For the first time since the surgery, I have been having significant problems with neck pain and stiffness, trouble sleeping. I have spent a fortune on pillows. I had a tempurpedic before that surgery and remembered it seem to help. I have purchased other similar pillows that made the problem much worse. I have just started using this new pillow and it seems to be helping. I am wondering if I should have purchased a medium instead of a small. I might have to buy another one but waiting because they are expensive. I like that this newer model neck pillow feels supportive but a little softer. The one I had years ago helped but it felt too hard.

I made a mistake to buy the large one because I read to many reviews on here of people that say that large size is the best. Well, It's been 2 days that my neck hurt. Tempur-pedic doesn't accept returns so now I have a pillow that I will never use. I suggest you to buy the pillow in a store so u can try it and see which size is the best for you. I will probably buy the same pillow again but in medium or small.

This is by far the worst pillow I have ever experienced. Not only is it very, very small, but It will hurt you worse than you were already hurting. If the pillow wasn't bad enough, the customer service is an absolute joke. They don't care if they are selling you a subpar product (in fact, they know they are) and they WILL NOT help you with a return or a replacement. This company and its products are a joke!

My 7 year old pillow was a memory foam one which I still own. However it was soft to begin with. I decided to go with a firmer option per recommendation of my chiropractor. Went to Bed Bath and Beyond to hunt for a decent body and neck pillow. I tried out around 7 to 8 different types. Tempur pedic was firmest without feeling like a rock. So went with a gut feeling and paid the full retail price. Three months down the road I find this pillow to be truly fantastic. It never heats up, the support stays firm under the head and neck. The material is of good quality. My sleep quality is pretty awesome. I paid the price but this pillow has delivered. Hopefully this pillow will last long time.

I've owned a Tempur-Pedic classic neck pillow for years - absolutely love it. But, it was showing its age so I bought this new neck pillow. Dear God, it's horrible. It has two major problems: 1) Length - there isn't any. It's quite a few inches shorter than the classic neck pillow. 2) Hardness - not nearly the give one would expect. Quality just isn't there. Waste of money.

This has got to be the most uncomfortable pillow I have ever laid my head upon. I got it because I have a lot of problems with neck pain but after only thirty minutes of using it my neck hurt so badly. It's hard and doesn't contour to your shape at all. Maybe it's worked for some people but for me it was a complete failure. Would NOT recommend.

When I saw the one-for-one offer, I immediately jumped at the opportunity. This pillow is everything I dreamed it would be. I got the Medium, based on past experience with other support pillows. It's just the right height for me.

I bought this pillow online because I tried it on a store and I really liked it. What I got was nothing like what I tried. I still gave it a chance, big mistake. I had to go to the massage therapist on the morning because my neck was in so much pain that I couldn't move. I tried to contact costumer service to ask about a refund since obviously what I got has to be defective, but they didn't even try to understand my problem or try to help. Really disappointed with tempurpedic, be aware buyer that they do not want to help they just want your money,
