[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Incredible! You know how there's usually a week or two of adjustment when using a new pillow? Not this time! From the first night I felt comfortable, relaxed and woke up feeling great! Highly recommend!

I had a high expectation on this product, but this is worst purchase I have ever made. I purchased 2 neck pillow for Thanksgiving gift for myself. The pillow has weird chemical odor which makes me headache. Then I wanted to get refund, but the customer service refuse it and said the odor can be gone away after 30 days. They said even this product itself is defective, they are not allowed to refund it. I will not buy anything from Tempur. This is unpleasant experience. I would give 0 star if I can.

So let me start this by saying that I have purchased literally every pillow that claims to give neck support. I've gone through dozens of pillows and every single one of them would fall flat in the middle of the night and not support my head. I have 4 herniations in my cervical spine which causes spasms in my upper back and shoulders and recently have been getting terrible tension headaches. I knew I needed a more supportive pillow because I'd wake up not being able to move, I finally bit the bullet and ordered the neck pillow. This is NOT at all what i expected, I figured it would be a normal size pillow with extra support for your neck, it's super small which turned me off to using it. After about a month of this pillow sitting in a closet I woke up one morning with a terrible spasm and figured I'd just use it that evening. I've been using it for about 2 weeks and I have no idea why I didn't use it sooner, game changer!! I never want to be without this pillow, for the first time in 10 years I can HONESTLY say I can sleep through the night and not wake up in agony. If you're on the fence about buying it just do it, you wont regret it!

I bought this pillow because I'm a side sleeper. I purchased the medium based on the measurement suggestion but it's too stiff and high. My neck hurt really bad and my arms were numb while sleeping. Sucks that I'm stuck with this pillow that I can't use. It's a nice pillow but I think the small would be better for me.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have neck issues from a bike accident years ago so it's hard to find a good pillow that doesn't hurt my neck. I tried both the small (slightly too small), and the medium (too big). It's almost like I need an "in between small/medium" size! We do have a tempurpedic mattress in the master and have tried about 4 different termpurpedic pillow styles, but none have worked for us unfortunately. I swear by their mattresses though! They have great customer service, and great warranty.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Before owning this pillow I had tried unsuccessfully to jerry-rig it's shape with other pillows. As a massage therapist I'm hyper-aware of alignment and this pillow has it all - properly aligns the neck - side or back-sleeping - and moreover my neck melts into it. Love it!

Buyer Beware, Do not purchase from TempurPedic. First of all, the advertising about how superior their mattresses are is just that, advertising. Second of all, take a few minutes to read my rather long review before you make any decision, it will be worth your time. I bought one of their mattresses many years ago through a local store, and at a cost of around $3,000.00 I was looking forward to how much I would love it, and I trusted that it would stay comfortable for many years. Unfortunately it started sagging and softening rather quickly, after about a year of use. I was at that time rather thin, and I was the only person to use the mattress, so its rapid deterioration was no fault of my own. My second and last experience with TempurPedic was less costly but just as disagreeable. I purchased one of their neck pillows thinking that it would help my neck and shoulders tension. Unfortunately after trying the pillow for about 5 minutes upon its receipt, I realized that it would be impossible to have a comfortable night sleep while using it. I therefore immediately started a return procedure, only to discover that TempurPedic does not accept any pillow to be returned! I am guilty of not checking their return policies before my purchase because, one more time, I fully trusted their company. The infuriating thing is that the pillow is absolutely in pristine condition, having been used only for a 5 minutes trial while protected by a clean pillowcase. Meanwhile their return policy for their mattresses is a 90 days trial period, after which you can return the mattress if not fully satisfied! So, they will take back a used mattress that people have been rolling around on for three months, but not a perfectly clean pillow used for a few minutes! I shudder to think of those poor unsuspecting customers who purchase a TempurPedic mattress without realizing that it might have been used by someone else for three months! It is disgraceful and dishonest. I will never trust that company again, I found out the hard way that they are despicable and totally untrustworthy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchase online to replace my old tempurpedic neck pillow. It was not as firm as my old pillow. I have arthritis on my neck & could not use this pillow. I assumed it was as firm as my previous one. Good pillow if you do not need a firmer one.

THE FIRST NIGHT I USED IT I FELT BETTER. AFTER A FEW NIGHTS, MY NECK WAS ACHING SO BAD I HAD TO STOP USING. I ENDED UP USING THIS PILLOW FOR BACK SUPPORT WHEN WATCHING TV. I ENDED UP GIVING IT AWAY OR THROWING IT OUT, CAN'T REMEMBER. A WASTER OF MONEY!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this pillow after having cervical fusion surgery because I was still getting headaches and stiffness in neck at night. Wish I would have bought it sooner. I have never slept better, since my surgery. Thank you Tempur-Pedic.
