I have owned the large neck pillow for about 7-8 years! TEMPUR holds up like no other memory foam pillow. I will say, when I first got this pillow it took a VERY long time to get used to, like 2 months! Then, I couldn't sleep without it. I wound up buying a 2nd one for a vacation home in FL I had so I could have the same comfort in both places. I do use the pillow a bit oddly, using the small curve 90% of the time under my neck, instead of the large. I also find, over the years, I need to put a thick folded towel under it to give it more height. Another unusual thing is if I'm feeling restless, i'll lay on my side and tilt the pillow towards my face, and it's a whole new comfort. I find this pillow to be very unique, versatile, and long lasting. It can be/feel 'hard', especially if the room is cold, but this is true of any TEMPUR product. Again, give it AMPLE time to get used to it.

I'm typically a side sleeper, and used to have neck and shoulder pains when I used to sleep on a regular pillow. This pillow has fixed that and improved my quality of sleep. Will definitely buy again once this one is worn out.

I don't have any neck pain before but I heard people said tempurpedic pillow can make you sleep better so I buy the tempurpedic neck support medium pillow. First of all, it is way smaller than I expected. If you are looking for a normal size pillow, choose the large one. Secondly , if you looking for comfort memory foam pillow, don't choose neck support one. It feels heard and not comfort at all. It make my neck hurt actually. I talk to their agent and they said i can't return it because there have no return policy unless it's damage from delivery. My advice is don't buy the pillow unless you actually try it in the store.

I have had a Tempurpedic pillow for decades now. With my full back of my neck cradled as I tuck in for the night, on my back, I can pull down slowly and firmly and generally achieve a few corrective cervical spinal "pops" to undo the wear and tear stress of the day before I drift off to my relaxed sleep. Thank you very much. Then, as a mother and a nurse, I could greet a new day in the morning!

I've had two Tempu-Pedic pillows, and we're now purchasing a third (first for my husband). The first one I had lasted for a couple years but eventually wasn't thick enough for my neck anymore. I tried a "cheap" version of a contour pillow to see if I could get away with it. DID NOT WORK. Ended up buying a second Tempur-Pedic and have been loving it again ever since.

When it came in the mail, it looked like a pillow for a small child. It gives me absolutely no neck support and drowns in standard size pillow case. I can't return it due to their policy on pillows specifically. Disappointed because I have been wanting to invest it a nice pillow, and now that I have - it is money down the drain.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my third Tempurpedic neck pillow. I am predominantly a side-sleeper and the pillow really makes a difference for me. The key, however, is lifting up my head and pulling the pillow down until it is snugly up against my shoulders. If it isn't positioned properly it defeats the purpose of a neck pillow. The most recent TEMPUR-Neck pillow I just purchased isn't as firm as the first two that I had. I probably preferred the firmer pillow, but the slightly softer pillow is a little more forgiving if it isn't properly aligned. Still an awesome buy!!
