I have used this pillow for years, but the new one is nothing like my old one. The new one is as hard as a rock, and I simply cannot get comfortable on it. I'm really disappointed that I bought one online because they do not allow returns on pillows.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As always, I appreciate the way the tempur material forms to my head and neck; however, there doesn't seem to be enough thickness in this pillow to support me. This pillow leaves me resting a significant amount on my back and shoulders, and doesn't support enough for side sleepers like me. I was able to repurpose these pillows for my children, and then purchased the tempur cloud pillow for me and my wife. Again, great material, would just have loved a thicker version of this pillow!

Honestly I didn't realize how much pain I was in until I didn't have it anymore. A friend recommended this pillow because she has a neck injury from a car accident from many years ago. She said that this is the only pillow she can use or she has a lot of pain. The first night I slept with this pillow I slept through the WHOLE night and woke up with no pain! I bought one for my son who has a bad shoulder and it has helped him sleep a little better too. I will mention that I am a back/side sleeper and so is my son. This pillow would not be comfortable if you sleep on your stomach.

I also sleep mostly on my back because I use a CPAC Machine and this pillow is excellent for a back sleeper. I have owned several contour pillows over the years, but this Tempurpedic contour pillow is by far the most comfortable of them all. It is heavier, softer and more supporting than any other contour pillow I have ever used. It gives my neck & shoulders complete support all during the night. I highly recommend it!

He gets perfectly aligned on his side and has a deeper, peaceful sleep. I also sleep on my side and find these position specific pillows to be advantageous.

The size is a bit difficult to find pillow cases that fit right, but the pillow itself is a must have!

I have been sleeping on a Tempur-Pedic pillow for over 20 years. My old pillow was just not giving me enough support any longer so I decided to buy a new one. It seems TP has changed the material as this new pillow no longer molds to my the way the old material did. This pillow is much too firm. I am waking up with neck pain nearly every morning. It would be great if it were a little less firm.

I do not here him complain about his neck anymore. They are harder then a traditional pillow but gives you support where needed.

I have an older pillow that was the same model but seems to be way softer, larger, and overall better. Not sure if they changed their design what. Still, great pillow for the price and lasts forever!
