I bought the pillows to replace an older model of the same pillow that had lost firmness. This model somehow causes my ear to fold uncomfortably. It feels hard and not responsive as the older pillow did. Perhaps this is because it is standard size and not queen size as my first pillow. It is finally getting somewhat softer, but I feel I made a mistake. The second pillow of the buy one get one is still sealed. No one wants it.

I had two instances where I did something in my sleep and then I couldn't even get out of bed because my neck hurt so bad. I was only 21 years old when this happened. I have been using this pillow for about 3 years now and my neck pain has pretty much gone away! Still hurts a little every now and then. I am a side sleeper but you can do side or on your back and both are comfortable. I tried everything, muscle relaxers, pain killers, massages. This has seriously saved my neck. I cant sleep a night without it. If you are having neck pain i definitely recommend this pillow. It is a little weird at first but you get used to it. My boyfriend can't wait for me to get out of bed so he can steal it on the mornings i go to work before him.

I'm a side sleeper and was hoping this would be a good fit for me. I'm 6' 1", big guy, and bought the largest size. It just wasn't comfortable at all when sleeping on my side. It didn't cradle my head properly. But when laying on my back, it is really nice. I went with contour side to side for side sleeping, and this pillow I use for watching TV.

I bought 2 of these after reading so many positive reviews. First of all they are very small which is fine just keep in mind it drowns in a regular pillow case. These pillows kill my neck. I wake up all night and my neck hurts so bad I can hardly turn my head. I've turned it every direction and it doesn't help. I gave the second one to my 20 year old son and he can't sleep with it either. I would like to try a different model but scared now as these are spendy.

Have had sleepless nights because I feel like I am sleeping on a rock - there is no give. I'm hoping the pillow will soften a little and I will accommodate to it. What is curious is that I have purchased the neck pillow before and loved it, that is why I purchased again. Wondering if they changed something in manufacturing. I also have purchased many Temperpedic products and have loved them all.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased a Presidential Mattress, lasted 3 years and that was it. And we are currently in the market for a new mattress. If someone from Tempur-pedic was interested in keeping a customer, have them reach out to me.

I do love the support this pillow gives me, but am so aggravated that my standard size pillow cases do not fit. The pillow is too small. I do not know how Tempur-pedic can rectify this, but it would be nice to not have my pillow coming out of the pillowcase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my primary pillow. I'm a side sleeper, so it's perfect. Bought this one to replace my previous Tempur-pedic pillow (it got less supportive after 5 years or so). Will get another one when this one wears out. Great product!!!

Absolutely worst pillow I have ever used. I'm a physical therapist, so I have a very good background on proper neck alignment while sleeping... this product is terrible. I was tossing and turning for hours because it does not give your neck/head the proper support, and it felt like sleeping on a brick. Very disappointing coming from one of the supposed top names in the business. And they don't even stand behind their product... no returns, which I will admit, is clearly stated. If they knew they offered a good product, they would at least offer credit to their website for people who aren't satisfied. Try another pillow, and another company.
