I have Tempur neck pillows previously and loved them. So after about 8 years with my last one, I decided to get a new one. This one is so hard it creates neck pain- I've tried to break it in by using it but it is simply too hard and does not give. It is unusable, and to literally add insult to injury, Tempurpedic will not allow returns on pillows. If you have used older Tempur neck pillows, please be aware that this is MUCH harder.

So far I am extremely happy with these pillows- however the small one is VERY small. It is not a standard sized pillow. Other than the small size of the pillow, my c-spine and I are very comfortable! My only suggestion is to purchase the larger sized pillow if you don't like a mini-pillow!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We just purchased our second Tempur-pedic pillow. Last one lasted 20 years... we were more than happy to retire the old one! Same comfort and support and hopefully durability. One comment though.. the new one is shorter in length than the previous one that we had. I mean the length could have been changed a long time ago, but we just found that out.

I have used the standard-sized Neck pillow for years, and love it so much that I bought the travel size to take with me. I have two herniated discs in my neck and wouldn't be able to sleep with my Neck Pillow. It is truly a lifesaver to have a compact size one to pack in my suitcase. Pricey but worth it!

You might as well sleep on a rock. I can't believe they are getting away with selling this garbage. Don't waste your money. Completely worthless and no returns. I'm so disappointed. There is no way anyone could sleep on this especially if you have neck problems.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased the pillow for the ergonomic benefit. After the first night of use, I had neck & shoulder pain that wasn't there before. So I went to youtube to see if I was using it wrong, yes I was so I coreected how I was using it. I did not encounter pain, but I did not enjoy the pillow, so I removed them from my bed, packed them back up in the container they came in, stuck with expensive pillows I don't want:(

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have cervical spondylosis, and the Tempur pillows are the only ones I can use without waking up with a massive headache. I love them! The only things I would change might be to make the pillow a little thicker, and maybe to add the curvature that the older models had back into these new ones.

Why am I writing a review for a pillow? Because I feel cheated by Tempurpedic. My recent customer experience with them has been extremely disappointing. Yes, I bought this neck pillow and despite carefully measuring to their guidelines, the pillow turned out to be nothing like what I expected. It fails to provide adequate support for my neck and shoulders, making it extremely uncomfortable to use. It's really small and the firmness of the pillow is another major issue for me. It feels incredibly firm, almost like laying my head on a brick. What truly heightened my disappointment was Tempurpedic's customer service and return policy. When I contacted them about my concerns and discomfort with the pillow, I was told that it couldn't be returned or exchanged. I wish they would have made it way more obvious that was the case with pillows before I bought it, otherwise, I would have thought about it twice before paying so much money for this pillow. Is the return policy on their page? YES IT IS. Did I see it? NO I DIDN'T...but...does anyone???? The reason given, as relayed by their "highest" customer service representative, was baffling-something about recycling concerns, which seems arbitrary and inconsistent given that they can recycle a giant mattress but not a small pillow...that comes with a removable AND washable cover....so so strange... This experience has left me feeling undervalued and cheated as a customer. It's evident that Tempurpedic's priority lies more in maintaining their policies, than ensuring customer satisfaction. Their response to my concerns reflects a lack of commitment to their customers' well-being and a high commitment to absurd pillow policy. I am now out a high amount of money, but Tempurpedic continues without a care in the world about my issues...why would they? I already paid them. I truly am deeply disappointed with both the Tempurpedic neck pillow and their customer service. I regret it so so much...I would advise against purchasing this product and would caution others against doing so unless they are certain it will meet their expectations. Tempurpedic's unwillingness to accommodate a dissatisfied customer like myself has tarnished my impression of their brand and has ensured that I will never purchase a single product from them ever again.

I ordered the small pillow based on the measurement guide. It is so tiny! The smaller side is about one inch tall. The bigger side is maybe three inches tall. I'm 5'4" and I'll never be able to use it. It would be perfect for a small child. I understand the no return policy, but now I'm stuck with a pillow that I've never slept on and will never be able to use. It would be great if I could at least exchange it.

we have purchased several of these in the past. This one is unusually hard. I don't know if the manufacturer changed the formula. But you may as well pour some cement in the contour shape and sleep on that. Of course, you can't return this overpriced piece of concrete.
