[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As someone who hates overly fluffy pillows that cause your neck to rest out of alignment, this pillow was everything that I could have asked for! It's firm, keeps my neck in a neutral position, and is study! Highly recommend!

I ordered this and I'm stuck with it. Yes it's supportive but unlike past Tempurpedic pillows I've owned (which I'd say were medium to firm, this one is EXTRA FIRM and NOT NEARLY as responsive. Feels like a rock. Unless I got a bad one, please tag this item as extra firm as the current label is medium and when you can't try before you buy, you're stuck with a rock under your head. Thank you.

Oh that got your attention? I was wrestling with my five and three year old boys on the floor and thought it would be funny to tackle my wife from behind. Instead of falling forward like a normal human being, she forcefully sat backwards, jamming my skull through spine and into my feet. I was in pain for weeks and was about to go see a chiropractor until my bro in law told me to buy this pillow. I'm not saying this pillow is a miracle worker, but going from weeks of pain and then no pain the first night I slept on it, seems like that might not be a coincidence. Not to mention I sleep like a fat baby now. And still no neck pain. Great product and I'll tell everybody.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We currently have a temperpedic bed that we love. Husbands neck has been bothering him with our old pillows. Thought we would give this a try. I do not here him complain about his neck anymore. They are harder then a traditional pillow but gives you support where needed.

Absolutely worst pillow I have ever used. I'm a physical therapist, so I have a very good background on proper neck alignment while sleeping... this product is terrible. I was tossing and turning for hours because it does not give your neck/head the proper support, and it felt like sleeping on a brick. Very disappointing coming from one of the supposed top names in the business. And they don't even stand behind their product... no returns, which I will admit, is clearly stated. If they knew they offered a good product, they would at least offer credit to their website for people who aren't satisfied. Try another pillow, and another company.

Purchased two of these pillows knowing that they were not returnable for any reason but trusting that we would love them as much as we've loved our Tempur-Pedic mattress. We found them to be very hard and uncomfortable. Had high hopes for relief from neck pain for one of us and an anti-snoring effect for the other. Helped with neither issue. So sorry that we didn't choose pillows from a company with a higher regard for the satisfaction of their customers, offering a trial period and return option if needed. We rarely give negative reviews but, when asked for our rating, decided to share our honest opinion.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After having neck trouble for a long time, i wanted a comfortable pillow to sleep on at night. This was the perfect choice. I noticed a difference in my sleep and neck after the first use. Definitely recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Prior to using the neck pillow from Tempurpedic I did not use a pillow. I could never find one that gave me the appropriate support for my neck (while back sleeping) and shoulder (when side sleeping). The Tempur-Neck solves the problem for both areas. I take it with me when I overnight with my kids and grandkids.

I had the previous version for years and I still have it my daughter uses it but I bought two for my husband and I they're not nearly as comfortable as the old version. They actually cause neck pain it's so horrible I spend so much money on two pillows for them to turn out so uncomfortable. Save your money and buy ones you know are comfortable these are not.

I have an older pillow that was the same model but seems to be way softer, larger, and overall better. Not sure if they changed their design what. Still, great pillow for the price and lasts forever!
