Have had sleepless nights because I feel like I am sleeping on a rock - there is no give. I'm hoping the pillow will soften a little and I will accommodate to it. What is curious is that I have purchased the neck pillow before and loved it, that is why I purchased again. Wondering if they changed something in manufacturing. I also have purchased many Temperpedic products and have loved them all.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was introduced to the Tempur-neck pillow 15 years ago and never looked back. I think the product has only gotten better over the years. My latest replacement handles changes in temperature much better without becoming too soft (hot weather) or hard (cold weather). It also feels less dense, which leads to a cooler sleep, without compromising structure. I promise I'm not a paid shill, just a fan! Really love this pillow, as does my partner.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Tempur-Neck Pillow works for me!!!! I have reoccurring neck pain and the Neck Pillow takes it totally away after about 3 nights of sleeping on it. I wouldn't be without one. I cut an old one in half to travel with............amazing, it works. So now I sleep soundly when not at home. The BEST pillow! Also sleep on a Tempur-pedic mattress. My only regret is that I waited so long to try it. Have had it about two years - fantastic!!!! My husband loves it too. Thank you Tempur-pedic!!!!!

I am a women who is 5'5 and my neck needs to have more support. I have purchased a small travel pillow to place on top of it and that has worked like a charm. In the past I have owned a tempur-pedic mattress and pillows. I love Tempur products it is excellent quality! Nothing compares to Tempur-Pedic products!

I have degenerative arthritis in my neck and spine with three bulging neck discs and fibromyalgia, and I bought my first TEMPUR-PEDIC neck pillow around 1998. DJD has of course worsened to the point orthopedic surgeon highly suggested discs surgery. The neck pillow I had had gotten too soft so I purchased another one and I'm telling you between the new pillow to assist in greater alignment, and putting some other practical daily habits into practice, my neck and back pain totally subsided and I decided to NOT go forward with surgery and I have not regretted it! That decision was about two years ago, and all I can say is, I may at some point in time have to have the surgery, but I am just so thankful I gave it a try before having such an extensive surgery. I can't say there is anything that I don't love and appreciate about it! I am a back and side sleeper, and it keeps my neck, shoulders, and back in proper body alignment and full comfort!

Ordered 4 of these pillows, Opened and tried two of the pillows by two members of household. Both users found them too hard and experienced headaches and stiff necks. The only way they were semi-comfortable was by using another pillow on top of them, which defeated the reason we purchased them. Now we are stuck with them due to your no return policy.

I love this neck pillow, but did NOT know they changed the size availability... I have a queen size bed and ordered queen size sheets... the neck pillow only comes in standard size now... the measurements are not obvious on line... I have had queen size neck pillows in the past and now I have postage stamp pillows on my queen bed. Since there is NO customer service these days the company has basically said too bad should have read the fine print.

My husband had the smaller version and post surgery I was desperate to find something that would help me sleep well on my back (I'm a devoted stomach sleeper) Well this pillow had been a life changer and my face will thank me!!

After the purchase of my Tempur-Pedic mattress I did realize the effect of this pillow. With the Temper-Pedic mattress this pillow shines and is the PERFECT companion to my Tempur-Pedic Cool Breeze mattress. My neck and spine are perfectly aligned and I sleep great, I never thought this pillow would make such an impact on my sleep. I am completely satisfied, so much that I bought one when I travel, other pillows do not compare. Plus is never looses it's shape.

Felt the difference right away! Since then, I've been having quality sleep. And because of that, I bought tempur pillows for my mom, hubby, 3 sons and daughter. Also bought 2 body pillows and peanut pillows for each of us to use on road trips. Not only that, been raving about it with friends and some of them bought several pillows as well. Share the love ☺️ Wouldn't use any other pillow from now on.... I wish I have the budget for the bed, maybe in the future...
