[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had neck problems for years until I started using this pillow! So comfy to sleep on your back or on your side. Do wish it was a little bigger like a normal pillow size but still very happy. Buying for my parents as well!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These pillows have been an absolute game changer for my husband and I. I've had a very tight neck for years and years. Massage therapists would always comment on how tight my neck and shoulders were and that they recommend I come for massages more often. I bought this pillow and my neck is no longer stiff and achey. I sleep better at night and will never buy another pillow besides this one again!

I've used the TEMPUR-Neck Pillow since massage school in 1996 when I had to seek chiropractic care from poor body mechanics. I always recommend it to my massage clients to this day, 28 years later. There has never been a problem with neck or shoulder pain. It's the best . I use two, one on top of the other for a more proper alignment for me and it works great.

I purchased what I thought was a similar pillow to the ones tempurpedic used to make. I was highly disappointed when my pillow arrived. This is nothing like the original. The neck support was way too high, I ordered a medium just like I used for years. Since tempurpedic doesn't accept returns I gave it to Goodwill. Wondering if I should have thrown it away but maybe someone can use it for a pet. Will never order again until they make an actual "original" pillow again.

When I tried to wash the pillow case, I was surprised to find that the inside pillow foam appeared to be defective. There are yellow/orange-ish color stains on the foam. Additionally, the foam has multiple small holes and signs of damage in various places. I contacted customer service, but what they said to me is that the defects in the images I've provided are simply results of the manufacturing process. What an explanation!

This new version of the pillow is NOT like their old version AT ALL. I've tried to break in the foam on and off many times before giving up. The foam doesn't give at all and it is like sleeping on a curb. I had bought it for my whole family and we've all experienced the same thing. It's crazy to still choose Tempur pedic when there are SO many other comparable products on the market nowadays that offer a trial and return especially if the product is unused. I had never before been unable to return an unused product. I had questioned the hardness of the pillows when they first arrived still in their packaging but decided to give it a try due to Tempur pedic's strict no return policy. It was even hard to find the place to leave this review. I would not recommend these pillows (nor the company).

Been a customer for over 15 years, and have always purchased these neck pillows because they used to be so firm. Not anymore! The last 3 pillows I've purchased from here have all been super soft, I don't get it. They've changed this pillow for the worst and it's very upsetting.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pillow is extremely comfortable and supportive in the right places. I'm normally a side and back sleeper and it supports my neck perfectly. The quality is top notch and I was glad to see almost all of this pillow was made in America.

I followed the size guide and bought the small, and I'm very petite so I figured that it would be the best option , but the highest part of the pillow was only like 3 inches and the rest is super flat so my head is tilted back at an uncomfortable angle. This would probably be better for back sleepers but I read it was good for side sleepers. However my shoulders are still scrunched up because the pillow is too low and the neck bump is awkwardly shaped and doesn't fit comfortably. I can't believe this costs so much. I hope I can return it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I LOVED my Tempur-neck pillow from the past, but they have reduced the size significantly. It's nearly a travel size. The box says that it will fit a queen-size pillowcase, but in truth, it fits in much the same way a thimble also fits inside a queen-size pillowcase. The over is also rough. I put two pillowcases on as it is distracting. I bought a mattress topper and some cloud pillows -- love all of them. But the new neck pillows are a bust for me. If you have a small head or you are a small person, they may work for you.
