[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Years ago I bought a tempurpedic pillow at my chiropractor's office. She recommended it for my neck. I had it for years but decided to invest in a new one this year. I order the large original neck pillow and was very disappointed when I received it. It was very short in length, about 6-8 inches shorter than my original pillow. I have a King bed with king sized pillows. Not sure why a large would not also be longer in length. If you like a nice looking made bed, it's difficult with these strange sized pillow. I also tried to returns these when I opened the box and saw how small it was. Be warned there are no returns even for unused products. Buy from a retailer, not direct in case you change your mind.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I ordered the small tempur neck pillows and to my surprise, it was smaller than expected as it didn't even fit standard pillow cases. The pillow feels flimsy when touching it with my hands but firm against my head. Overall, the product wasn't how I remember it to be compared to my previous tempur neck pillow.

I purchased 2 of these pillows 15 years ago. I take them with me everywhere when we travel. Absolutely love them. I was reluctant to order new ones reading both the good & bad reviews. Big mistake! Waste of money! Should not have ordered as the foam is completely different. It's super hard & does not conform to your body or get any softer with body heat. I have rods in my back from scoliosis surgery and my original temper pillows are the only pillows I can use to avoid neck & back problems. It's unfortunate that Tempur Pedic doesn't offer a satisfaction guarantee or replacement option for pillows. If you're expecting the new neck pillow to be as good as the older model....forget it. I'd give negative stars is possible.

I was having trouble with neck and shoulder pain from side sleeping, and switching to this pillow has made a huge difference. My neck is supported and my body doesn't crumple in on my shoulder like on a regular pillow when I side sleep. The pillow is firm and rather small, but it does a good job. I definitely would recommend this.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So let's start with the fact that I ordered one of these specifically because my chiropractor told me he'd swear by it. First I would suggest getting a size larger than you think you would need because the pillow was a lot thinner than I originally envisioned. Pillow gets dirty extremely fast so you have to wash quite often but in an industrial washer its keeps it firmness and durability. Overall great product just cumbersome to be so expensive. Next time I will order larger for more comfort.

My only complaint is that it's a little short. Im petite so I had to get a small size. But the pillow is not very wide. As I have a king bed...I don't have a lot of space to move around
