case at first until it warms up to your body temperature and then it is just right. This is the 3rd Temper neck pillow I've had over the past 20 some years and never want to go back to a standard pillow configuration. The only small complaint that I could possibly have is that TemperPedic has stopped making the king size version of this pillow but I can live with that. Great Pillow!
