My neck and back usually get really intense and painful, which affects my sleep pattern. Tempur Neck Pillow definately helped with my neck pain in a few days (it provides strong support to my muscles so they can get stretched and relaxed while I'm asleep). HOWEVER, THE CHEMICAL SMELL OF THE PILLOW IS KILLING MY THROAT AND NOSE.... At first I wanted to return the pillow, but then I noticed that a lot of people say the smell would eventually go away.... Fine, I will see how it works in a couple of weeks, because it really helps with my neck problem...

Since using this pillow I no longer have that line and overall my face looks better in the morning. Just not so squished. These are the things that mean something to me, along with the neck not hurting. Thouht I would throw this in for good measure! Really do love this pillow, so does my husband, for lots of other reasons unrelated to facelines!

I ordered the small based on my size but it felt way too tiny for me. Its even thinner than my small travel pillow. I gave it a try since my chiropractor recommended this one but after sleeping on it for two weeks it actually made my neck and upper spine pain even worse and caused me to schedule an additional chiropractor session to get an adjustment. I switched back to my old pillow (its actually a square travel pillow thats memory foam from a different brand) which isnt great either but at least it doesnt make my neck pain worse. This one might have worked better if I ordered a Medium or the regular version without the neck contour but unfortunately Im not able to exchange it since its been used.

This TEMPUR-Neck Pillow is absolutely the most comfortable pillow I have ever owned. I have tried so many different pillows that didn't work out. This one fits me perfectly, I sleep better and wake up without any neck or back pain. I highly recommend this excellent quality pillow! (I also own a Tempur-Pedic mattress- absolutely the BEST.)

I have used this product for at least 15 years. I have a neck/shoulder repetitive strain injury. I tried just about every product out there and finally found one that helped all of my symptoms during the night. Highly Highly recommend this pillow. It keeps your shoulders down so neck and hands to not get numb.. The only thing that I do not like about it is that it is temperature sensitive. When cold out re: camping the pillow is very hard.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A firm pillow that curves to the contours of your neck giving you all night support. Before buying this pillow, I had to use medication to help me sleep but now I'm completely med free. My only complaint is finding pillow cases in it's size.

I ordered this pillow because I would wake up with neck pain every morning. After reading the reviews, I was excited to order my pillow and was sure that it would help. I used the size chart and determined that I should order the "large" size. I recieved the pillow quickly and in perfect condition. After giving myself ample time to get used to sleeping with my new pillow, I've come to realize that my neck pain is worse than ever. The large size seems to be too big and puts too much pressure on my neck. Though I do understand the "no return" policy for pillows, I am disappointed that I spent so much money on a pillow that I can't use.

We spoke to one of their customer service reps and based on my height he recommend the medium height (they come in 3 height sizes) But it was to low for me, so I ended up paying almost $100 for a pillow I cannot use. These pillows are very comfortable and good quality, but just make sure you order the correct size.

Ugh. Let me start by saying I've had a tempurpedic pillow for 12+ years and love it but figured I was due for a new one. I ordered the neck pillow as I am primarily a side sleeper while I previously had a symphony. The neck pillow is fine but it's about the size of a travel pillow. My standard pillowcase looks ridiculous on it. It's comfortable but if you move at all while you sleep you have to bring it with you, and I'm a very small adult woman. Very very disappointed.
