I have the original neck pillow in king size. I ordered the large thinking it would be king, but it is standard length with a higher neck bump. It is confusing to know which size to order if you sleep on both back and side. Be sure to check before ordering.

I had to take the opportunity and buy him and a few other people this pillow to show them what they've been missing out on. Everyone that has one now agrees that they get much better sleep and that it's so comfortable. I won't be able to use any other pillow again. It's extremely snug, even my dog loves to lay with me on my Pillow.

I've heard about TemPur Neck Pillows from my friends and decided to try it. I slept on in the first night, I couldn't sleep well. Probably because my neck wasn't used to the formed shape. I slept better the second night. By the third night, I told my husband that he should get one for himself. I am not afraid of waking up in the morning with pains anymore. I bought a few of these around 2007 and they have been my favorite pillows of all time. Your head sinks in and is perfectly supported. This new one is nothing at all like the old ones. It is way too firm - your head doesn't sink in at all. I got really bad neck pain after one night with this. It feels really not all like the classic Tempur material and more like a generic off-brand firm memory foam. I'm extremely disappointed, but very thankful the original three pillows are just as good as the day I bought them!

I have the Tempur-Cloud and a Tempur-Neck, both of which are supportive, but way too small for use on the king sized bed. I have some older pillow on a different bed that are king sized, but these weren't available apparently when I recently purchased these two specific items. I would recommend the Tempur-Neck anyway, but not the Cloud

I purchased two TEMPUR-Neck Pillows, Small, as there was a "special." After opening and using ONE of the pillows for < week, I determined that the pillow was not an appropriate size... I was looking for TMJ & neck pain relief and it felt as if it exacerbated it. I reached out to customer service to ask about exchanging the second pillow that was still unopened in it's original plastic packaging AND box. I was stunned to receive a hard NO. I find it ironic that the company's reply included the line "As a zero-waste company, unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on comfort items like pillows due to their personal nature" yet the company accepts returns on mattresses? Again - I was looking to exchange an **unopened, unused** pillow and was declined. We have a Tempur-pedic mattress and sadly, the company has lost us as a customer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pillow had the shape I wanted, so that my neck didn't kink because my shoulder was also on the pillow. It definitely helps with my neck pain at night. It is a little firmer than I expected and I think it could be slightly more on softer side. Pay attention to the sizes and definitely pick smaller if you fall in the middle. If it's too large, it may put more pressure on your neck than necessary and feel uncomfortable. Overall a good pillow if you experience neck pain.

I have degenerative disc problems in 4 discs in my neck, this has progressed to the point that my spinal cord is compressed in 2 places. I am having disc replacement surgery soon All these problems resulted in migraine like headaches, and severe pain in my neck and radiating down my arms to my hands. I have tried many different pillows, including My Pillow (waste of money), other memory foam and fillings, none helped until this Tempur-Pedic neck pillow, such a huge difference. My only complaint is that all the pillow cases are way too big. I would suggest that Tempur-pedic make pillow cases to fit the neck pillows. They are close enough in dimensions, that one size could fit the small, medium and large sizes. Overall, I highly recommend this pillow!
