I had the symphony pillow for 10 years now and decided to get a new one. If I could go back, I would get the symphony again. This is small, compact and dense. It definitely works.

I've been sleeping on a TEMPUR-Neck pillow for 13 years, and it's been the best pillow I've ever owned or used. In fact, my old one finally wore out, so I just bought an identical one. A few notes: 1. Get the right size. I bought a TEMPUR-Neck pillow as somewhat of an impulse buy when purchasing our first memory foam mattress years ago. I didn't do my research, and ended up buying the medium size that they had in stock, not realizing that other sizes were available. My experience was so-so, but not great because it was too thin for me. Coincidentally, my mother bought a large, and it was too big for her. So, we swapped pillows and both found the right fit. 2. If you have an old pillow, consider replacing it with a new one. As great as these pillows are, like any pillow/mattress/foam product, they will eventually wear out. This happens gradually, over a period of years, so it can be hard to notice. For the past two years or so, I've had increasing neck pain in the morning and, according to my wife, had started snoring spontaneously and loudly. I finally realized that my old TEMPUR-Neck pillow was caved in and squishy from 10+ years of use. I replaced it with a new one about two weeks ago, and my neck is better, snoring is gone, and I wake to turn over far less frequently. I'm astounded at the difference; if I'd realized how worn my old pillow had become, I would have replaced it ages ago. 3. The only down side to this pillow is that it has a strong, somewhat offensive, chemical smell. The smell is attenuating as the days go on, but I can still detect it whenever I enter our bedroom - and am overwhelmed by it when I lay my head on the pillow. Hopefully the odor isn't dangerous, and will just go away over time. If you're sensitive to smells, though, maybe let your TEMPUR-Neck pillow air out for a few weeks before use, or consider another alternative. Overall, I LOVE this pillow, and recommend it highly for back or side sleeping.

I had lost one that I really loved and took everywhere with me. Since then I had tried other cheap brands but none was the same. I like a low pillow since i am 5'4" and weighs under 100 lbs and it was almost impossible to find a small, low pillow. Finally my husband bought another one for me last christmas. When it arrived, I was very disappointed because it felt so hard. I almost returned it but I decided to trust the customer service that said the pillows are exactly the same and that they have changed nothing. Now I am glad I kept the pillow. After only one night, I knew that it was the same quality pillow that i loved. There are some reviews that say the pillow is different which almost deterred me from buying it, too but only the cover has changed which is not as soft. But I like this cover better, though. It is of better quality.

The pillow we received is hard and small. The product listing said it should be 20" x 12.5" x 4", but ours measured at 19x12x3.75. They won't accept a return on their defective product, and they just delete any negative reviews. But don't worry, I'm working on a solution to auto-repost my negative review every time it gets deleted. Good luck content moderators.

I bought this pillow on my spinal surgeons advice, as he said that surgery may be delayed or prevented simply by using this pillow. In addition, he said that his wife uses this exact pillow. I bought one right after the doctor visit, and so glad I did! I have cervical spondylosis and degenerative disk desease and am hoping to avoid surgery. The tempur-pedic neck pillow lets me sleep through the night, and wake up without pain and numbness. Sooooooo glad I got my tempur-pedic neck pillow!

We spoke to one of their customer service reps and based on my height he recommend the medium height (they come in 3 height sizes) But it was to low for me, so I ended up paying almost $100 for a pillow I cannot use. These pillows are very comfortable and good quality, but just make sure you order the correct size.

They are a little hard at first, but once it softens up, it's PERFECT!!!!! BTW...My husband, our four children and I, ALWAYS travel with our pillows! Great Product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have severe chronic neck and shoulder problems and the new contour pillow I bought from Tempurpedic really gives me relief at night when I am sleeping. I also sleep mostly on my back because I use a CPAC Machine and this pillow is excellent for a back sleeper. I have owned several contour pillows over the years, but this Tempurpedic contour pillow is by far the most comfortable of them all. It is heavier, softer and more supporting than any other contour pillow I have ever used. It gives my neck & shoulders complete support all during the night. I highly recommend it!

I had many kinds of pillows from various companies but never had that much comfort. One complaint would be that the upper side (higher curved) is a bit higher than I expected. Still comfy but it would much better if it could be a bit lower.
